Been there to long. I was very clear roadside is a must. I am single and drive highway daily. That makes we wonder now about full coverage that does cover tow if accident. I called roadside3 months ago which I have used several times before.No coverage had to pay. Then we get it figured out.I call Monday in need again. No roadside coverage yesterday. Then Martha said you are covered call them back.Then policy # given to me for roadside. Was wrong said coverage this year we are in Sept. Same roadside as beforeOwner or Top dog calls today. Tells me Mendolta ins does not cover roadside only towing if in car accident.Extra premium of $57.00I just renewed 9/1 No agent in this team. No policy re -write

These people are magicians! I had my home and car insured with StateFarm. I also run a tech startup. When I went to StateFarm to insure my business, that same friendly StateFarm agent who sold me my home and car insurance and told me they would FOR SURE be able to insure my business began telling me cool stories about their appetite and my business not fitting the fitment of their fitness and not qualifying for their qualifications. She then tried selling me a terrible whole life policy. My financial advisor started laughing when I showed him what they tried selling me. I then went to another 3-4 insurance agencies. They all said that my qualifications were not qualifying for whatever appetizing things they had appetite for. The last agent who failed recommended I go to 360. Finally, Chris and Janet from 360 Insurance IMMEDIATELY understood my business, found a company that not only satisfied the insurance requirements of my future landlord, but also wrote me a NICE policy that ACTUALLY covers risks that my software business faces, such as data breaches, etc. They also did it fast and kept me updated. On 7/3/19 at 1:00 Pm, My Corvette was hit by an uninsured driver. I immediately called my insurance company and was told that since I initiated my policy with a broker I would have to contact them directly. I later found that to be untrue.When I tried contacting my Insurance Broker they were nowhere to be found. As one could imagine I became extremely upset that no one was available for me to reach out to. I later discovered they had taken an extended holiday from 7/3/19 to 7/7/19. Not what you would expect during a holiday weekend such as the 4th of July.
