I highly recommend this airline if youre travelling to the UK (especially northern UK into Manchester). They are on par with any US domestic airline Ive flown on, and the in-flight amenities were better than I expected. We ended up getting minor delays on both of our flights, but the luxury of a direct flight meant we didnt have to worry about any other potential mix ups with layovers and transfers. Prices were very reasonable.
Great fares between the US and UK, amazing service for the price you pay and direct fights between Las Vegas and Manchester (a trip I make at least twice a year) make flying with them a no brainier. Definitely try premium out, totally worth it.
This is the worst company ever! But ever! We booked vegan meal and didnt get it on a 12hours flight and the stuardess was soooo rude! Then they closed booking earlier so we missed a flight... and weve been waiting 4hours for somebody to contact us or rebook our flight... shame on you, you are so horrible i cannot say how much!!!
What is the point of having staff members if they dont know how to deal about anything ? Fortunately they are no longer in business. And thats easy to know why.
My recent flight to the UK with Thomas Cook was cancelled due to plane damage. We were told to collect our baggage right before departure. After a long wait in the heat, the passengers were taken to the Orleans by bus. There was mass confusion as there werent any Thomas Cook representatives in the airport. I am local, so I went home. I spent hours trying to contact Thomas Cook, but there was only a UK number, and it was too late to get help. Nobody from the airline ever contacted me. The next day, I called the Orleans front desk. They told me when to go to the airport. I had called McCarran, but the new flight wasnt listed. I lost my upgraded seat. I was offered future compensation, but I have not heard from Thomas Cook since.
