Our driver, Robert, was beyond helpful and friendly. We had been sitting along the Highway for 6 hours. Robert quickly loaded our van and took us to Las Cruses. When we got to the repair shop they said they couldn’t work on a van. Robert got on his phone and found a friend that would take a van to work on then stayed and brought us to a motel and offered to have his wife give us a ride the next day. Praise God for Robert. He has made a horrific experience bearable and given us good memories of Las Cruses.

This is the best tow service Ive seen in a long time. Got a semi truck and trailer towed from Mesquite NM to Horizon city TX. The owner Eric is an amazing driver. Very professional and a job well done! Kudos to Eric!

Awesome experience! After calling four different towing companies, these great guys were the only one to answer. Within 35 minutes the transaction was complete and my car was on its way to mechanic. Robert our driver, was awesome. Talk about fast service from these guys! They will be our new go to tow service for sure! Highly recommend this great crew.

I called for a tow in the middle of he day with rush hour traffic - they came in 20 minutes with the truck. Front wheel missing? No problem, easily handled. Driving all the way to the next city over? Again, not a problem. Got my vehicle back home 40 miles away just 1 hour after my initial call. The operator, Steve, was extremely professional and cared for making sure the vehicle was well treated, and even offered friendly advice on how to address the problem. Super quick, reasonably priced, with great care taken for my vehicle. 5 stars.

This company was a life saver! The sweetest man, I believe his name was Steve, came to our rescue when we were stranded on I-10 on our way to Texas. He eliminated SO MANY worries by not only getting to us quickly, but suggested a mechanic and hotel that were a 400 ft. walk from each other. He was professional and very friendly & of course, helpful. I have no idea what we wouldve done without him!

$100+ for an in-town jump start. ridiculous!! almost the cost of a new battery. theyre not a rescue service, theyre a rip-off service.

One of the worst Towing & Recovery places I have ever interacted with! Towed my car in and promised to take it into the Collision Center the next morning. Of course they didnt and I called them constantly and no one answered! No one was in the office till 2:30pm even though their office hours are 8:00-5:00. I would advise you to never use this place, they have no sense of customer care or a quality business.

My car wouldnt start. I thought the starter motor had quit. Robert correctly diagnosed the problem (over the phone!), came and gave me a jump. He then offered to follow me to the service station I was going to to get a new battery. Excellent service.

Unbelievably fast, professional, and courteous service, particularly at 9:00am on a Sunday morning. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

The drivers are nice and respectful and seem to have a good grasp of customer service. The office however has absolutely no idea how to keep records and transactions of paperwork, so dont expect to get a receipt or ask any questions the day after services rendered, much less treated like a decent person.

Called several times in a 45 minute time span time only to hear a recording telling me to call back in 3 to 5 minutes. After sitting on the side of the road for 45 minutes, I called someone else who answered and had me hooked up and on our way in an hour.

I broke down in the interstate and they sent a truck out and found a good repair shop for me. Driver was friendly and professional... if you need a tow call these guys! Much appreciated!

Towed our broken down diesel 100 miles back to Las Cruces and took the time to drop our trailer off at a rv park before bringing it to a shop, at a very reasonable rate! Cant thank Steven enough!!

Was stuck on an exit off the freeway going towards El Paso. I was very panicked but the tow was the smoothest Ive ever experienced. They arrived in probably less than 30 minutes and I was a bit farther out of town. The process was very quick and easy!

Great place for used or NEW truck parts!

Im Still waiting for my car to get picked up its been 4 months & every phone call is the same well see about picking it up tomorrow. Not even causes codes is involved are they moving not happy at all

If I could give them zero stars I wouldve put that. The company sent a driver out and when my car was towed it arrived with a broken arm control bar and was left on at the mechanics shop for the entire day because the tow personnel didnt bother to turn off the car after putting it in neutral to get it off the bed. I called multiple times and was told Eric would come out to assess the damage and he never showed up. I went down to the store because I was not getting anywhere talking on the phone with Eric and he explained all the excuses why he couldnt come by after he acknowledged he said hed be at my house. This is a poor excuse of a customer oriented company. For all that they speak about for great customer service and putting the customer first this has been one of the worst transaction Ive made in my entire life. Its been 2 weeks now and I still havent made any progress from the day it was broken. Thee worst

Needed to junk a running car old enough to be blessed with steel made parts and a mileage 125% lower than its average of identical years/make. Offered me less than a month of Comcast for it. In addition, they say the towing is free but this guy literally did the math verbally over the phone deducting his tow price from my final cash profit.
