The owner is ana amazing and giving person. She saw the desperation in my eyes because she gave me a deal i couldnt have been more thankful for to get my truck out. I completed the mission and she kept her word. After 7 days i got my truck out for $200!!! The total at that point was $450. Thank U so much Klein Towing!! May God Bless u for years to come. Amen.

Rude people one of my worst experiences! They watch you while you get your personal property out of your car as they talk about you behind your back. The manager or owner was really rude unprofessional place they take your car without telling you where theyre taking it and then they charge you outrageous to try to get your car out even if you dont want it. Like I said worst experience of my life do not go to them. If I could give him those Stars I would please do not go to them do not spend your money if you get in a car accident and your car gets totaled just cut your losses because they are evil company.

Water pump blew in our straight truck. These guys were the ONLY ones who had a wrecker large enough to tow us in/back to Las Cruces. Brian was awesome and took every precaution with our truck. Definitely recommend them. Fair price too.

My coworker called on Friday as he was getting out of work to pick his truck up. He thought they were open Saturday, but he wanted to try to get the truck Friday. It was already after 530 so he was pretty sure they werent going to let him. They didnt...however he was informed nobody would be in the office until Wednesday because of the holiday. He was also informed he would be charged everyday until he can get the truck. I dont agree with that.

My family (wife, son, and 2 dogs), 45-foot Bus, 24-foot trailer, and I were stranded on Highway 25 between Las Cruces and Truth or Consequences in the middle of the night with a broken down engine. With a very weak cell signal, I was able to contact Kleine for help. Kleine didn’t hesitate. They were providing assistance to us within 2 hours…extremely knowledgeable with towing big rigs....took their time carefully hooking everything up and didn’t cut corners when some hook-ups proved difficult to find. Kleine towed us safely back to Las Cruces where the Bus was fixed a day later and we were back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about this family-owned company. Without them, we’d still be on Highway 25 between Las Cruces and Truth or Consequences

I can not express fully how amazing the staff is at Klein. They were helpful, kind and took amazing care of my veteran friend who is homeless at the moment. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. They provided my friend with water, food, gator aid and so much more in this very hot weather. I had an accident. I hit the #1 bus on Spruce & Triviz. In my defense, the sun was at the point in the sky where it created a glare so i that I was blind until I was in the intersection and realized I had run the red light. Needless to say, I totalled my car. Luckily, no one was hurt. The car was towed to Kliens which is right across Picacho Ave from where I live. Convenient, huh? They were helpful within the confines of the law. I took the car out of inpound hoping to make a little profit from junking it. I just broke even but oh well. The staff at Kliens was helpful in us getting the vehicle out if their yard. Basically, if you have to have you vehicle impounded, these people are nice and helpful

Got to me in less then 30 minutes and they were on the other side of town, billy did the job fast and was very nice and it was 100 degrees outside

Great family business. Very careful with motorhome. Let us sleep in our disabled motorhome on there lot and store our trailer till my coach was repaired. Then I used them again for a retow to Cummins in El Paso. Worked with insurance company and can handle in size rig over large service area

If you ever have any kind of choice as to who tows your vehicle, I would HIGHLY recommend going with Action Towing instead. My experience with Kleine was that they were extremely rude and money hungry to the point that it became unethical. I hope my review can help someone to avoid the nightmare of dealing with them!

If I could give zero stars I would the dude on the phone had the audacity to tell me to shut my mouth and listen they hold your property hostage and tell you information that is incorrect but doesnt want to hear how he was wrong if you car gets towed here I feel bad for you already worst people Ive met since I moved here. Kleine Motor Co., and especially Brian, were exceptionally helpful. He drove over 100 miles to tow us on a late Friday evening when our Motorhomes radiator hose ruptured. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Let us stay in the rig overnight in their yard and then towed us early the next morning to the repair shop. Recommended a great Mexican restaurant for breakfast. We cant express our thanks enough for the great service.

This company towed my truck and my 5th wheel Back to their site. They let me park the 5th wheel on their property and then towed my truck to the Ford dealer for repairs. They offered to let me spend the night in my 5th wheel on their property using their power. My truck got fixed but it was too late to leave so I spent the night at the towing company. I cannot explain how wonderful these people were to me And they even fed me meatloaf, potatoes and veggies

I had a car that was inpounded,$800 dollar car that engine had blown..they wanted title plus 360.00 dollars for me to get my personal things out of car? title was at title loan place, so im injured workers comp, US VET, had things in trunk that i needed..well instead of doing the right thing, they got nothing from me, had car crushed in my opinon out of spite..i got nothing and so did they..terrible way to run buisness..never go to them..chiseling..jerks

This place is not professional whatsoever. I came for simple information and waited at least ten minutes inside for someone to even notice I was there. The two women that helped me were both rude and not customer friendly at all.

Went to pick up my daughters car from their yard and have it towed to repair shop (Classic 4X4) and come to find out there is no key to the car.What?? Called Kliens Motors/Towing and they state they were never given the key to my daughters car at the scene of the accident but the Police Officer, myself, and a witness all saw my daughter take the key off her key ring and put just the single key in the ignition for the tow truck driver. I even waited at the scene til the tow truck showed up... Really... NO KEY?? When I called Kliens they act like nothing is wrong, they never had the key, and the lady at the front desk is VERY RUDE. Thats terrible how poeple are treated by this company! Its sad that the CLC has a contract with Kliens for towing when accidents occur.... Its a good thing my daughter had an extra key!!!

Very disrespectful rude to their customers and obviously in it just to make money working with the police department hand-in-hand I recommend finding another towing company in town and not using A unprofessional and disrespectful towing company.

This company went behind my back and obtained the title to my vehicle when they learned I had filed for lost title and wasnt able to regester my 89 lincoln. To add insult to injury all my earthly possessions,sentimental items and entire wardrobe were not giving back to me when I asked why the owner calmly replied I aint gonna lie broIm gonna keep your car and I already have a buyer when asked about my property he shrugged and said Im gonna donate it. Meaning my car and belongings where still available but wrongfully kept from me. This is not the first time this happened to someone by Kleins tow
