This place is amazing!!! So clean and well kept! The nail techs are super friendly and helpful and do amazing work. My nail tech did wonderful and was extra careful with my sensitive hands! Will be coming again ❤❤❤

Literally had the worst service!!! The male who runs it is so rude and has the worst attitude about working there. Rough with grabbing your hands and a lazy job on service. Not to mention he only spoke to me when asking personal questions about the nail tech I usually go to, nothing else. He got up in the middle of doing my nails and came back 15 mins later only to do a half a** job with thick polish for the outcome. The pedi was okay but again my polish came out thick and took longer than it should have. It was supposed to be a relaxing time for my bf and I to get pedis together, but I will never come and spend my money here again. Dont spend your money here!

Was excited to try this salon because of all the amazing reviews. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the customer service. I gave three stars because I can’t base it off of their work just how unprofessional and rude the guy was. I was originally going to go and get a full acrylic set but decided to just get my old set off because I didn’t want to sit through the awkwardness of it. I’d rather go to a place where they are friendly.

My daughter and I just had a great experience at DaQueen. We went in after my daughter got a poor acrylic manicure from somewhere else. Bryan, I think he was, had to take the old one off and start from scratch. He did so expertly and my daughter is so happy with her nails. We will definitely return!

I love this place. They do a great job and everything is sanitized and done professionally. The prices are great and people are nice. It’s very clean and relaxing. My pedicure consisted of the whole works; message chair, hot water with good smelling water, cleaned my feet and toes, shaped my nails, then relaxing and soothing lotion with a hot towel and message. I loved it!!!

I made an appointment for a pedicure based on reviews and much to my surprise they surpassed my expectations. I paint my own nails so I just wanted a pedicure. They were very reasonably priced and very sanitary. The pedicure was great! They cleaned my feet, messaged my calves, put hot towels on my legs! I felt like I had new feet! I have another appointment coming up and I am excited to see how they do for a second time! Love, Love, Love! Ill post before and after pictures soon.

I changed to this nail salon because it is closer to my house and it turned out to be the best idea ever on nail salons . This place gets good amount of business but NOT over crowded and they are clean. The pedicure stations look new and sanitary. Brian the owner is awesome and takes great detail on doing nails and pedicures. I take my 85 year old mom and she loves the place. Next my husband and my brother and his girl friend. 💅👣👍

Honestly best pedicure I have ever had! Better than ones I’ve spent $65+ for! Very professional and very clean! My tech dropped one of her tools on the floor and she immediately picked it up and disinfected it and grabbed a new clean one, which I’ve seen many other salons just rinse it off and reuse it so that was refreshing to see someone actually cares about the customer!! Very sweet people and for the price you pay, you get a lot! I will definitely be back monthly!

1st time visit and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. They took the time and we not in hurry. They made sure i was happy with the color and shape of my nails before I left. I will definitely be visiting them again.

Came here to get a pedicure today because its right by my apartment next to hooters . The owner Brian was extremely friendly asked me all the right questions. The place inside is very nice and very very clean. Brand new looking equipment, new massage chairs. They have the disposable liners on the inside of the tubs to protect you from any fungus or anything like that which I personally like, also seem a lot cleaner then most places as far as reusing things and sanitation. They accept cards and are Very reasonably prices. his wife Donna who did the pedicure took her time and was friendly. The massage chairs are really comfortable as well. I was given a free gift certificate just for coming in and being there first customer. So I would recommend coming down and checking this place out. I do not think you will be disappointed.

I am out of town visiting parents and came in July 4. Truly the best pedicure I have had in months. The massage it self is super relaxing . Definitely worth coming. I am happy and will be back again!

My sister recommended this place so i gave it a try price was great however my nails were uneven in length and crooked. 2 of my nails dont even have polish on the entire nail. Staff was not rude but not friendly either. Made no attempts at conversation even when i did. Would not recommend or go back.***response to ownerI didnt say they dont have polish i said they dont have it on the entire nail. I will gladly go back to show you i would have stayed to fix them but you were already working on another client when i noticed and i didnt have time to stay. Also it was so awkwardly silent in there.

It was not until recent months that I was ever able to get my nails done regularly. about 4 months ago though, I started having a bit of an extra income and decided that I would like to start getting my nails professionally painted at least once a month. In the past I just went wherever I saw an affordable price and at least 4 stars. When I was looking this time I stumbled upon DaQueen Nails&Spa and found they had great prices. I have now gone back 3 times and plan on going again at the end of the week because the quality for the price is just amazing. The staff are friendly, polite, and funny! The prices are unbeatable and the facility is in clean and well maintained conditions. Their is even talk of upgrading a bit as clientele builds. This business has not been around for long yet but they are doing everything right!

I decided to give this place another chance because my first visit was very bad. The place was very clean and the people were friendly. However it was rushed and turned out sloppy. I showed him a photo and explained what I wanted but it came out looking thick and unmatched. Also the nail product dried clumpy and has bubbles. I really wish I had a better experience. $70 down the drain for very sloppy work.

I have been to 3 nail salons in town and all 3 have nail techs with skill, but it’s also luck of the draw and if you get the wrong person it can turn out to be an unpleasant experience. At DaQueen, I was helped immediately for my appointment. The owner Brian was super professional, clean and organized, and asked for my opinion every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the direction my nails were heading. At the same time, Brian also got up to coach his fellow staff to ensure they were giving their clients the best possible experience. I have never been so happy with my nails and with the customer service I received. This place is special and the quality is insane! I recommend this place over any other nail salon in Las Cruces.

I have always found it hard trusting someone to do my nails, because I haven’t had the best experience at nail salons. The first time I came to this salon, was actually on accident. I walked in confused, but the owner, Brian helped me out. He made room for me, even though he had a full schedule. My nails came out SO BEAUTIFUL, that even at 3 weeks in, I kept receiving compliments! The best part is, he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg! They have THE BEST prices in Las Cruces, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Can’t wait for my next set!

Recently, they have added additional staff to keep up with the ever growing clientele due to the excellent customer service and quality of work. My nails tend to last at minimum of three weeks. Brian is diligent about keeping supplies new to ensure the best quality of nails.

Very clean nice people nice atmosphere my daughter got their nails painted they really felt important that was cool my nails came out cute will be going back for sure. And fyi I waited a week to rate them and my nails are still on strong.

This was by far the best nail salon I have been to in Las Cruces. The service you get for the price blew me away. I got the best pedicure they do and it blew away the other salons for 1/3 of the price. The salon is squeaky clean, massage chairs are heaven and the owners give 1st class service. I will definitely be returning.

This is a long (2 weeks) overdue, well-deserved review! I dont normally write reviews (because I get lazy) but this has been one ail salon in town I cant stop bragging about.So all my life, I had nail techs and my own mother telling me that acrylics ruin your nails. No, thats not true. The owner of this salon said the nail tech are the people who ruins your nail if they dont know what theyre doing. He has great confidence in his work on your nails, and there hasnt been a place in town that I would go back to after my first or second time. Coming from California, and being the person I am, I am extremely picky with difficult standards.I had two finger nails about to rip off. No girl with long nails would like them to all be cut short, or just have two out of five short fingernails on one hand. Luckily, the owner decided to put powder on top of those two fingernails and preserved the length I wanted! Talk about a professional right there.I chose metallic gel for three fingers on each hand, and two chrome fingernails on each hand. I have been getting nonstop compliments on them. Theyve last me for 2+ weeks now. Customer service is superb! I love how theres cable tv in the background to listen to top mashups!The male owner can do custom nails as well, and his wife has so many designs to choose from! Truly a talented couple. Cant wait to go back in today!

Came to get a new set of nails. Person was not willing to take old ones off. So much product on nails that they were heavy and did fall off about three days after, not to mention seeing brush strokes and dimples in product on my nails. Wouldnt recommend this place
