No agents around for a 6pm and it’s 330pm. It’s clearly the only Airline that does not have it together. Over 50 ppl waiting for their check in no representatives to be found. It’s so bad the customer service reps at frontier feel bad for us.I will never flight with Hawaii airlines again…..

Enjoyed the friendly service from Hawaiian airlines staff to Las Vegas via Honolulu. I had around 15hrs lay-over in Honolulu on the way to Las Vegas. I was able to disembark, leave the terminal and go to Waikiki Beach for the day. Great way to freshen up with a swim in the sea. I would recommend the upgrade to premium seating with extra leg room for additional comfort. The seats in the forward cabin behind first class are the best option for this. Definitely worth the extra money. All four of my flights were full.

Completely fluid ticket desk/check in hours that aren’t posted. The web site says the counter opens 4 hours prior to takeoff but reality is you have no clue when them might be open or when you will be able to check bags. Good luck!

Kiosks and luggage drop opens 3 hours before flight. They were late in opening which I found is typical for HA mainland airport check-in desks. Agents were doing their job, but seemed to have forgotten the aloha spirit. The contracted assistance agents (in red shirts) were more helpful to us than the HA employees. OK experience, but the videos of their service expectations do not match the reality. No porter availability. Has that service gone away?

There computer system has software issues and we booked certain seats which we paid extra for and they gave our seats away. We called them to fix the issue and all they could say is they were sorry and now we are sitting at the back of the plane when we paid for seats right behind 1st class.

This has to do concerning the Hawaiian Air Credit Card that I got directly from Hawaiian Airlines. I amassed 20,000 points up to February 2016 . This translated to $400 in a credit that was suppose to be redeemed by the Outrigger Hotel in Oahu, however HawaiianMiles has refused to send me the gift certificates. They email me constantly from a rep named Leona telling me and they are working on it and that they mailed the certificates 4 separate times one being certified mail. Yesterday May 17, I get a call from Leona that again they were never mailed and she will put the miles back on my card. THIS IS FRAUD and DECEPTIVE practices. What’s the point of getting a credit card that you can’t cash in or use the rewards??? STAY AWAY

What a mis-managed operation at McCarren! Yesterday’s flight was delayed for several hours. Hawaiian put us into lung cancer-central “The Orleans,” but we had to check back three times before reservation was actually made. Today, all lines long and confused again. Hawaiian has six stations but only two, sometimes three were manned. A few others agents came out, looked around, and went back behind a closed door. First Class agent didn’t take any one when she had no customers, stood there tapping at her computer and looking around. Noticed that all agents had to repeatedly consult with manager who was working one of the stations. Even she couldn’t assign inter-Island connecting flight seats. They always point you to their website and app, but Hawaiian Airline app and webpage are not user friendly, both jam up, won’t load, go down, can’t do what you need, plagued with error messages, require repeated logins. Hawaii residents know all to well that the only thing that Hawaiian Airlines consistently does effectively and efficiently is to maintain its monopoly in the Islands, using its political power and connections to squash competition. It’s how it stays in business, but of course they do it with that famous “Aloha.”
