Terrible customer service.Did not take responsibility for their mistakes. They changed flight at last minute and lost our luggage . We paid for non stop flight and ended up with 1 stop flight . We lost hours of work and they refused to do anything to compensate for our lost.They said they will contact us the next morning about our lost luggage claim but nobody ever called . I called them every day and spoke to supervisors and still no actions after weeks. They transferred my call around and kept saying it’s not their department to handle my issue but refused to transfer or give me contact number of the right department . They refused every liability and responsibility for my lost of time, lost of money, and lost of luggage .I will never ever fly with them again no matter how cheap they are . They should close down their business since there is no integrity the way they run their business.
Im a cheap traveler by all means and a big fan of Frontier but my last flight from Providence RI to Vegas was painful in that the legroom on the plane was by far smaller than any other airline Ive flown (and I fly weekly). I am 59 and im not sure if it was just this specific plane I flew on but I could touch the seat in front of me to my seat with my pinky and thumb at the same time. My knees were against the seat in front of me which is expectedly the hard plastic discount airline style and after 4+ hour flight it was too much. Price was great and no other issues...I would fly again maybe on a 1.5 hour or less flight if the price was right but never a long haul to somewhere like Minneapolis.

I seem to have far better experiences flying Sun Country than with Delta or other major carriers.
“NEVER EVER” fly with this airline! They need to go out of business!How dare they NOT communicate & say!,”well —we sent an email that we decide last minute to change our flight to the next day!”This is unethical!! You are messing with people’s money & livelihood!Oh and this morning we even got an email stating that everything is a GO, and be sure to bring your mask/Covid rules.I’m too upset to go into detail; just note that a refund is not enough for this business behavior! I’m going to BBB and I am going to all measures to make sure this company doesn’t see the light of day again, through their Sun Country airlines! If you work for them, my advise is to get a new job! This is uncalled for!!!! Oh and pay us the additional $400 to get a new flight last minute!!!!

They lost my daughters car seat and it look an extremely long time to receive it. Their communication through email was at times non-existent. All in all both flights were good and its best to always stay positive.
Seriously the worst. Flight delayed to delay arrival by 6 hours with no email, no phone call, no text, no communication at all. Didn’t even show it delayed on the website. Will now miss the entire day with our son who we were flying to see. Cannot find a customer service agent in the airport anyplace. Customer service agent on the telephone was as no help at all. Did not offer an alternative, a solution, or any compensation. This is my first time flying on this airline and I will not ever book with them again.
Local airline providing mediocre service. But remember this; air travel can never be safe, cheap AND comfortable all at the same time. So, you have to pick two at best. Hopefully, safe is everyones first pick, yeah?

Flights are OK they passed out lukewarm water only That was itPaid Double of advertised price to pay for overhead bin for carryon, choosing a seat and printing a boarding pass. Look out for their Hidden Fees.Will fly elsewhere in the future!.
