I have been going for years, yesterday was so wrong. I showed up jenny said they were busy come back 1:30 which I’ve always been able to sit and wait she was determined for me to leave come back, so I did I came back I waited I waited a hour went by then 2 people walked in she sat them at pedicure stations. She asked me to come back I responded no Jenny I work so I will just wait, which she was not happy with that answer and needless to say she (Jenny) is rude rude rude, no customer skills, but I have always put up with it. Well she asked me just to come back another day. To me I feel cause I don’t get all the extra stuff done is why she did that to me. Hopefully no one else goes through this. It is a awful feeling.

Went in for a pedicure. The lady who was giving me a pedicure rushed through the whole thing. When she clipped the side of my nail it hurt so much that I jumped out of my seat. I left the salon bleeding. Two days later I had an infection on my toe. I never write reviews but she didnt seem to care that she hurt me she never apologized. Also the infection was so bad I could hardly walk. Be careful here!

Made an appointment to wait 40 mins and be told its busy defeating the whole purpose of an appointment. I have been a long time customer and lately have been overcharged for services. I will receive the same service as a friend at the same time and get charged 10-15 dollars more every time. Will not be returning, do not recommend.

My daughter & I got full set of nails. The lady that did my nails was very harsh & looked angry. She kept getting phone calls from her son & putting him on FaceTime. She did my nails like she was in a race with the guy that was doing my daughters. She globbed the acrylic on so fat & thick then filed them like speed racer. They looked like giant wolves nails. I was so dissapointed. My daughters cuticles were all bleeding & she kept asking them to cut them but he just continued without responding..So we went to another nail salon to get them redone. So frustrating! About another hundred to fix their mistake. But at least we were treated nice & gentler. @Wonder.

I went to get my nails done here and my eight hand was longer than my left hand and there was excess acrylic underneath my nail. And the worse part is that they started lifting after 3 days.. Worst experience ever!

Waste of money the worlds worst place to get pedicures ever .They dont even follow the steps that was shown to people at school. And yet they want to charge for extra soap lotion massage never againnot to mention when you get acrylic nails she literally Burns you always very ruff.I never see them sanitize after each client 🤔🤮

I went in for a gel mani-pedi. She did a REALLY good job on the nails. Only hurt me like 2 times but not to the point of any bleeding like other places Ive too. The only thing that I was really disappointed on was the massage that comes with the mani-pedi. Its literally my favorite part. It was more of just rubbing her hands on my arms and legs than a massage. Sin ganas. BUT my nails did look really cute!!

The people at this nail salon were kind, hard working and did a really quality mani/pedi. I will continue to come to this place. It was very clean and sanitary

Only place to get your nails done

The service overall was okay. One lady did my daughters nails and I was charged full price $14 dollars for only polishing her nails ( she’s 9). When it came to my nails the next lady made me bleed. She was filing my actual skin on the side of my nail. They were getting busy so she rushed and it has been the worst experience of getting my nails done ever. I paid $54 dollars in total and honestly don’t think it was worth it.

Great customer service. They are quick and I never have trouble with my nails breaking or chipping. Really good work and they are fast.!!

The nail techs at this nail salon did an outstanding job for my nails and toes. I love the way that one of the techs did my Pink & White. She dipped my nails in the powder instead of the liquid and its look very natural. After getting this type of nail done, I have the real feeling my fingers and nails of easy grasp into things.

No patiens at all, they always in a hurry and forget costumer service.

I had a scheduled appointment sat and waited an hour no point in scheduling with them if they don’t even go by that poor customer service not once did anyone say to me it would be a few more minutes so I decided to leave 🤬

This lady is horrible. She made me wait 30 mins to fix a nail. No one was in there waiting to be serviced. My nail repaired broke 3 days after she replaced it. I told her it was curved and not similar to the rest, she ignored me. She charged me extra without letting me know. I truly disliked her attitude which totally reflected her services.

If I could give no stars I would! Horrible place and even worse workers. For one they dont even speak or understand English. Its hard explaining to them what you need done! The elder lady cut my daughters thumb was mad when I took her back to show man. Had to take my daughter back 2 days later cause 2 nails fell off. I went back with my mom and she skipped me and took next person. If she wouldve took me instead of skipping me my baby wouldnt of got fustrated and start crying. While he was crying she had the guts to mock him. I kept my mouth shut at my moms request. Anyways she wouldnt of even understood me if I did say anything. Left with my nails not even painted. Will never go back and I would never reccomend anyone there. Horrible service!

Horrible experience on 6/09/18. My daughter and I decided to go there for pedicures. I used to go here many years ago and it was a good place. On this day the owner (a guy) called for another lady to come help as they own another salon on Main Street. The young lady not only rushed, failed to clip my nails, when I asked for them t lo get trimmed she got upset and when she was cutting them cut my big toe. Then grabbed a bottle of lotion from a warmer and burned my right leg, she smirked when I yelled saying it was too hot. They overfilled my daughters tub made a huge water mess and this young lady rushed to help clean up ending up dropping the bottle of polish on the floor and herself. My nails are missing polish on sides.

They took forever seems like theyre short-staffed also the girl doing my nails kept messing up I asked for little diamonds on my nails and she made them all uneven one hand looked way different than the other and the guy who did my pedicure also did the same the only thing I really enjoyed about this visit was that the girl did a great job on my eyebrows when I asked her to wax them I was very surprised how good it came out other than that I was not happy about my nails and my friend that came with me didnt like her nails at all they came out awful

I showed up right when they opened hoping not to feel as rushed as they always make me feel but it was worse!! Apparently there was a really good movie playing on one TV and soccer game on the other which completely consumed the workers attention. I recieved a half done pedicure with the worker staring at the TV as she slapped my calfs Id assume she considered that to be the message portion. Then got my skin ripped off as she rushed through my eyebrow wax. The Male I think Kevin started in my full set watching the game the entire time not even paying attention to what he was doing. My 4 year old niece could have done a better job painting my nails. There was nail polish all over my skin all the sides werent even painted then he sat me down to watch the monstrosity dry while he jumped up down as someone win the game. . . Im disappointed in what this place has become. I use to love it here. I will never come back.

Not too impressed. Atmosphere is to be expected, I was the only costumer there and I felt rushed. I didnt receive and of the services included in the pedicure package I asked for. Employees were dressed unprofessionally and watched videos on tablets. Dont think Ill be returning.

Seemed friendly at first but just got worse! I went in for a pedicure and the man rushed thru it. When he finished I was waiting for my friends pedicure to be done so I sat their for a while so my toes can dry and I was going to get up for the restroom and he yelled at me for moving demanded for me to sit down and relax worse place to get your nails done! And to top it off they still asked to be tipped!

Ive never been to a worst nail salon. I asked for a fix, on my thumb where my french acrylic broke and they said we dont know how. I also got a pedi and they applied four coats of the color alone! Six coats in total! It was an opaque color, so that was ridiculous. I went with my three girlfriends and it was all of our first times trying it out. My friend asked for almond nails and they didnt know how to do it either. So disappointed! Waste of money! I thought Wondernails was bad, but this place is below it. Dont waste your time or money. I would suggest LA Nails, Blvd Nails or Pro Nails. NOT THIS PLACE! Yes, I could have said something. BUT I rather spend the money, deal with the bs and give them the review they deserve.

This place used to be alright, but I have lately stopped going. The last TWO times that I was in there there have been small children running around, and theyve seemed to be understaffed. Not only did it take a very long time for a simple pedicure, the older guy doing nails seemed very unhappy to be there, thusly making my experience also unhappy. I really dislike the fact that there are small children running amuck. When I want to go get my nails done, I do not want to feel like Im at a day care. It was horrible to have to watch children dump piles of playthings noisily into the middle of the floor while the staff hesitantly did my nails. This place is nothing like what it was a couple of years ago. There was a point where I would have said it was a good bargain for basic nail care, but not anymore. Dont waste your time, they have plenty of competition.

Horrible rushed service, only 2 techs and several people waiting, the tech I had was rushing through my service, my nails were very poorly done, she slapped acrylic and didnt even file or shaped them in any way and proceeded to put my gel with no base coat, then polish was all over my cuticles
