It is the second occasion with this company, the first occasion was excellent but this second one leaves much to be desired, definitely the waiting room is nothing more than a horrible hangar that looks more like a mechanical workshop, which by the way does not have air conditioning, they made us Board the plane and everything seemed normal until they decided to return us to the terminal because this plane had some mechanical failure of which no details were given, back to the hangar 20 more minutes waiting for a new plane, the worst of the wait the bad attitude of the employees, I have already an hour and a half waiting for my flight, I can only say what a terrible experience, this is far from being a first quality service

Very nice terminal. Friendly people and a great waiting area. Ill fly them again. It feels more like family here and not a city bus stop.

I recently booked a trip on JSX. I have flown them multiple times in the past and had no issues until now. They eliminated my return flight from Reno and wanted me to fly back on them a day early. Well, that wont work. They refunded me the money for the return flight. When I contacted customer service they and expressed my concerns, this is the canned response I got.Thank you for contacting JSX. Unfortunately, we are subject to unexpected maintenance, weather related issues and operational changes the same as any other airline which can cause delays and flight cancellations. Our intention is never to ruin passengers travel plans, our whole concept is to try and simplify travel arrangements. With operational changes we make every effort to get the changes to our customers as soon as possible allowing time to make travel adjustments,There is no way to anticipate when such changes will be necessary. The best we can do is give as much notice as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact us.I asked what they could do to compensate me for my inconvenience and was told that they dont typically dont do that but were happy to give me $100 credit. That is fine and all but here is what I have an issue with. Others on the same flight, in the same situation received $400 for their inconvenience.My case was escalated to their customer support supervisor Paul and I explained again the inconvenience this caused. He also said they dont typically do this and then replaced the $100 credit with the $200 credit and said that would be it.Again, it appears that not all passengers are equal in the eyes of JSX and other passengers time and inconvenience are worth more than others.That is the JSX Experience.I will be flying to Reno on them and returning on another airline. This will most likely be the last time I ever use them and cant see myself recommending them to anyone in the future.

Love this airline but no flights are Perfect. We had a serious maintenance issue that delayed us for 2 hrs. 30mins while sitting on the plane. However, with that said, its still NOT a complaint.... I would rather be delayed for maintenance than weather 😜 Great comfort & super friendly staff.

This was our first time flying on JSX. We were impressed by the great price we got on our round-trip from Las Vegas to Phoenix. Check in was a breeze the staff was friendly and helpful. The flight crew was amazing. We were served free snacks and drinks during the flight and our baggage was waiting for us when we deplaned. We loved everything about this experience.

A hot mess! This place lacks a proper passenger pick up and drop off. There is a small pull-in that is slammed with limos and passages dropping off, causing stress mostly because there is no identifiers as to were the entrance is hidden. Theres very little room to get dropped off and not cause a serious traffic jam. The secret entrance is tucked around the corner of a fenced off sidewalk, where you not only have to walk through a dust cloud from construction, but also squeeze past 2-3 people and their cloud of cigarette smoke, right next to a dumpster. There is NO alternate route, a cigarette ashtray has been placed here on this path. Inside the poorly marked door, you need to bump bags with just about every person standing in order to get to the checkin. The agents are very friendly, but make a poor attempt to lie and push some keys on the computer when you ask to take an earlier flight to escape this cramped room and they say the flight is full without really checking. After checkin, they tell you enjoy refreshments and sit down to relax, but every seat is taken and nothing is left but a line for the coffee machine. Make sure not to miss your flight since they use a refurbished karaoke machine to call the flights. The customers are just as rude and make a mess, acting like typical wanna-be LA elites just because they feel like they are special getting on a plane without going to the main terminal. And they all have little dogs...there are more dogs in here than a kennel. Ill take Mccarren airport lounge any day over this place.Additionally, you have to Uber $15 to the car rental building, since there are no shuttles to here.

Best add-on to any SNA-Las flight is scrapping your original airline and going JetSuiteX. Spacious seats, plugs, fast off and on boarding. I have had flights fully checked in and taking off 20 min early! You will never want to fly a route they offer with anyone else. However, if you still have your doubts, thats fine, more seats for us believers :) staff has always been excellent.

Travel much? For just a little more than your average flight from Vegas to LA you can experience a private service at reasonable price.Check in 20-25 mins prior to take off. Max 2 bags and I carry on but this is personalized service.

This terminal had changed locations 2 months prior and the limo driver took us to the old terminal and we arrived to the new, correct terminal 8 mins before the flight took off, and JSX refused to let us on to the flight, claiming safety issues. We came back for next days 11:40am flight and they said theyll put us on stand by. At 11:32 they told us 2 people didnt show so they took our luggage and told us we can fly. At 11:35 they came back and told us we cant fly, the 2 people just checked in. Basically they refused to check us in, when we came 8 mins early, and did check in the people for other flight who came in 5 mins before the flight. I brought this up with the manager, she didnt even apologize, said she cant do much, and after we stepped out,, pulled the employee to the side,, and were trying to get their story straight. Never fly on this airline, customer service is horrible, while charging premium for tickets.

Can you say VIP BABY! This was the best flight ever going to Las Vegas. It was like we was in a movie when we walked to the plane. I enjoyed not being treated like a criminal when checking in our luggage. It was totally awesome. JetSuitePrivate Jet is the best.

Second time flying JetSuiteX and the flight was great. Misty was very gracious and a wonderful flight attendant. The pilots made everyone very comfortable and they kept well informed about our flight time to Las Vegas, current temperature, and wind currents. Will definitely be going back to JetSuiteX for our next trip.

Been flying with JSX monthly for a year now. In that time only one flight was delayed, due to mechanical inspection issues. Usually the flights leave early or right on time and are usually faster than estimated. As long as it remains convenient we will continue to for with them, the staff is still very good, but used to be great.

Total game changer put the fun back in the flying experience! Staff is top notch and the experience makes you to not want to fly normal travel again. Easily saved two to three hours each way without having to show up early, park, check in, deal with the security line, etc. Stewardess actually wanted to be there and serve the passengers, how refreshing! Highly recommend and well worth the price.

You cannot self park here but everything else is super awesome. Employees are nice and everything was clean. The jet was nice but it was extremely loud inside. One lady was holding her ears so if you have sensitive hearing you might want to bring earplugs.I would definitely fly with them again!

This was a great little airline. Wish they did more then just Arizona/California flights. Had a lobby with free Star ucks coffee. Free drinks on board. #Jetsweetie stewardess was amazing. A snack and it was only an hour flight!

Great service, easy check-in, flight attendants are professional, yet friendly. Snacks and drinks are nice. Coffee machine is nice touch. Love the subtle touch of leaving your luggage handles in the “up-position” upon disembarking. Wish you would open up a few more locations.

Went to park and pick up my son and there was no valet anywhere even though the sign said valet parking. So I parked in the handicap parking spot (I have a placard). 20 minutes later a valet comes running out to yell at me that Im not allowed to park my own car and that this is private property and I have to follow their rules

I almost don’t want to take any other airline. Best & affordable luxury flight to date. You’ll spend the same first class at any airline, but here you save over 45mims-2 hours with no line to wait it 10/10 for sure

Great staff. Everyone is very friendly and really makes you feel at ease. Door to the waiting area is a little hard to find, but they have some signs posted to guide you there.

We go to Oakland once a month and this is my kind of travel. No long wait, no crowd, easy check in ( 25 min before the flight), comfortable lounge, flight serves drinks and choice of snacks. It’s an “ in and out” easy travel.

I see the experience and fun of it. It’s definitely more convenient than your usual airport chaos. Not sure it’s something I’d take every time Burbank to Vegas. Having the opportunity to fly full private as I’m able to for my company when I travel for business, I’d rank it in the middle of commercial and full private. 4 stars is for the inconvenience of the Las Vegas airport. I hope they get the check in and terminal locations closer. Burbank is perfect.

I really appreciate the less hastle free traveling. But on this day plane departure is over hour late. But if youre not in a time based mode. This Airline could be for you.

JetSuiteX used to be great but they got too big, too fast and now service has declined. The terminal is dark and over crowded. Staff is rude and it’s no different than flying commercial. After a dozen flights, I will not be back.

I enjoy flying jetsuite. Had some negative feedback about the customer service agent that I spoke with on the phone and the Las Vegas lobby was a bit messy. The Oakland lobby was a total disaster. The actual plane experience I feel is what takes the cake.

Absolutely fantastic. Extremely accommodating even to the annoying family with the yappy dog. Ugh. Great lobby. Attendant was professional and courteous. Always a pleasure flying with JSX.

First time flying JSX. Not worth the convenience because flights end up getting 2+ hrs delayed. Seats are coach with a little more leg room but definitely not the business class they claim. Overall it feels like a charter Southwest.

Flight delay 1 hour 45 min. Missed my meetings in LA. Companys license for GPS on the plane expired on way back from Seattle so it was grounded for maintenance. Why wouldnt someone have this in their maintenance calendar??? Microsoft tells me months before my Windows is to expire. What say you JetSuite?

Ive flown jetsuite dozens of times and had always had a great experience.. except for one of my last trips to vegas.. my boarding time was 5:30PM and i got there at 5:18PM and they would not let me on and said i had to arrive 20 min before boarding time. The plan hadnt taken off yet and they didnt make an exception or refund me. I had to wait till the next day to catch the next flight and i had to book a hotel for an extra night. Ive been late several times before making it minutes before boarding and they have always let me on. So my rating is solely based on that one experience. I would still use them because its much better than regular airline that requires waiting and security checks.

Unreal experience dealing with this company yesterday. Ive never been treated so poorly by customer service reps...anywhere. Pikea, Akilah, and Kara were incredibly rude. Will never use again and frankly will be surprised if they’re still in business in a year if what our group went through yesterday is remotely indicative of how they run their business.

Im a big girl. As a big girl, flying is always rather terrifying. Fear of such judgement and humiliation can be enough to make you never want to experience anything. At JSX, there was none of this. Not a second glance or one insinuation. Quietly give you seatbelt extension if needed and they have single seats so there are literally zero worries. Flight attendants are so sweet. Felt like a normal person on a special flight. Ive never been happier about traveling.

Constant delays. Frequent cancelations. Used to be great, but has gone downhill fast. Completely unreliable. Expect disappointment. I’m a frequent customer and have had delays/cancelations on most of my flights in the last year. TSA is less of a pain at this point.

THE BEST!! Airline service EVER! I had to run out to Vegas last minute on an unexpected trip due to one of my best friends was losing her battle with breast cancer!! I originally used jet suite x because they gave me the flexibility to show up 20 minutes before to jump in the plane which I needed because I had to wrap up business odds and ends before I left! Needless to say my friend was so excited when she found out I was getting on a plane and would see her within the hour! Thank you Jet Suite X!But while in Vegas I went to my friends concert and broke my leg in 2 places.... Jet Suite X went above and beyond in taking care of me and making sure I was was handled with CARE! EVERYONE @ the Las Vegas terminal and Burbank terminal went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible! Plus+++ I had even forgotten a bag at the airport and both the manager and an employee made sure I personally got the bag... The employee drove it to my house and handed it to me! Id never expect this from a commercial airline... Hell I didnt expect it from Jet Suite X either but THEY DID!!! THIS is why Jet Suite X has earned my business for life! I really cant put into words how much gratitude I have for the entire Jet Suite X family! Please keep adding cities I will fly everywhere with you!! I work in the entertainment industry and constantly spread the word of Jet Suite X... I just wish people would use my referral code more lol.... In any case well worth the money! We booked a flight leaving from LAS, and nothing in the confirmation told us that we werent actually supposed to go to the main JetBlue terminal. The staff at the airport were friendly and redirected us, but our ride had already left, so we had to get a ride share. Everything about the flight was great, and without all the hassle of the main terminal and security. Id definitely fly with them again, but it was frustrating not having the right location given more clearly.
