Jennifer was so patient and so nice!! I went in with a set that needed a fill and she soaked them off for me and took them off (took a while) but she was just so patient! She also did such a good job on my natural nails ❤️

I got a gel polish change. I have natural nails and requested white tips. The lady could not understand me when I talked to her. Instead of soaking my gel polish off, she filed them off. Since I have natural nails, I thought she would wait for them to soak and come off. The shapes of my nails are all different- she did not ask what shape I wanted. The lines of the white tips are crooked and all different.

Did not ask what I wanted, did not ask what shape I wanted, just did what he wanted. Polish all over my cuticles. Did not listen about length. Will not come back.

Had to wait a long time...even though I scheduled an appt. at a specific time !! I was very satisfied with the work done.

The gentleman that did my nails was clearly irritated that I was there. He never asked if I was happy or made sure that the nails were the correct shape or even the same length. While my nails were still under the gel lamp, he grabbed his next client and told me that I was done without inspecting his work. The thumb was very lumpy, and gel polish had run and cured on my finger. After he fixed it, you could tell it was going to lift off- it did in less than 24 hours. I wont be back!

The guy was very care less on doing my nails. was on his phone and didn’t seem to care what he was doing they came out totally different from what i wanted and was still over charged for his bad work. totally not recommend he did a very careless job

This was my first visit here. Staff were very nice and engaging. Got just a pedicure, my nail tech was very through and my nails turned out amazing. They even offered us something to drink. Prices are very reasonable. Best salon I’ve been to in Las Cruces so far!!!

This was the BEST place I’ve ever been too. The woman with glasses and short hair was really nice. And she made me feet feel the softest ever and best treatment ever. I would come here again if I lived here.

The male technician that did my nails did a very sloppy job. When I told him what color I wanted he told me no because it wouldnt look good with my skin tone and pretty much forced me to get a color he wanted. Only came here because my regular place was super busy, but I definitely wont be back!

I only go there to get my eyebrows done, which they do an amazing job at! I got a pedicure there once and the guy doing it was digging his long pinky nail into my toes while he was painting them. It was less than comfortable.. So if you want a good place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place!

I have only gotten my nails done there. They do fairly well. It just depends on who you get. Im pretty sure they over charged me last time I went.

Horrible service, went to get acrylic removal, removed one hand just by tearing the nails off. My other hand they gave me a bowl with Pure acetone and gave me a nail file for me to do it my self, I went to have them do it, not me plus got charged 10 $for half the work I did! I would give them 0 stars

I was able to schedule an appointment a day in advance. The staff were friendly.The reason I am giving a 2 star rating is that *my manicure looks terrible. *The edge along my cuticles on every finger cracked and lifted off of the nail bed. *I had to file my nails after the manicure due to them still having sharp edges. *The salon is unkept and needs a makeover, poor quality and cheap design features. Difficult to access the nail polish bottles. The manicure was taxed. Too bad it’s the closet salon to me.

Broke my nail down to the quick, and I was in and out in five minutes. She applied some sort of acrylic, filed it, and it was just like new and looked just like my other nails (natural). It was only a few dollars and saved me from the pain of trying to take the nail off. Everyone there was nice as could be!

Ive been going to Happy Nails for over 5 years and they are always courteous and HAPPY! I also find their store and facilities clean and pleasant. Cindi does my brow wax every couple of weeks and I occasionally have a manicure and/or pedicure.

Loi is my favorite. The girls do awesome on the pedis. PB is very good and creative with nails.

They do an excellent job and go above. I enjoy all the ladies that work there. Very friendly with everyone that comes in to have pedicure or manicure.

I had been going to Happy Nails for many years and I have to say that when Rim and her sister were there the place was much better. Now, the owner Cyndi has hired new people who are absolutely terrible. The male staff are gross (dirty hands, rubbing their noses then touching your hands, etc) so I usually request a female tech. The newest girl, Lily, is horrible. The first time she did my nails it was so-so, the second time was a butcher job! I went in for a pedicure and gel polish change on my hands. The pedicure was ok but not great. As for my hands, she cut my cuticle and under my nail so badly I was left with ugly scabs not to mention a couple days of stinging pain. She also did a poor job of creating the moon shape for a French tip on one nail. The place is not as clean as others and I always avoid the restroom. The quality of the techs there has gone way down. Cyndi should watch who she hires more carefully because this is going to cost her customers. It cost her this one! I wont be going back. Ladies, beware.

Ive gotten my nails done here twice and the first time I was sure Id come back because they did such a great job but the second time was not a good experience at all. the nail tech was rude and did not do a good job at all, he was very rushed to finish although there was really no one waiting

They charged us extra without telling us.. I had them paint tips with regular nail polish. My usual place ( pro nails and spa) tell you when something you want costs more. 😡

My first time here. They couldnt do a pedi and acrylic nails at the same time. The place was filthy. The guy that did my toes and nails was disgusting, his nails and teeth were gross. He didnt use new or clean instruments on my feet or even new nail files. I wanted to walk out! I will never set foot in there again.If I could I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Eww.Yuck! :-(

The staff didnt seem like they knew what they were doing. It took forever and my nails didnt turn out too great. They also cut my cuticle while doing my nails. I will not be back.
