ADA repair was assigned to me through my home warranty company. After being assigned a time for a video meet for the initial visit (5-7days after I filed my claim) and working through some technical issues, I spoke with the repairman who was professional. He said that I would receive a call back on the following Thursday or Friday. (The video conference was on a Tuesday. ) I did not receive a call and it was a week later that I finally called them only to find out that my claim had been denied. But no one had bothered to tell me!

What a joke! Not only did they not fix the problem, when they were called to comeback and fix it. They told us to await the call for scheduling....that never came. When I called them back to find out why we were not on the schedule, they told us it would be another 5 days. We will have been without a refrigerator for over a week because of these idiots.

Was contracted by First American Home Warranty..these guys walked in and didnt even look behind the refrigerator. Took off a panel and said they needed to order a part and will be in touch. I call a week later to follow up. They said the contractor told them it wasnt normal wear and tear and lied to them and kept my trade call fee. STAY AWAY...Not honest and First American should be ashamed as well. Serviced by the name Ruslan

ADA Repair responded to a service request we made to American Home Shield, for an ice-maker repair. After him thinking the unit just needed to be cleaned out, we had to show him the crack in our ice cube tray, which is built in to our refrigerator door. He said they would order the part. Weeks later, after hearing nothing, I called American Home Shield. They denied our repair, saying ADA claimed we must have dropped the tray. This is impossible, since the tray is built in to the refrigerator door! After calling ADA, they refused to help us, saying we had to call Amer. Home Sh. We believe AHS is making up this story, and ADA is complicit in this cover-up and lie. We will cancel our account with AHS and make a point of never using ADA Repair.

Customer service was very rude. Technician was out for 10 minutes did the diagnostic. Reported it back to American Home shield with a false report so they wouldn’t fix it. Would not recommend this company to nobody

Waiting over 6 weeks for a refrigerator repair. Every time I call theyre very rude and make any kind of communication difficult. My warranty company is doing backflips to try and find out why ADA is non responsive and even when she calls they tell her a manager will respond and they dont

Worst service ever. Home warranty company utilized them for dishwasher repair. Sent a tech out, he misdiagnosed the problem as a control panel. Wait two weeks for part and for him to come back out. Doesnt work. Says he needs to check the wiring underneath now, but isnt allowed to remove it. We have to order a handy man. Order handyman to pull it out. Comes back out power is fine. Now opens up the door to check the power in there - WHY CANT YOU HAVE DONE THAT TO CHECK THE POWER INSTEAD OF MAKING ME PULL IT OUT. Turns out its a broken handle wrongly telling the control panel it is always open. Whoops! 4 weeks, a handyman charge, and a repair that was likely unneeded. I tell them DO NOT order any parts. Both the tech and the office. THEY ORDER PARTS. It also takes them forever every time to submit the reports into the warranty company causing further delays. On top of all this the tech came outside of the time window they gave both times without a call. Ask for a manager - nope you can only email them. Horrific, awful, if you have a choice dont use them. If your warranty company tries, tell them no.

Dont trust their techs. first of all his truck has his name on it so he probably subcontracts. apparently First american Home Warranty has a deal with their subs that they get paid a certain amount and have to pay for the parts out of that money. my dishwasher and microwave had issues that were obviously from wear and tear and he was all smiles writing broken on the work order and telling me no problem with the claim. what he told first american was totally different. he told them in his opinion that the appliances were not broken due to wear and tear. the spray arm fell off the spindle in the dishwasher and onto the heating element and melted. the door handle on the microwave was coming apart and you can see a gap between it and the door even in the picture. in looking at the pictures i dont see how any moron at first american cant see its wear and tear but they take his word for it. other vendors told me about this. why does he do it, because he keeps 100% of the money, no cost for parts and he doesnt have to spend time coming back to actually fix it. first american inconveniences me for another service call for a second opinion while i fight with them and he walks away with all the money

Haha - this asks what services did ADA perform -- in fact NONE.Our home warranty sent this company. ADA responded in two days - not good, but not bad either. So he evaluated and said theyd get a part and be back in two days. Two weeks later, when we called for follow up we were berated, minimized, and hung up on. Mind you, we were pushy but not abusive - imagine their behavior if we WERE! Anyway, we went and got our own guy, who responded in 4 hours, left to get the part and was back in 15 minutes.When I looked at ADAs paperwork, I noticed it said nothing on it about being licensed, bonded, and insured -- like EVERY HOME REPAIR BUSINESS ALWAYS has on their paperwork. When I searched online for even a BUSINESS LICENSE, I found nothing - not even a fictitious. Whoa nelly, I wonder if even our home warranty One Guard - vetted ADA before adding them to their list.

So ADA Repair was never My choice but rather my warranty’s choice through Maytag. They areNot responsive, no accountability and definitely not straight forward. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. 0 customer service ... I wouldn’t trust them to repair anything of mine!

Whelp, I guess home warranty contractors & customer service dont go together. Another First American home warranty top notch contractor. ADA is dismal. I would rather hire my dog to fix my refrigerator. At least i can take a picture to hang it on the wall and laugh at it later. All ADA is give me a head ache and give piss poor customer service. Actually, they would have had to give me any customer service for it to be considered piss poor.1) NO customer service2) Cavalier Attitude3) No AccountabilityNow I have to cancel my home warranty.

Weve relied on ADA for 3 separate appliance repair issues, on 2 different appliances, and always found ADA techs to be honest and competent. The first 2 repairs were under First American Home Warranty (whose service was otherwise horrible). Our third call was after we dumped FAHW. The tech diagnosed the problem and cautioned us that replacing it may be better choice than a repair. The next day, ADA called to decline performing the repair (Im not sure why), and waived the service call fee. More businesses should have ADAs ethical foundation.

Nowadays it is hard to find experienced and honest repair appliance company. Gabriel with ADA Repair came in, performed diagnostics and repairs on my LG refrigerator while dealing with my home warranty headache. I recommend.

They came to fix the stove about 2 months ago. The guy came back 3 times to fix it and left deep scratches all over it. They came back 2 weeks later to replace the scratched parts but he put touch up paint on it and left. Last straw with these idiots. Lawyer will be working on the case now. Will also be notifying BBB.

Gabriel came out to install a new compressor in our fridge and did an amazing job. He was prompt in getting the part, professional, and worked quickly. It was nice working with someone with plenty of experience and who was far more competent than other contractors we’ve worked with previously. Highly recommend Gabriel.

Ronn was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful! He went through a thorough investigation before diagnosing. When he came back with the parts to fix it he educated me on the washing machine and allowed me time to clean off the parts that you can never reach! If I ever need any appliance fixed thats who Im calling! And did I mention he was here when they scheduled.....I really appreciate that! Thanks again Ronn!

Horrible customer service. Can’t even comment on the quality of repair service because the technician was not only late to the appointment, but I’m assuming didn’t announce his presence in order to claim we missed them and make up for lost time. I waited by the door for an hour outside of the window of time and they never “showed.” However, I did find a tag on my door stating that I missed our appointment. Complete BS. Shady receptionist and shady business practice. Beware.

Let’s start with the technician showed up to my house and asked for a bucket. Had I not had a bucket to give him I would have water flooding my floor. Being an appliance company, you’d think they would send technicians out with simple tools including a bucket when working on broken washing machines. The technician told me the report would be sent to my home warranty company by Monday morning and it was not. When I called the lady answering the phone told me it would be sent when they send it and took the biggest attitude with me for no reason what so ever. I have never dealt with such sarcasm and rudeness before from a customer service agent. I stated I have been without a washing machine for a week and a half and she laughed and said ain’t that too bad, we’ll send it when we send it like I said, then she hung up on me. While the technician was at my house, I asked what was broken and he said it was the tub. I said only two of us live there and the heaviest thing we put in the washer is a comforter. He said no you didn’t cause it, it is a Samsung and they’re garbage and break all the time. When the diagnostic report was sent to American Home Shield, It said it was not normal wear and tear and was caused by overloading and therefore was not covered. I will be sending this racket to the BBB!

Incompetent? Malicious? Criminal? Not sure but I WISH I HAD NEVER CALLED THEM!!!! Wish I had read the other reviews. Showed up late, couldnt make a convenient appointment, whatever. But Carlos told us he would be back to fix the problem. I had to follow up to find out he filed 2 completely conflicting reports with our warranty company. He lied to them to where I had to wait another 10 days to get a reputable company out to prove his lies false so I wasnt out $1,000. It took a very long time to undo his lies leaving the 7 of us without a washing machine for weeks. Please PLEASE stop lying about and harassing consumers for your selfish profit!!!

The technician told me that my dishwasher was having one issue but then told my warranty company the issue was something totally different resulting in my claim to be denied. He also left my sink leaking which was not happening before he arrived at my house but they wont take responsibility saying he came and diagnosed the issue I was having. They lie and they dont take responsibility for their mistakes. Do not call this company.

I wish I could give ZERO stars because ZERO work was completed despite what they told the warranty company. GARBAGE company! DO NOT use them! RUN! I was told by our tech, Carlos, that he needed to get a special part to remove the bottom part of the drum in our washing machine and the company would call to set up another appointment. I had to call them to check the status as a few days had passed and was told by the receptionist that they were waiting for a response from the warranty company to let them know how to proceed. After I got off the phone with them I contacted the warranty company and they contacted ADA Repair and they told the warranty company the work was complete. So, ADA is a company of LIARS. DO NOT use them, you will be DISAPPOINTED!

Receptionist extremely rude does not understand concept of customer service. I would not recommend this company. They came out to repair the washer they claimed it was fixed. My tenant did a load right after they left. It was not fixed same problem cloth soaked and did not spin. They were informed about it right away and did nothing. I called my Home Depot warranty plan and ADA told Home Depot it was working- that is false. My warranty plan scheduled an appointment for them to come out again. I called ADA Repair to let them know it was okay to discuss anything with my tenant in regards to the matter. I did this because my tenant told me they were rude to her and would not discuss anything with her because she was not the policy holder. They told me they were not coming out because they fixed it. What part of not working did they not understand- wow very unprofessional. They also admitted their technician do not have the time to wait around for a wash cycle, so how can they truly know if something is repaired or not? They just leave. I would not recommend them.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY NEAR YOUR APPLIANCE.There is not quality, no service and most importantly no accountability.Unfortunately this company is contracted with the insurance company and we had to go through them for repairs.April 23rd a technician came in disassembled our dryer he claimed he brought in the wrong part. He took a part from our dryer with him and said he would come back the next day. HE DID NOT.We have tried to continuously tried to make arrangements to fix this. ALL WE WANT IS TO HAVE OUR DRYER REPAIRED. But this company refuses to be held accountable including the GENERAL MANAGER AMY.They claim no part was taken and they are not LG certified and unable to work on our dryer. IF THIS COMPANY IS NOT CERTIFIED WHY DID THEIR TECHNICIAN DISASSEMBLE THE DRYER TO BEGIN WITH.Its is JUNE 22nd and are still without a dryer. THEY CLAIM theirs technician did not take anything and on top of that have refused to put the dryer back in the condition it was in before they ever touched it. THEY REFUSE TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION. This company is so unprofessional. They are owned by home warranty companies. They do not tell the truth in their diagnosis and will do anything to get you denied by your home warranty company. They have horrible customer service. They are morally bankrupt to work against customers so their rankings can go up with the home warranty company. Home Warranty companies will give preference to companies that deny the most claims. The technician told me my repair was not a product of abuse but the office submitted it as abuse so it wouldn’t be covered and they could just keep my service fee. Beware!!! Soulless, dishonest company that I don’t even understand how any of their staffs sleeps at night.

If I could give them a zero star I would. This company was sent by my home warranty company to repair my dishwasher. They were told what was wrong and what was attempted previously to repair it. When he came in he did not turn on the dishwasher at all. He told us he needed to order a part but would not tell my mother in law what part it was. When I contacted them they said the home warranty company had denied the claim and that she no longer had a record of my issue. How do you run a business without keeping records?! I then contacted the home warranty company and they stated that a part was indeed on order. When I inquired as to what part it was she told me it was the part that had already been replaced. Shady!!!!

If that was an option for -5 thats what they would get this is a terrible company people go with home shield for home insurance but then it seems like they go through companies that dont not have the best interest of the customer at hand this company is an example of that I was just hang up on by representative in their office. The repair guy came out told me that it was a Megatron broke told me that the handle was broke I didnt break the handle but it broke he said I will be fixing this in a week and a half two weeks go past I have to call them they didnt report it to my landlord blamed it on the insurance and then report it to the insurance that I broke something electrically in the microwave. the truth of the matter is home shield is a faulty insurance company and everybody they go through so far that Ive seen is a faulty company. Not good business.

Run dont walk away from this company!! For now all I will say is the Tech lied and the receptionist lied to cover up for Tech!!!! Finally got hold of corporate office of home warranty company and they are sending out a certified tech to look at the problem tomorrow. Will give all the details after the problem is resolved. All I will say for now is that this company has no ethics!!

Lousy customer service cant even call to let you their not coming leave you hanging all day and when they finally showed up after the third appointment the service technician didnt know how to fix the water lever dispenser.
