The freezer stopped working and we lost a ton of frozen food. Since the fridge is cooled from the freezer, we lost all that food too. Plus all the water we had to clean up,,, yuck.Mike showed up on time. He did an inspection and stated it could be one of two things, both equal in cost but still less than the $2500 for a new fridge/freezer. He installed the one part and bam, it worked. So he puts a bottle of water in the freezer, says if its frozen in the morning there shouldnt be any problems. If not give him a call and hell get the other part and install it for a deal.That wasnt necessary cause that bottle was frozen in 5 hours and is still frozen days later. I highly recommend this guy. No games, no BS. Just great service.

Mr. Mike is the best he fixed my fridge in less then an hour. I highly recommend him. He is straight to the point and honest.

When my G.E. refrigerator died this morning I went into panic mode. After looking at a few reviews from a few different companies I chose All City Refrigeration as it looked like a smaller company than the rest, and in my 50 years those tend to give the best service. And I was right, called at 8am, tech was here by 11, and was out the door by 12. Great customer service, professional tech, very reasonable price. WILL RECOMMEND!

I realized this place has multiple Google buisness listings with the same phone but different names! Also, it is Christmas eve and I got a major shakedown from this guy! OMG... i paid triple because he obviously knew I was desperate. Im a single mom with q limited budget. He knew we already lost all our Christmas dinner. The refrigerator repair was $315 for what other places were charging $80 to $100 for! He knew how I had to go buy new Christmas food and groceries. He watched my little boy taking all the food to the garbage. He still thought it was ok to take advantage on Christmas eve of a family. Im all about paying a fair price for an honest service. That is not what happened here! The part is $6-$12 and he took 3 minutes to fix it. Every other place I called after him was in shock when I told them what I paid! They all offered the same part and labor for 1/3 of what he charged me! Here is something else I found shady. He NEVER removed a part and replaced anything. He tinkered around behind the refrigerator for a few minutes and never went to his SUV. Weird how he must have already knew perhaps through psychic gifts what the problem was prior to ever inspecting the refrigerator and perhaps had the exact part conveniently tucked into his shirt or pants. There was no old part that came off. He did not leave the refrigerator to get a part. Very odd indeed! For those interested.... due this incredible experience, my boys dont get stockings with stocking stuffers and Christmas dinner is cheap junk. All our money went this place! Merry Christmas! BTW... already called the bank. This isnt over.

Stay away unless you have deep pockets and dont mind sarcastic and belittling remarks.Called All City Refrigeration on Sunday afternoon. Spoke with Mike and told him that the water dispenser on our refrigerator stopped working. He stated that he could come on Monday, I asked about a ballpark charge but was told it would depend on the issue. I was informed that he could come by on Monday between 11:00 and 1:00 PM.Mike called and stated he would arrive just after 11:00 AM. When he arrived he asked where the patient was, I directed him to the Kitchen. Mike noticed the refrigerator is not far from the sink and made the comment are you sure you want this fixed, the sink has water just steps away. I stated that I called because I want it fixed as it is our drinking filtered water. As he removed the cover on the water/ice dispenser he made the comment bet you didnt know the drip tray was removal, most people dont know that. I told him that I have removed it previously to drain and clean. Mike found the plastic mount for the switch was broken and stated he needed to check if he could get the part. Again he asked if I wanted it fixed, I replied YES. He went outside to get information on the replacement part.When Mike returned he stated that he could get the part the next day and he could replace it on Wednesday. I stated that both my wife and I work and would not be home until 2:30 - 3:00 PM. He stated that he only does work in our area in the mornings. Not much for customer service on his part! He gave me the quote for the part and again asked if I wanted it fixed. It appeared that this was an inconvenience to him, but at this point I just wanted it fixed.He called his office to get the part ordered then stated the job is mostly labor, at that point I was informed that the labor cost was 600% more than the cost of the part. At this point Im frustrated, the water from the refrigerator is our filtered drinking water and we use it a lot. I decided to pay the high charges and get it done. I told him that I wanted it repaired on Wednesday and that my teenage son would be here. He wanted a number to call and I gave him mine, he complained that he wanted my sons number instead. I explained that he can call me then I would contact my son. He stated that he would call between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, guess this is his hours of service.Mike called on Wednesday before noon and stated he would arrive in about 20 minutes. My son called me about 20 minutes after Mikes arrival to let me know it was done. So a total of about an hour of work from Mike and $$$ spent, the repair was completed.Conclusion: I will never call this repair service again. With his sarcastic and belittling remarks to me I wonder what he would say to a female. He seems as if this is an inconvenience to him.
