They are having their employees post positive reviews to boost their review ratings.My sister was scammed by this company. She bought a ticket for her daughter to see her grandmother before she passes away. She paid $500 only to find out her flight was never booked. Now she cant get a hold of anyone to get her money back for a non-existent ticket.It is disgusting to take advantage of someone in a tragic time. Dont get scammed by this company!

Very unsatisfied! Booked a flight at 1am on 3/30/20. Called the customer service # at 1:50PM on 3/30/20 (same day). I called to confirm my flight of 6 passengers from Vegas to Hawaii. I was on hold for 20min then an Indian man who I could barely understand by the name of Jack answered. Jack put me on hold for another 20min then came back on the line to tell me my flight was cancelled. I did not receive a cancellation email. Good thing I called. I will never use them again.
I came across myflightsearch about a year back and now have been booking flights with them since then. I really like their service, they ensure a flawless booking process and have an amazing customer service team. I would recommend them to all my friends.
I have been trying to get a refund for a year .. They keep saying we send it. then there was and issues. then this and that and everything. I have emails after emails saying they will refund me and nothing I would give them zero stars if I could Worthless customer service and it’s funny out of a team of 5 I was the only one who didn’t get a refund..

We booked a one-way flight to Jamaica for $337.60. We thought it was a little high but because of Covid-19 the person at Flight Search said it was all that was available. We had to use them because a previous flight we made with them cancelled and they were holding the credit. Wefound out that the flight was actually $185.60 and the remaining $152.00 was an Agent Fee. Not only is that a ridiculously high fee but we werent expecting a fee at all. There was no fee on the previous flight we booked with them. And it was not disclosed. The airlines refunded us the $185.60 but we are out the $152 and Flight Search will not return it.

Being a senior, I prefer talking to someone than making my bookings online. Myflightsearch representatives have always been courteous with me. I have booked with them twice and they voluntarily offered me senior citizen discount both the times.
First their number was listed under a united airlines logo on a google search. I didn’t notice. Thought I was talking to United. Second—they completely screwed up all my plane tickets and I’ve spent several hours trying to undo the mess! Third-the representative called me back several times the day I made my reservation to ask me question he’d forgotten when I made the reservation!! Lastly, my Reservations had made up addresses and phone numbers! Again, DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!! Totally unorganized! They do not know how to make the simplest airline ticket! I wish I would have paid more attention when I accidentally called them!!
The Myflightsearch website is very seamless and easy to navigate. Also changing and canceling bookings can be easily done. I will use their service again soon for my next business trip.

Although MyFlightSearch did not send a confirmation email, she received an email from HighSkyCheap confirming the purchase. We have a copy of the email with the booking number assigned to the purchase.She spent $1535.60 on the two tickets. The money cleared her bank account on June 8, 2020. The bank statement shows an agent fee number and was made payable to SkyFlightCheap, TX. First and foremost, my daughter did not cancel the flight, the company cancelled it.My daughter never received the e-tickets which were promised via email within 24 hours. After contacting MyFlightSearch customer service on Monday, June 8, she was informed that the flight scheduled in July had been cancelled. No communication of any kind (email/phone) from MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap was sent regarding the flight cancellation.After speaking with two different MyFlightSearch customer service representatives on Monday, June 8, she was assured that she would receive a full refund within 20-28 business days. She was told that the delay of the refund was due to COVID-19. Thursday, July 16, marked the twenty-eighth business day since customer service was contacted. My daughter has yet to receive her refund.On Monday, July 20, I will be reporting these three companies to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, Nevada (and Texas) Attorney Generals office, Nevada (and Texas) Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau of Nevada (and Texas).My family has waited the appropriate amount of time as deemed necessary by MyFlightSearch to receive the refund from these tickets. After contacting the aforementioned government agencies, legal action will be taken to recover the cost of the purchased tickets.

I find the quality of service offered by myflightsearch really impressive. I recently had to postpone my flight by a day due to some personal work and their customer service guys were of great help in helping me find another flight in almost the same price for the next day.

The website is fast and easy to use. Also, they suggest traveling on a different date in case there are cheaper flights available.
It has been hell making a reservation with you and the agent screws up the reservations and come to find out I was never refunded!! Well just look at that, your BBB accreditation was revoked for the same thing I complained about!! Never will buy tickets from this third party again. Scam artist!! As soon as you tell them you want to cancel after their mistake, the phone goes dead. Call back, as soon as you say the word “CANCEL” the phone goes dead!! What a bunch of losers!!
I was also scammed by this company who was impersonating United Airlines. I continue to see people getting scammed by this company to this day. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC. I encourage everyone to do the same and then perhaps law enforcement action can be taken against them. I am surprised they continue to operate using illegal sales tactics. I am writing this review to express my gratitude to myflightsearch team. I was to travel to Cambridge by road to attend my son’s graduation ceremony by road with a friend but the plan got canceled at the last moment. With not enough time to arrange anything else and barely enough money to buy a ticket I started looking for flights. Seeing a deal on the internet, I called myflightsearch. I am surprised that they offer last minute flight deals. It saved me some much-needed money and enabled me to be a part of my son’s important day.

Totally scammed me. Luckily, I cancelled the credit card so I am not responsible for the $660. They told me that I needed to pay a change fee for something that the airlines dont charge for; a flight being delayed and getting on an earlier flight in order to make a connection.

The flight was cancelled by the airline and myflightsearch has yet to provide a refund. Ive called multiple times and am unable to reach anyone by telephone. Ive also sent an email. It is fraudulent to not provide a refund.

Totally incompetent and or scammers. Paid $400 for a name change on a airline ticket that they never completed. Have been fighting with them over a year to get refund which they promise is in the works. Total BS. Will never do business with them again.
That agent are out of India. They are fraud . They use my son info to change his reservation and then rebook from their company. Been on the phone for 5 hours to get this staighten . Be very careful with this company

Wonder how companies like Sabre and TravelPort continue to work with them..- Employees are cheated of their salaries and mandatory dues (provident fund fraud, Income Tax fraud, both his own and of employees)- customers are cheated on fares- Suppliers are cheated on dues- Government are cheated of taxes- Sell and then get cheated out of your incentive on pretentious reasons- Quit, and you lose everything that is due to you.People have no value to this individual.
