I share your feelings about paying and the need to have car insurance. Since its by law all motorists must have automobile insurance, why not obtain one from the best insurance agent i have experienced by far. Perla Abcede and her crew from Shelter are professional and well educated in their line of work. They provide you with all the information and options in insurance policy that you require and fast to answer any questions that you might have. They make you feel your important to them by taking their time with you when you need their assistance. Specially this day and age most customer service is automated or your directed to someone from another country. So take my word for it and give Perla and her crew a call for a quote. Their policies are competitive if not even better than most commercial insurance companies you see on tv.

I have an excellent experience with the ABCEDE Agency. Every time I have an issue, such as questions regarding my premium, I do not waste time and call Ms. Perla Abcede without delay. She listens to my complaints, explains to me the rules and regulations governing my insurance coverage, and provides remedies to address the issues. She is absolutely incompetent and disrespectful. She knew my mother and so treated me like a child even though I own everything I have married and with children.When I cancelled my insurance I was to be mailed a check that I never received and when I called about it she accused me of lying about it 3 times and said she would get back to me and never did. This is an already bad insurance to go with but to have to deal with someone like her just makes it 100 times worse.
