Generally, this place is great to deal with. I have had renters insurance with them for 3 years. Now that i want to cancel it, they do not return calls. I have called and left 2 messages with no return call. I will try one more time, then I call my bank to stop payments on my card. Maybe then I will get a return call.

If you are considering to select this agent, please look somewhere else. Nobody ever returns your calls. If you get hold of them they will assure they will call right back but never do. I switched to State Farm in February of this year all of my car and home policies. 5 months later, as i recently learned, I had no insurance for my home. Within couple of weeks after I established my auto insurance policy and provided all documents they requested regarding my teenage son, i received notification that my rates doubled as they took the good student driver discount off. Took 2 months and many unreturned calls to resolve it. When I asked to talk to Mr. Alberto, he was never in the office. When I ask where do I file a complaint I was told I can contact corporate office but all they will do is to forward the complaint back to their office. I have nothing against the company itself, just find another agent.

Ill give you a tip, never use state farm in las vegas, any agent of this service is a scam, the agency of Leonel Alberto is a real scam, every time you renew the insurance you raise a stack of dollars for pleasure, In short I would not recommend this place or the worst of my enemies. It is a pity that there are people who can make a family at the cost of swindling others. I feel sorry for the people who work in this office.
