I had a horrible experience with United airlines . Had inconvenience due to covid they charged me an extra $200 extra to change flights . They are really rude to you . They weren’t working with us whatsoever this is the worst experience I had with airlines . We will never fly out with United airlines again . Our representative tony kept on saying that they didn’t have supervisor . When supervisor finally came he just told us scenarios back and forth he wasn’t even willing to listen just kept talking over me . Please save your money and fly with another airline definitely not worth the the hassle . With all the extra fees we payed about 600$ extra. Save yourself a headache and fly with another airline .
Flight was delayed multiple times. Got 3 different answers from 3 United employees regarding the flight status. Ticketing agent saved my day got us a new flight quickly
Premier checkin line way too long with only 2 of 4 agents working checkin. Economy checkin agents standing around doing nothing.
So far, despite checking in online and getting our boarding passes online we still had to wait in line for a kiosk to check in and get our baggage claim tickets.Then we had to wait in line to drop off our bags. With only 3 people checking in bags you can imagine how long the line was.I am still waiting for boarding to start, that is scheduled for 3 minutes from now so I can speak on how the flight was, etc, etc.I would have given this one star however the 2nd star is for the gentleman who helped with our bags and gave the best advice on how to adjust 1 overweight bag out of 3!
I needed wheelchair to make it from ticket counter area to gate. United was very prompt. The United rep that was wheeling me even allowed me to stop at shop along the way to purchase a soda and candy. Getting on the plane was also easy as the flight attendants carried my carry-on items and stored them in the overhead bins.
They ask to check in our carry on bags. How ridiculous. I fly with delta airlines with smooth check in. United check in doesn’t have enough staff to help in the kiosk machine. I would never fly in the united airlines anymore. And also I won’t recommend this airline to my friend.
Our booking included 4 baggage, we cut down our luggage to 3 baggage, then the lady at drop of counter wanted to charge us for 1lb over on the 3rd bag, luckily for us, we had our 4th bag in the 3rd luggage, so we brought it out and 4th bag flew empty. We were trying to save the Airline space but the woman at the counter was not having it. Apart from that, everything was fine.
Friendly assistance, ease of getting through checking in, and plenty of chairs to sit and chat at before parting ways.
United airlines has always been our go-to always been satisfied never had a problem with them....
I have to say that Andrea H was so helpful!! My first flight was delayed 39 minutes, so that meant I would only have 21 minutes to catch my second flight in Denver. So she changed my flight to a non-stop flight straight to Newark!! She went above and beyond for my!! I was having a panic attack, and she calmed me down and help me beyond belief!! Andrea H deserves a raise for going out of her way to help me out!!! Thank you again Andrea!!! You made my day!!! Love United!!!

Terrible time. Was removed from my booking. Was not compensated for my room. Was stranded in Vegas for a whole day. Missed work. Will NOT travel United again.

I have no idea what UA services you are looking for. I was at the UA checkin.. UA lounge in Vegas is closed.. The UA boarding area / gate is nothing to speak for... Masks are still mandated.. UA flight s and inservice are nothing great to speak about.

Check-in is a bit of a hassle and is not well organized (@ LAS), but overall United is a great air carrier.

Long, long wait for checkin. Way understaffed for holiday weekend. We waited 30 minutes to check-in with only one party ahead of us. Ridiculous!

Denise from Buffalo saved our bacon today. We had our flight canceled with Alaska and they rebooked us after 10 hours of hold on the phone. That flight got delayed twice and we didnt have any faith that it wouldnt get canceled so we decided to take a flight with United. When we got over to our gate we spoke with Denise and discovered that we booked in March not for today. So Denise from Buffalo got us seats on the flight we thought we already had and it was actually almost full. She made it so we can get home to our two little girls who are 7 and 10. Thanks Denise you really made a difference for us today. Joe and Christy

Nice service as the staff is highly trained. They are humble and quite helpful. The staff helps in seat assignments and luggage carrying.The process is smooth and one need not to worry at the Airport.Moreover, the staff maintains the cleanliness everywhere so the passengers feel good while traveling. For any kind of help, the staff is there and ready proactively.

The plane we had on the way back had no tvs and not very comfortable.. they couldnt serve alcohol because of covid, which was a bummer, but they served snacks and beverages..

Booked online and an error caused my flight to be booked on the wrong dates. Did not realize it within their 24 hour window to allow adjustments. The service counter and telephone customer service were powerless or unwilling to help me resolve the issue in any way whatsoever. Had to purchase a completely new trip with a different airline. Will not be flying United again if I can help it, even the budget airlines seem to be more reasonable these days.

Here I am, heading to the baggage area at 4am trying to see if our luggage made it in last night. United said our luggage would be delivered to our hotel after taking the last flight out of Chicago to Vegas but of course, why would I trust them to follow through with that promise. Their automated calling system makes it near impossible to get a hold of an actual person to talk to and their online system doesnt seem to get updates at all so I have to go to the airport to find a person to actually talk to. What a way to start out a vacation #unitedfailures

Everything was ok with our flight only problem was with choice of seats on this plane because of our animals. Thank God the problem was solved because flight is long, 10 hours to Brazil. My recommendation is more training to phone booking personnel to know more of the different planes lay out so mistakes cannot occur.
I love terminal 3 as it seems to be less stressful. They do need a better system at the security entrance and more people as this terminal is starting to become busy.

Trying to get to SFO on time for an international flight when there are clouds in the sky became an adventure. Thankfully the gate agents Las Vegas to an earlier flight reserved the open seats for those who had connections. To me, the sign of a company that cares isnt in how they operate day to day but in how they deal with the unexpected. Not an easy thing in the airline industry. Plus, their onboard service and free entertainment if you have your own mobile device, plus comfortable seats, puts other low priced airlines to shame.

United is all right but the fact that you have to pay for snacks now is ridiculous and I dont think with as much as youre paying you shouldnt give it I mean I understand first class get sandwiches or whatever but whatever happened to the bag of peanuts or freaking pretzels
Worst first class in history but the price is matching. Flight attendant kicked my pillow out of the aisle instead of picking it up. I was disturbed twice by United flight attendants asking if I needed anything while I was asleep!! Terrible airline; loud planes, packed space, bad service are all features of the United airline.

United Airlines is a big joke. Our flight was initially delayed for 3 hrs because of a delayed inbound flight. After we are boarded our delayed flight to Houston there was no pilot to fly the plane. This such a big mistake ... How can such a big airline company like United commit such a huge mistake of not having a crew!!! Shame shame United Airlines!! We were delayed by 6 hrs!!

We recieved great service when our flight was delayed. As we had a connecting lang haul fligth, they found a new route for us. Even though we arrive a day later, we get to stay a night in New York. Thanks United.

Not good. Delayed flights lost our flight back to SA due to their delayed flight schedules. Service on board was sort of ok not the greatest.
Flew roundtrip from Chicago to Las Vegas with no problems at all through United Airlines.
Horrible, they cancel our fly, we spent all night in the airport with our children, we have to pay our own rental car because they don’t want to get responsible our the expenses, we have to drive from Houston to our destination because the don’t have a fly for us, what a vacation, was a nightmare!!
