I would never get my nails done with the male worker he had done my nails and did everything wrong when I had told him multiple times what to do I even showed him the picture. So I was left with the wrong designs, chunky nails and cuts on my fingers. He had done everything half fast. The woman was really nice.

They do a good job. Floors were quite dirty. I would suggest they clean after every customer. Lan is good. They need to offer sandals to people when they get nails done. May not go back because of this.

I usually have bad experience with the salons in Walmart but this one they did an amazing job. The lady I don’t know her name but she did an amazing job. Love me nails.

My first visit, from out of town and needed my nails done. One was broke from earlier in the week but she took great care in filing and making my nails look new and nice again. Wasn’t busy first thing in the morning so I was able to get in right away. Thank you for the excellent service.

Hanna does my nails. He is always friendly and talkative, which is nice. Its never that awkward silence. Everyone there is friendly and always offering a beverage with service. My daughter now goes there as well and really enjoys it! Highly recommend this place! I have been to other places where I felt like I was just a number. This place welcomes you like family.

This USE to be my favorite place. They started OVERCHARGING for any little thing. I feel like salons like these just care about the money not really care what you want.. the customer service is TRASH. I ask for long nails and always give me medium and if I want them long they don’t know what long nail is all they say “medium nail look better for you” I don’t need their opinion on what I want.The whole point is I pay to get WHAT I WANT. Very disappointed

Love them. Nails dont look fake. Lan is amazing an so is her husband and the is another guy and I havent got his name lol but they are all my fave. The others I havent really communicated with cuz they mostly do pedi n I only get mani. But they are all so nice.and yes they speak English. pretty well. Always get what we want. Dont go anywhere else. Also Lans husband also speaks Spanish.

I came back to Las Cruces for school & needed to find a nail salon. I tried this place out & the GEL manicure I got began chipping in less than a week on ALL my nails. The $27 I paid for it was not worth it. The staff was friendly but the products are not the best. My gel pedicure is still in place which I was happy about but probably will not go back.

I have been going here for years and am always happy with their service and work! Lan is amazing at her job and just the nicest person!

My wife and daughter go here alot they are very professional and respectful unlike most nails places inside walmart they do a great job highly recommend the owner/ management wife she is the best there.

Rating should be a 0... expensive place plus they do not due what there spa package says.

First of all I am a former salon owner. This salon does good work. However no one speaks english. Difficult to communicate, plus 1st time the tech was able enuf to herass me about a tip. Plus they have polish colors that are $10 more. There English is not capable of letting you know ahead of time.
