I had no problem getting my items from the vehicle and I was treated w/ respect and kindness.

Not how customers should be treated. I was told my car would be picked up a cerain time and when no one showed up I called to see what was going on was told I would have to wait for over an hour. I was than hung up on in the middle of a sentence.

The address intially takes you somewhere else where they mustve been. Ive updated the address on Google Maps and added a new picture. The original white building photo is the old location. That building is now painted brown.Its frustrating when a business doesnt have the correct address for their location. Especially a towing company.
