I went here for years and generally got good service until the last time I was there and asked the lady to use acrylic on my broken nail. She said ok and then didnt do it - on top of being rude the whole time. When I asked about it, she got mad and told me the nail would eventually grow out. (It was broken half way down). She called the owner over who then told me that to have acrylic done it would cost me a LOT of money. I told her last time they charged me five bucks and this was what I wanted - they wouldnt do it and said it looked fine. As I was paying, the older lady that did my nails whispered to me that she accidentally didnt charge me enough (right after running my card) and asked me to pay the $3 difference in cash. 😮 I had asked for Tony that day initially, but they told me he was on vacation. He wasnt, he now works at Q Nails, go see him there, because hes the BEST!

First nail place Ive been to since being in Cruces! Tony was great! No one was rude. It was a little dirty and old but they get the job done. I made sure to show a picture of what I wanted and ask how much. They were true to what they said. Im only giving 3 stars since I dont know how long my gel nails will last. My photos were taken right after I got them done!

They ladies were all very nice it was nice to have a good pedicure

Vivian there is awesome shes a new hire but she really listened to what I wanted and was very gentle when taking off my acrylics. She let me see what the polish would look like on until I found the one I was happy with. She was also very friendly.

The workers there are absolutely amazing! Tony and Vivian are GREAT!! Many may say they are rude but what many dont realize is that the way they speak is because that is how they are taught. Every culture is different, remember that! There nail work is AWESOME!!!

Ladies are very rude and overprice nails. They charged my $70 dollars for a regular full set no gel or anything. Aside ver poor quality will never go there again!

Went here with my mom. She got a pedicure and I got French tips. It only cost 60$ for both! Not bad for the price, i really loved my nails. Here they are at almost 3 weeks!

I waited 15 minutes for service got tired went to Dillards and back and waited 15 more minutes only never to get my nails done. They are slow and dont attend to customers very well.

Since they changed what Im assuming is ownership, they have become a huge disappointment!! I have been going to this place for years and loved the work they did. Within the past few months Im just wasting my time and money!I! l had my nails done on July 20th prior to going out of town for a work meeting. 8 days later they started to chip, break, and crack and look absolutely horrible!! I was embarrassed the entire time I was there. unfortunately I was out of town so I had to wait two weeks to come back to have them fix their sloppy job. This past Thursday when I returned on August 1st I had them redo my nails which they discounted a whooping $10. 😠 Today is now 48 hours later and one of my nails have chipped off again!! I called to complain and they said they cannot refund my money but they can give me a full-service with another color.absolutely not!! I will be going where else who wont rip me off and do quality work.

Great service

They are not good at costumer service. The nail tech did not greet me properly and took me straight to get my nails done. He wanted to charge more for wanting my nails slightly longer then what he cut them. I did not know I wasn’t allowed to say how long I wanted them. Poor all the way around. Will not be going back or coming close to this place again.

The older lady that works here did wonders to my feet during my pedicure and her French polish was perfect! Thank you so much!

Quick and efficient

Ive been going here for years. By now, I know whos good and when not to go. I like it here. I read the reviews about them being rude but Ive never experienced that. Dont go towards the end of the week as thats when they get real busy. Nancy is one of the best at waxing.

The gentleman who did my sisters nails removed one of her acrylic nails with another nail and ripped a good chunk of her nail and just looked up at us and said, I think we should soak them. Please do not get your nails done by him. He also had headphones on rocking out to music while he did her nails. Never again!!!

They actually understand exactly what i ask for every time. I dnt go anywhere else

My experience was HORRIBLE I will never go back to this place. The man was extremely rude and gave me a mediocre 4 min pedicure! I couldnt believe it! There was no difference in my feet. I asked if he was going to finish the pedicure and he said he just gave me the basic pedicure. And I would have to pay 5 dollars more for him to finish! I told him price didnt matter that I just wanted the service done right! He was so rude and I felt very uncomfortable so I just told him to finish painting my nails. I told him I wasnt going to pay for the pedicure just him painting my nails. So when he finished he charged me 27 dollars for the pedicure! This place is horrific!!

Terrible place to go to!! I just walked out and my fingers and toes are extremely sore!! The lady was extremely rough and pushy. My nails were really crooked and the gel on my toes looked horrible. I could’ve done it better myself. I noticed they don’t sanitize or use liners in their tubs. DO NOT GO HERE

I have been to nail works more than 10 times and have been okay with the outcome. I got there with my 2 friends and on one of my friends she told her multiple times that she wanted regular nails and the lady started to give her acrylic nails. I sat down and the guy started to give me gel nails. As I was sitting there the guy kept getting mad at me for not keeping my hands seperated. He said it in a very mean tone. The guy started to kinda do his own thing with doing polka dots on my nails. After I was done I had to go dry my nails and he grabbed my Personal belonging without my permission. So as I sat down my other friend said she had got her nail messed up because the lady had grabbed her hands. She asked another man to redo her nails and he said in a rude tone “no ask the lady that did it before.” So my friend was gonna ask the other lady to redo her nails. I told my friend I would ask with her and the guy grabbed my backpack and pulled it. He made me sit down and told me that I need to sit down and listen to him. So my overall experience was not okay. I will not be going back. This was not okay and that was my final time there. So I do not recommend going there.

Horrible experience. Don’t go. BELIEVE all negative reviews...as I had most all the same experiences going there. Rude, pushy, not honest about pricing, and worst of all crappy/rushed results! (Two gel nails started lifting up after five days) I was only to be charged a bit over 35.00 and ended up paying over 60.00...& then while leaving a tip she got as close to me as she could put her arm around me to pressure me into leaving a good tip. She had been rude most of the time until that moment. She even slapped my arm at one point! And the Uv light BURNED BADLY and she kept pushing my hand further in anyway! I have SEVERAL more complaints but I will leave it at that. Do not go there.

So I went and I stood there for like 5 mintues no one really aknowledging me, so when they finally did they asked what I wanted, so I said a French tip something simple. And since they were busy I asked how long the wait was, and one guy from his desk yells not long all rude and so I was like which is? *in my head* (I was on a time crunch if not I would have been fine) So the lady rolls her eyes and was like 5 mintues and I was like okay Ill wait. So then finally I sit down and the guy comes and starts working on my nails, and to begin with he didnt wash his hands before he started, he was kinda rude, and he mumbled when speaking to me so I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying and he got bothered by it. Then he kept slightly hitting my hand and kept saying to relax, which for me I was relaxed, and when he was finishing up and putting the last clear coat on my nails he didnt bother to make sure no nail dust like particals where on my nails and so I didnt think much of it and figured it would be fine but when he put the clear coat they created bubbles and bumps which sadly I didnt notice how bad it looked till I looked at my nails close up, lastly pricing it said 26 for acrylics but he charged me 37 not so bad tbh but they should possibly specify on pricing! because Ive heard a lot of the complaints on the pricing, they tell you one thing and then they change it after theyre done, So probably something to think about but I guess it was okay! Not the best. Probably my biggest complaint is not great customer service.

Horrible rude. Bad service I went in to get a manicure and horrible painting and I wasnt even done and they were already charging us. A 3 year old could have done a better job. Had to go home and redo. First and last time I will ever go there. Better nail salons in town. Also on my daughters mani they only painted half of the nail.

Omg service is absolutely horrible!!!!! The guy was rude. I needed a fill and he wanted to charge me $40 when the sign outside says 15.00 refills. I settled for regular Polish since its cheaper. Then I asked if he could shorten my nails but keep the same shape, he said thaf eould be extra. So I was missing like 3 nails that he had to add new product to and he was so sheisty on adding the powder. He would barely dip the brush to add little tiny drops of acrylic to my nail. He didnt even smooth them out right. I had bumps on the nails you could see through the crappy Polish work he did. And the 3 nail new set are paper thin!!!!! They are bending if i touch The tip. So unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone go there. Ps the nail color selection sucks too.

I usually have a lady i wish i could remember her name that does my eyebrow waxing but she wasnt there so i saw another lady i figured it would be ok since i always love the results but... omg i left with my skin bleeding the lady pressed the razor so hard on my skin i wanted to cry! Put extremely hot wax on me and just ripped it off like there was no tomorrow... no joke i had razor burn on both my eyebrows stayed this way for 4 days...and they keep upping the price everytime i go...

Bad service, they didnt train my toenails and they made me bleed on my little toe and the massage on my legs was weak

This place is the worse in Cruces to go get anything done, I went for a pedi and a manicure and the old lady she dont even scrub my feet and for the manicure she just cut my nails, and on top of that shes very very rude. 😬😬😬

I have a friend who went over there and got a pedicure. The next morning she woke up with a blister/fungus on her toe. The place is nasty and they are very rude. They obviously do NOT sanitize their equipment and shop. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
