The worst airline possible horrilbe website that has several issues, and the customer service was also awful.

Not the easiest to navigate, some of the employees are over stressed

Terrible Service. They want to charge for everything and when calling in to confirm flights the rep never told us of there Policy to arrive 3 hours prior. They charged us 500 to change our flight and not even a simple sorry for the miscommunication. Just a blank aloof manner we were treated is just terrible. I will definitely not be flying with this airline ever agian if I can help it. In addition when purchasing luggage its per flight. If you decide to purchase it on the day it doubles.

Anytime i travel to mexico this is the airline i choose its great, affordable, and the people are very friendly i seriously recomend this airline!

The only thing that I dont like is that before you buy your ticket with a 55-pound suitcase and now they charge it separately, the service is good.

The seat that I touch had garbage, a plastic glass and a beer can I imagine they do not clean thoroughly in such critical time.

Bad service, I never fly again with this airline, steal from the brazen, everything is charged, if you do the check-inn at the counter you have to pay,I bought a round ticket from Las Vegas to Guadalajara and vice versa, and the terrible service and the bad treatment I received at the airport in Guadalajara, when I arrived at the check-in counter (after a line of almost 1:30 hrs in spite of I had already done a day before the check-inn on the phone the pretty pedant and despot employee, had 2 small suitcases that in total made 16 kgs. (the small suitcase my idea was to take it up with me), I charge more than $ 1,145.00 pesos for the overweight since according to her I could not take the small suitcase with me, I showed her my boarding pass where she said she could take 2 free suitcases.You call customer services and nobody helps you ask to speak with a supervisor, they are not available,Bitter and expensive experience, I will never use it again in my life, and like me, I know that several close friends and family will not do it either.They steal the brazen

I like this airline because their flights are affordable and friendly. However I give it 4 stars because I think it would be good if they offered a courtesy drink.
