I came in on a Friday at 4:30. I got seated right away. Lady who did my pedicure was super nice. She did a great job. I will definitely be back =D

I didn’t like the set I got done and reached out to the salon and the manager to me to come in to fix it. I didn’t like the way the first person did my tips for the price. The person who did fixed them did a wonderful job and took his time. I am very pleased now.

Honestly I am very disappointed with this nail salon! For starters I waited for about two hours to get in which I mean is fine considering they were busy, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted done (which is the first picture) and this is how they left them(second picture) some nails are shorter than others and when I asked her to leave the shape square, she pretty much gave me like a coffin shape, she also kept trying to tell me to get a different design, I asked her if she was able to do the design and if not I would’ve gladly looked for a simpler one, she gave me a bunch of attitude and said “it’s fine”, the middle finger and my ring finger were supposed to be marble and they don’t even look close to it, also she left like a bunch of acrylic all over my cuticles which you can kind of see in the second picture, and then they still charged me $68 plus a $7 fee to use my card, I wouldn’t have minded the price but the service was just awful!!

I have never been disappointed here. I have always wanted a salon I could show a photo to and they do what I wanted no problem. Everywhere I have ever been always tells me they cannot do even the simple designs. I will never go anywhere else! ❤

I really loved my nails, they are beautiful. But they were definitely over priced. I paid $80 on my manicure alone.

I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday. After being there for 3 hours for a basic pedicure and then a fill, I wanted mirror/chrome like in the photo but shorter, and this is what I got…. This is even after washing my hands 5 times to try to get the powder off my skin. I was still charged for the work and after arguing with the guy that was there they offered toredo it but I had to get back to work, they told me to come back tomorrow but I definitely don’t trust their work anymore after this. I will never go back to Luxury Nails & Spa.

Got a mani and a pedi for my daughter and a pedi and full set for myself, the girls that did our pedicures did an amazing job they were both gentle and took their time my daughters manicure was great as well. However the guy who did my full set rushed through the entire process when he cut my nails down he also clipped my skin on the thumb and just told me to relax when I pulled back. He was going so fast every cuticle on my right hand got cut and was bleeding.

I always ask for specific nail designs and that never disappoints but every time I go they are so careless and cut my fingers from the filing or from removing the cuticles and they don’t apologize even after they notice I’m bleeding. Once they just said “you’re bleeding” and nothing else. I took my little sister once thinking I’m just the sensitive one but they cut her as well and didn’t even notify me or apologize and i was getting my nails done right next to her🤦🏻‍♀️ It wasn’t till I payed that my sister showed me her cuts. They don’t remove acrylics correctly, they just rip it off with another fake nail.Prices for acrylics are good but gel nails are way overpriced and from my experience they don’t do them correctly. They take so long to seat you as well. Pretty nice place but would not recommend. There’s other places better in las cruces

Pictures looked good so I thought I’d try the place.. the woman was dozing off falling asleep while doing my nails!! They came out very inconsistent very flat acrylic and were not worth what they charged at all. So disappointed.

Always a long wait and they dont let you schedule any appointments but never seem to have enough nail techs available for all the walk-ins. The quality of the work can also vary depending on who you get. Sometimes its great but sometimes not so much. One time as they were removing my acrylic nails to put on a new full set, the nail tech used a fake nail to pop each nail off and went under my nail on 2 different fingers then didnt even offer a discount or anything. They arent all bad but after going there for so long (over a year) with it getting worse each time Ill probably not go there any more.

The receptionist is the sweetest, she is very welcoming and makes sure that everything goes good and that you are satisfied with the work that was done! After having an issues with the way my previous set looked the kind nail tech fixed my nails to exactly how I wanted them and made sure to show me how one nail looked before finishing the rest to make sure it was what I liked and wanted! Overall everyone was very nice and professional and the nail salon was very clean and organized and will definitely keep going back!

Anna (most recent receptionist) was the best in there to help me, now they have receptionist that don’t listen to customers and the owner with blonde hair always says 20-30 minutes of a wait and in reality it’s about an hour wait, my service was decent but they’re so overpriced especially with the extra $3 fee for “sanitation” but they don’t clean after every customer.Edit (add on )Let me re clarify for you Kaylina I’ve been going to your salon for a year and if this is the way you talk to customers leave the business industry! when I mean by Anna helped me it was helping me choose the right colors and getting me to the right tech, very truthfully! I told your newly receptionist I wanted Leo and she gave to guy #9 I’m just stating you need to better your service or don’t run a business you guys should’ve closed down a long time ago when Covid happened

Ive tried to get my nails done here 3 times, all three times the girl they have sitting in the front was snobby and didnt look like she wanted to be here. not even exaggerating when I walked in last time I asked how long the wait is and her response was what do you want in the most flat irritated uninterested tone. please get someone who actually likes people at the front desk! shes the first person you see when you walk in

They didnt have a bilingual service, somebody who speacks spanish, my english its short and, its so expensive the price for regular cuts, they charge more than dollar just for taxes and they say 15 dollars but they charge 16.25 🧐😡, realy bad experience, mi persobal idea dont back again 👎

I really came back here after I had already got an infection on my toe before. I went back and got an infected toe AGAIN. I really sat there for more than 30 minutes soaking my feet waiting for someone to do my toes. The water was already cold and all I received was the pedicure and oil on my feet. My service wasnt even complete, if they don’t have time they should say so. I have learned my lesson not to ever go back!

Absolutely best place in town! I have tried everywhere and this is my favorite. I have never had a bad experience and have gotten to know a lot of the nail techs here. Also cleanest nail salon in town hands down!!! Absolutely recommend and will never go anywhere else!

Went into the nail salon this morning, receptionist was super sweet! She helped me pick the perfect color for both manicure and pedicure, made the environment very professional and comfortable. Leo did my nails and did an amazing job, Bill did my pedicure and was amazing and super friendly! Definitely recommend this salon!!!

Beware of this business! I have never posted any negative review of a business before but feel like it is necessary to warn others about this business. I have been a customer for over 2 years and always received safe, professional, and high quality services. Today however when visiting this business the Receptionist was not wearing a mask but since she was behind a plexiglass shield and I would not have to have her working on me, I said nothing. But when a male employee (who said he was an owner) came to the pedicure chair I was seated at unmasked, I asked if he would be putting on a mask. He refused to wear one, saying it was his right not to. I declined any services at this establishment, told him I would be reporting their business for violating the COVID-19 mask requirements (which I have done) and left. As I was leaving he told me not to come back. He does not have to worry about that ever happening! But I will be spreading the word about their disregard of the COVID requirements every chance I get. Everyone is certainly entitled to their personal opinions about masks but if you are running a business follow the rules!

I loved my nails. The only thing is that they were sharp and needed the bottom to be filed. Another thing if you pay with cash they charge a $3 fee and if you pay with card they charge you a % fee.

Honesty, after trying out every salon in this town I came across this one. This place is hands down the best salon I have ever went too. I notice reading some of the bad reviews, seeing everyone complaining about the wait time, yes the wait time is long at times. But if they are good of course you have to wait. That is out of their control. So yes if I have to wait for good service Im gonna wait. This is what I like about them you really pay for what you get. Their nails ALWAYS last me so long 3/4 weeks. All the pedicures Ive done with them have been amazing they use a timer on all the pedicures. So there is no such thing as a rush pedicure here. The owner & mangers always make sure you are leaving happy, if you ever dont like one of the techs work they will be happy to fix it AS LONG AS YOU SPEAK UP to the receptionist in front. They will get the Manager to make it right. Thats how important providing good customer service is to them. Thats why this place will FOREVER get my business. Im not gonna lie, their was one time I wasnt happy with my nails by one of the tech. But I completely understand every tech they have there all have different years of experience. So I just told the manager, she got another tech to fix them. This is another reason why I absolutely love them. They literally always make it right, where if you go to any other salons in this town god they couldnt even careless about you they just want your money & rush you out. But not here anytime you are not as long as you speak up they will solve whatever problem it is. If this place isnt good they will not have such a long wait, so if your reading this & wanting you find a good salon this place is definitely it! TRUST ME.

I have been to a lot of the salons here in LC and Ive got to say Luxury is my favorite! They can do anything you want from basic services to extravagant ones. Great for ladies who want a little more from their mani pedi experience! I only use luxury nails!

Photos speaks for themselves. 4th french tip in 2 years at various nail salons. The other 3 french tips lasted beautifully for 1-3 weeks. This job done at Luxory Nails on Walton Street in Las Cruces hasnt lasted 24 hours. Lady who did nails yesterday kept pushing gels saying regular french tip wouldnt last as long as gel. Guess she proved her point. But I wont go back for gels. Gonna try some place else for future french tips.

This is the only nail salon I will go to because it’s very clean and the service is amazing! They do the best pedicures than any other nail salon in las cruces. I normally do my own acrylic nails, but if I want to get pampered I will only trust luxury nails! I also love that the owner is big on customer service. That is something other nail salons don’t care to do. So if you want the best? Luxury nails is the place to go ❤️

This place is very unprofessional. I am not one to complain but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. I will never go back here again in my life. Neither will my mom, or sisters. I refuse to be missed treated by an employee named Tia. I asked her to shorted the nail, she got so upset. I asked her if she would straighten the nail also and she got so mad and told me that my nail grows crooked, I told her if she could just straighten it a little and she threw the nail file where my toes were placed and started yelling in Chinese to other employees. It was so rude and unprofessional. I have pictures if I could post them I would. If I could rate them a zero start I honestly would, it was that bad.

Love coming here for my manicures, came for my first pedicure not really sure what I wanted. But once I figured it out they gave me exactly what I wanted and even helped me decide how to my toes! Overall great experiences with my first pedi. Will be coming back for my second !

My acrylic nails were ripped off using a fake nail tip! After asking the receptionist and nail tech to soak them off before I sat in chair. My nails are so damaged it’s horrid, (they looked worse but I filed them) I did complain to nail tech & receptionist didn’t care to let manager know and I didn’t bother contacting them no more especially after this I didn’t even want my nails to be touched by unprofessionals!

Great service except for the man that did my pedicure wasn’t wearing his mask and coughed of my feet multiple times. I had to get the hand sanitizer they had at the nail stations and rub it all over my feed. It wasn’t very sanitary to me and kind of freaked me out with everything thats going on. This salon should make there workers wear masks and gloves when touching and talking to clients.

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have been to almost every salon in Las Cruces & have never been as happy with my nails as I am with mine now. The staff was so friendly & did an amazing job with my pedi & my full set! I will definitely be back!

Reception gave me quote of $45 for full set gel manicure. I showed her my nails. I get this done for $50 at an inexpensive salon in metropolitan NY. The manicurist removed old gel and caused real pain. I stopped her and she blamed me for having short nails. She could have used a type of machine drill from the start, preventing pain.When paying, I was told it was $60. The manicurist added extras like removing old gel and manicure. If I had known it would cost $60, I would not have stayed. I had quote of $35 from another salon. I went here because it was recommended. Be careful and make sure you get right quote. Reception did find me to return my coffee travel mug.

I honestly really love this nail salon everyone who works here is so sweet and so kind. I recently just got my nails done and the lady who did it was really sweet I don’t know her name but she did a really good job and I am in love with my nails. in total it was $55 and honestly I think that’s a good price I don’t know why people are giving this place such a bad review. The interior design is very nice as well and it smells so good.🙂 my nails look very similar to how I wanted them.

I went in this past Monday and i wasn’t satisfied at all. They don’t follow proper CDC guidelines to COVID. They don’t keep people 6ft apart from each other. It seems as if the capacity was out of limit. I waited for about 45 minutes for a pedicure just to hear from a little girl with more excuses.They had a couple as it seems like running the front together usually it’s just one girl and they were not professional when I was trying to pay. They used to be so good but it just seems they are money hungry now. One star for you guys.

I’ve been to this salon a few times. I’ve never really had any bad experiences. I love the atmosphere and how clean it is. I also LOVE the music. I went in for gel manicure and nails started chipping three days later. I called to see if I could get them fixed and I was told I could, free of charge. Which I thought was AWESOME! I went in two days later and changed my mind and decided to get acrylic over lay. Front receptionist was really nice and helpful. The staff however, are not as nice. I hadn’t picked a color yet and the guy doing my nail seemed annoyed. I asked him if I could just do the same color I already had on, and he seemed even more annoyed, saying he didn’t know what that color was. So in the feeling of being rushed, I just quickly chose a color. Later, during my time there, another girl sat down next to me. And I have to say, the lady doing her nails was 100 % completely rude! She is lucky she wasn’t doing my nails. I felt so bad for the girl next to me, as she wasn’t exactly sure how to explain the service she wanted, and the tech was rolling her eyes, slamming her equipment, and talking amongst her other co workers. Clearly, we don’t understand you’re language, but her whole face and her demeanor SAID IT ALL. I wanted to speak up for the poor girl so bad. But didn’t want to interfere. I think as great salon, something you guys are lacking is professionalism and kindness. Some of us don’t exactly know how to explain what we want. And it would be nice if your staff could be a little more patient, and understanding when it comes to that. I left there feeling uneasy about it. And thought about calling, but decided to leave this review instead. I really hope you can address this with your staff. Regardless of how they’re paid, respect and kindness should always be given.

I love this salon, and everyone here is very friendly!The pedicures are well detailed, and EXTREMELY CLEAN. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, even if it means I have to wait for hours just to get in, if you go on the weekends it’s always a crazy wait cause they are REALLY POPULAR NOW, it’s a hidden gem. It’s ALWAYS worth the wait, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If you haven’t tried them then you definitely should, by far the CLEANEST salon in LC!

My Nail Tech literally saved my life. He fixed two of my nails that broke under the acrylic. I was very impressed on how he was able to fix it and he didnt charge me extra for it. Ive been there twice and have been pleased with my experience and happy with the way my nails come out. Happy to say Ill be back!

I went there Saturday to treat myself. Had a good pedicure, my manicure was horrible. I asked for jelly nails. The lady manager short, with bleached blonde hair,green eyes, named geni or Jennie, said $55.00. I said okay. The nail tech started doing my nails and said he had never seen the color I chose. I said yeah I want jelly nails. He proceeded to put white tips on my nails so I stopped him and called for the manager. She translated to him about the jelly nails. I assume because I heard her say jelly. He said okay. Put clear tips on. The manager came back to my side and showed me an Instagram photo of purple jelly nails with white clouds paint on it and told me he had done that a week ago. So I trusted her. When I was done I was not satisfied the nail tech was nowhere to be found. When I paid $110.00, there was no receipt given to me and she said I dont know why he was acting like that he knows how to do jelly nails. I went home washed my hands and found a hair in the center of my thumb nail and my index finger and thumb nails were chipped. The nail tech glued the fake nail to my skin. They really did me dirty when I went in the day after to have it fixed. The manager wasnt there and a short young brunette girl with glass was. I had them take off the nails for a refund. The new nail tech told me he could re do it for free. I said can I trust u guys this time? Because mind u they charge $55.00 for jelly nails..... He left came back with the young girl. She told me some excuses even thought she wasnt there when I had gotten my nails done. I told them just take them off I want a refund. Upon leaving I kindly asked her to rely to the manager thats its not okay to look customers in the eyes and lie to them about their nail techs being proficient in something when they r not. She then raised her voice at me and told me I got my money and to go. Over all. I rate it a 0 out of 10. A little girl did my pedicure,by the way. A what seemed to be minor. Not professional. Sketchy. Rude receptionist. Manger lies to ur face. So indeed very money hungry. I hope my $110.00 bought them something that will last because my nails sure didnt. Maybe smelling too many fumes makes them sketchy. Still no receipts...? Manager lied to my face I never embarrassed anyone I just asked the manager tons of times if tech knew what he was doing because he wasnt doing anything I asked for.

Only reason this place is getting 3 stars is cause i loved my pedicure thank you Jason,And my daughters mani came out nice. The lady Michelle that did my POLISH CHANGE upset me very much by cutting the length of my natural nails and wanting to give me a full set. The very first thing i told her was i WANTED to keep my natural length. Now my nails look so dumb, they literally look like colored circles at the end of my fingers. And all i wanted was a polish change.

Very disappointed. Went in one day, for a full set of get nails. Paid 45 plus tip. Picked a color, and it looked like the color they displayed in their dark lighting but when I stepped into the daylight it didn’t look the same, it looked twice as light where you could see through them. I called as soon as they opened the next day and voiced my concern and asked if I would be charged or not for a color change. The lady said go ahead and come in and we’ll take care of you. Little did I know that “taking care of me” meant they wanted to charge me an additional 20 dollars to change the color but they were gonna give me a break and charge only 15 for a gel color change. Told the manger that was a lot and I would be paying 65 dollars for nails. She stated it was my fault for picking that color. so I decided I would just pay for regular polish. She stated that would only be 8 dollars. In the end I still paid for gel from the get go and walked out with regular polish. As I left the manger handed the front desk woman a card and she gave it to me. It was for 10% off next time I go in. Wheew what a break. I will not be returning. Being a woman who likes to get her nails done on a two week basis this has been the worst salon experience Ive ever dealt with.

I have been here several times since moving here about a year ago and it is definitely one of the best in Las Cruces! The prices are okay and the wait isnt usually very long either, I would say 9 times out of 10 Im very happy with their work, which is the reason why I gave them three stars instead of zero. I havent been there since March before the pandemic really shut everything down, and I just went there for the first time since then today because theyve just opened. Now I understand with the pandemic its hard for them to find people who are able to work and I understand that theyre going to have a longer wait time than usual because they can only operate at minimum capacity; however I went in today and I checked in they had me sign a disclaimer and they took my temperature and then asked me to wait in my vehicle, when I asked how long the wait would be the girl said 10-25 minutes.. I waited for 40 minutes and then called them to see if it would be my turn soon when they said it would be another 10 to 20 minute wait from that point. So I then waited another 20 minutes and still did not get called in. I went inside and asked if they were ready for me yet and the girl still said no, and seemed very unapologetic about how much longer I ended up waiting compared to the original 10 to 25 minutes she quoted. I waited an hour in the heat before I decided that was enough and left. I definitely think luxury needs to figure out another system for them to deal with their customers during this difficult time because their system right now definitely is not working. You cannot try to call ahead and get an appointment either as far as Im aware as they only take walk-ins. I will be taking my business to El Paso until they figure out what theyre doing.

First time trying this place out from everyone in town raving about this new place, so today I got off work a little early to come try this place out & WOW, just WOW!!! The min you walk-in you were greeted by the receptionist in front with a smile, asking me if I want anything to drink. The customer service from the beginning to the end was wonderful! They got me in and did wonders to my hands & feet! It’s super nice and HUGE in there, it doesn’t even look like it from the outside. I think they have 20 pedicure chairs or more! I’m totally gonna have my bridal shower here for my large family and friends, this is literally the only salon that can fit 30 or more people!This place plays the best music & it’s so relaxing!If you guys haven’t tried this place yet, ITS A MUST!!!!I appreciate this salon so much, finally something nice and big for this town that has an L.A vibe!

I’ve been here twice and I actually love the way my nails come out, problem I have is that the lady that’s done them (both times) doesn’t listen to what I want. She does what she wants and adds designs to bump up the price. Instead of paying $30 for a fill, I paid $60 because she did designs I didn’t ask for. I even showed a picture of what I wanted. I’m not sure if I’ll return.. Communication is a little hard, I thought showing a picture would help...

Went to get a fill and gel polish. Paid $37.00. When the lady finished my nails look very nice but after I took a shower that night, the gel polish was lifting and peeling off. For what they charged me I expected the gel polish to last at least two weeks.

Definitely will not be going back. I had a lady do my nails there for the first time ever and she was being rude... I did matte but after a while they got so ugly and smeared, I then told the receptionist and the lady was obviously annoyed but thats not my fault if you dont cure the nail polish after every coat. She ended up changing it to glossy and NOW after not even a full week, two nails have fallen off. Would definitely not recommend.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly. I loved that they didnt rush through our visit, even though we got there close to closing time. Loved it!

Love this place. Definitely the biggest in town. Very sanitary. Staff is very friendly and the owners as well. Kevin did an awesome job on my pedi I got what I asked for not once was I told No or We cant do it like other local shops in town. Definitely will be returning, I found my new favorite place.

Since it was my first time getting a pedicure I was confused at first but the lady in front was so nice and even offered me a drink! I told the person who was doing my pedicure it was my first time getting a pedicure and she was so nice and comforting! Overall a relaxing experience. Going there again next time!

Well i am so sorry to say this but when the managers are not in the place the nail technicians are so unprofessional, the last two times i had to go back to get my nails fix because tree nails got broken, then i went back to fix one nail that i was feeling some pain on my real nail and when the technician removed it i had fungus on that nail. Two weeks later I went to a different nail salon for a new set of nails because tree of the nails were rising from the bed of my real nails oh my God the tree nails had fungus on it, scary and disgusting . Thanks to Luxury nails salon for not taking care of the customers the technicians work so fast on the nails that quality has nothing to do with them, is all about money they see many customers waiting and they are trying to get as many as they can to put more dllrs in their pockets.

I have been to this salon since they opened, & every time I walk in I’m still blown away by their work, cleanliness, and customer service is ALWAYS on point & I truly love how much they always treat everyone like family here. The owners/manager is beyond nice, they always greet me with a smile, asking how my family or friends are doing! They actually acknowledge you and try to get to know you here. This is literally the BEST salon I have ever been to and I have tried EVERY salon in this town, and it’s all been disgusting! If you really pay attention salons in this town doesn’t even use pedicure liners, here at luxury they not only use pedicure lines, disposable Pedicure kits they even use bleach right after! This place is just amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, and for some reason your some how not happy with the tech you got there ask for Kaylina, and tell her your experience & she will definitely make it right. She is the manger and she is just amazing! I can write a novel on how amazing everyone here is, they are truly the BEST & CLEANLIEST!Also people think their pricy, but they really not they have no hidden fees here that’s one of the best thing about them, they are VERY up front with what you want & they will quote you before you even get started. Basic pedicure here has callus remover already included in not like other salons in this town if you want callus removal for rough heels it’s an extra 5 at other salons, but not here! That’s why I love them, go try them out you will never be disappointed!!!

Was seated and then left there for 45 min not even a word as a I left. Poor service will not be returning.

Wonderful salon. Beautiful nails, I broke one the day after and they fixed it for me no charge. Definitely my new salon. Highly recommend

My daughter and I got our nails done here. Their work is very professional nails and eyebrows. Staff are very nice. Wont be going anywhere else. This is the place you need to go to.
