DO NOT PURCHASE INTERJET. They closed their location at McCarren Airport. The only customer service available via phone is in Mexico. I got what i paid for. Cheap tickets, POS company.
Terrible customer service!! Once you are actually able to get someone on the phone they love to transfer from person to person without warning or explaining why they are transferring you. Never again will I ever fly with them!!!!
If I could give them 0 I would. We will never fly with them again. We booked through Expedia for our trip to Cancun. All was fine until our departure home from Cancun. EVERY confirmation we had (have) lists flight 2381 from Cancun to MX City, on our boarding pass it says 2379, fine. We were there in PLENTY of time. When we went to the gate the flight number was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND on the board. We ran around trying to find help, no one was able to help us. We finally found an airport rep who said the flight is gone, you missed it. How the hell does that happen? We had 45 minutes to get to the gate. We were told to go back downstairs to check in, which oddly enough had our bags in a separate room. No one had an answer as to how we missed our flight, and every agent we dealt with was useless and rude. We were told there were no other flights to get us home that day (Vegas) Not only did we miss that flight, we missed our connection in MX City. We had to take a cab to a different terminal, scramble to find a flight out that day and are now out 1,500 dollars! Interjet is a JOKE!!!! We go to Guadalajara a few times a year as my mom lives there, will NEVER fly with them again! Worst experience ever. I called to see if someone could help me with what happened and all she could say was you didnt look at the board so you missed your flight ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!???? InterJOKE is what they should be called!
Horrible check in in Lima, we waited for an hour and they didnt even bother to have the line go through the winding ropes, just flat out through the airport lobby causing tons of issues for passengers.The plane didnt have toilet paper or hand towels, there was a loose box of tissues for the whole 5 hour flight.About 5 passengers had their music or TV shows blasting on their phones without headphones so I asked the flight attendants to please ask them all to stop since itwas annoying the whole back half of the plane and they giggled and said they couldnt do anything about it but if I wanted to I could do it.
Booked a flight with them through Expedia and my credit card was hacked. 👎 That what I get I guess for going with a foreign airline.

Mexicans treat Mexicans badly, that lousy people, I liked the airline for the prices but its staff in recent years has always treated me badly.
Airline very good service just one observation, the migration guides in Spanish are not bad wave as only in English
I have always liked Interjet but last year I traveled to Monterrey and my briefcase was empty, and the suitcase did not cost 3 pesos, an employee asked me for a phone number and address to keep quiet but they never called me. 😠😠😠👎👎
In low season you get super prices on domestic and international flights, the space is very comfortable and it is highly recommended (on Volaris you cant even stretch your legs) haha.
