I used to change insurance providers yearly, always finding a lower rate and better service each time. Now that I have become established with this branch of StateFarm, I’ve been here for many years. They are always so helpful when adding new drivers and buying and adding new vehicles. (Which seems to happen a lot!) I love the level of customer service they provide, especially Maria! ☺️

I highly recommend Mary Billington Sate Farm office. Vance had been helping me there and he is awesome! Based on my experience, he is very knowledgeable, prompt, nice and will do the best for his clients.

Extremely poor customer service. Overcharged me twice. First time Maria had no explanation, and was unable to figure out why I was billed twice and it was never fixed. I let it go because it wasnt much and up until that point they have been very good to me. The second time, again with Maria, she said I was billed extra charges because I never signed documents she forgot to give me when I added my second car. They said they mailed the documents but it never got to me because of a wrong mailing address which they incorrectly entered. I understand mistakes happen, but they made, specifically Maria, no attempt to fix the problem or apologize for the overcharge. Instead, they added coverage I clearly stated I did not want and never agreed to have. Maria was very unprofessional and as long as she is in the office I would highly recommend not working with her. Me and my family have been with this branch for several years and its a shame that it had to come to an end because of one incompetent employee. The other people in the office are very pleasant and professional to work with.

My other insurance was going to raise our home insurance coverage by 23% with no good reason and no additional benefits. Called this office and received wonderful customer care. Victoria not only gave me a better policy for our home insurance but it was cheaper than our first initial policy AND lowered my car insurance by 30%. Yeah, I am happy.
