Cindy is wonderful, I have never been more happy with my acrylic nails, she does the most beautiful work I’ve ever had. I took my ex husband for a spa pedicure and Lana really outdid herself, he said it was so relaxing and she was a joy to talk to. His feet look wonderful. Thank You ladies, we will be back soon.

Went in for a pedicure. Im a good big girl and I cant quite get to my left foot so I needed my toenails cut. I kept asking the guy please cut them please cut them and he just kept cutting just a very very tips. A day later I had to go somewhere else to really get them cut. The chairs are wonderful like theyre brand new and they probably are cuz I dont think they get too much customers.

Worse nails Ive ever gotten. Gel didnt dry. Design I asked was all crooked. Bumpy nails.Gel on pedicure fall off

TERRIBLE. Not only did the woman, Jenny, try to over charge me, she was very rude. They also did not do their work correctly. Definitely not coming back here. I also didnt even bother getting my fill done. Possibly the worst nail shop Ive ever been to.

The acrylics lasts up to 4-5 weeks. They dont even lift. I love coming here to get my nails done ❤ and everytime I go in and take a pic of what I want, they get it done and on point!

Went to pro nails today for the 1st time. The older lady did my pedicure she was wonderful. Took her time! Polish job was flawless!

The salon is beautiful and comfortable. Its a very nice atmosphere. I came as a walk in and was able to get in right away. I love how my nails came out and cant wait to go back.

This nail salon is under new ownership now, as of May, 2019. Cindy and her husband, who owned Happy Nails for 14 years, bought Pro Nails this month. They give the same professional service they always have. Their prices are the same as before. I highly recommend them. Ive been very happy with their services for 16 years. There is nobody better in Las Cruces! Give them a try!

Cindy has been doing my nails for fifteen years she is the best. Her employees have always been very friendly and helpful. They all do a great job. Congratulations my friend on the opening of your new shop.

10/10 they did my eye brows and now i go every 2 weeks

Awful! Paid $30 dollars for a woman to forget how to do a pedicure. She completely forgot, I guess that I have two feet. Did I say anything to her about it, no no I didnt because you should not have to be told how to do your job. Never massaged feet only legs and that was terrible. I dont have the money or the time to waste on something like this. This was a splurge I was treating myself to and I wasted my money. I never leave reviews but this had to be said. For the people who have had a great experience there, I commend you for sticking it out. But this was a one time shot for me and I will never go back.

I personally have been with Cindy for many years! Previously owned Happy Nails and now the NEW owners here at Pro Nails! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails or my Eyebrows! I love it here! Highly recommended!

I have been here before when it was under the old management and I didn’t know that everything had changed so I went to go get a new set and i wasn’t expecting it to be perfect because no one is but they could’ve at least been straight, 4 are very noticeably slanted and i had asked for coffin shape but my pinkies look more stiletto then coffin also one hand is completely shorter then the other. Overall i was very displeased with the new management/team. But omg the old nail techs i loved the way they did my nails not once i complained.

Best shellac mani EVER! Wish I lived closer to make this my regular spot. Jenny is a perfectionist that takes her time & does a fabulous job. She also gave me a great neck & shoulder massage. All the ladies are very sweet & happy. Ill def be back!

Pro Nails have treated me like family. Their customer service is exceptional! They are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Every visit has been wonderful.

I love their designs.. wish i could go more.. but the time i did go it was the best for acrylic nails i have even had.. they dont put to much of the product on your nails and they listen to detail and there finished produce feels so good and looks awesome. The nails i did get lasted longer than any other time i went to orher nail salons.

Horrible experience with Janie/Jenni or something like that, she was so unfriendly I didnt even get her name even though I asked twice.. She was rude, unfriendly, not careful, and not through. I had to ask her to clean under my nails. She was in such a hurry she didnt put the top coat on my toes, didnt paint the ends of my toe or finger nails. My toes were wet for 2 hours! She also left the residue of whatever she put on my legs which also ended up on my pants. My heels were worst when I left then when I came in. Thank goodness for Kevin who came in to save the day for my nails. IF I use Pro Nails again (unlikely), I will INSIST its not with Jenni/Janie.

Pro Nails and Spa, what don’t you get from the name💁🏽‍♀️ Lol, it’s a a really good and comforting place. I’ve gone there for a year now and I would recommend it to any who’s looking for a good nail job. 👍

I really like this place. I go regularly for my pedicure and they’re always very welcoming and do a good job, especially with my ingrown nails. The decor and ambiance is not the best but as long as my nails are done properly I dont mind.

They dont talk much so it makes it awkward. Couldnt answer in English very well. Their work is nice but feel over charged. Says 25 for acrylic and 3 for nail art. Still debating if I will return.

I took my boyfriend for the first pedicure at Pro Nails & Spa last month. I was very happy!I wanted some crazy fabulous coffin acrylics and they helped me. They were consistently friendly and helpful. Amazing staffs!Reasonable prices!Its sooooo cute and no thickliness. If youre looking for a new technician, this salon is deserve.

I went recently looking for a cheaper option for my nails. The nail tech I had was extremely rude and rough as though trying to get through the job in a hurry. She ended up giving me multiple cuts on my fingers then rubbed alcohol all over them. It was a very painful and stressful experience. Within one week my nail started lifting. Will not return here.

Highly disappointed. So as everyone knows a womans EYEBROWS ARE EVERYTHING!!to make a long story short they completely screwed mine up . And all she had to do was clean them up!!! Never again will I go there.

I would give this place a NO Star option of it had one. First the uv lights were burning my moms figure nails and the lady had no regard to the discomfort she was in. Then when she was getting her eyebrows done the lady was in such a hurry and was extremely rough and dropped hot wax all the way down her face neck and hair burning her. As my mom trotted walking away the lady continued and continued to hassle her, in my opinion my mom should have punched her so she would get the Damn hint, any way the lady was not apologetic at all or cared that her customer was in discomfort and pain. When they did my mail they came out all bubbly and did not dry even though I sat there for over 20 minutes. Very disappointed and we will never go back. Pro nail needs to work on their customer service and their needs

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I went in early morning Saturday was the only person in the store and the woman who helped me was incredibly rude. Ive been going to pro nails for awhile and never had any trouble until this day. The woman doing my nails didnt do a good job whatsoever my nails chipped immediately after leaving. I went back Sunday and she did a sloppy job of fixing them. Theyve lost my business.

Awful experience again!! I will never return...Jennie is a very rude nail tech she is worried about money over clients and doesnt care about clients. Three weeks ago I went in for a pedicure she was very rude and rough when I complained to her she got mad and rushed thru it n gave me the worst pedi. I returned today thinking maybe she was in a better mood since I had good experience prior. When she had recently returned from California !! TodayI went in for a Manicure worst thing I could have done she had to remove 4 of the acrylic nails I didnt remove myself prior my appt. she removed with no mercy when I complained she gave me the worst manicure rushed through it again cut me very painful never appoligized over charged me, again they lost a customer I will never go back!!

She did a terrible job, the shape is supposed to be a coffin but she messed them all up. I brought it up and she only fixed one. She didn’t clean them up nicely. WORST NAIL TECH I HAVE EVER HAD.
