Ee pos, i didnt wanna leave a bad review, because i like coming to this place.. the employees, the atmosphere its all chill. but i went in for a brow waxx. my brows came out lookin nice an all.. buuuut the lady burnt my.. what ever thats called! an it looks ugly, friends be thinking i got slapped around 😩 an its not on one lid its also on the other side.. *Not verry noticeable, but its there..

Dont get me wrong they are all very nice people and always have great conversations with people, but some over their conversations are not professional at all. I went in and had a picture of how I wanted my nails done; I wanted almond shape and fall colors which I tried to match to the best of my ability, but I HATED the way my nails turned out. I think I will go somewhere else next time.

Me and my boyfriend both got a manicure he got a simple manicure with no clear polish which he wanted lol. While I got acrylics with butterflies. The man that attended me was so nice and sweet. He was also really fast it maybe took him 50 min just to finish my nails. I highly recommend :). I’ve always had good experiences when coming here.

Absolutely amazing nail salon not only did they redo the inside and it looks amazing but I got a pedicure and the lady did such an amazing job. She also did my nails with the dip powder and they came out even better then I expected. She took her time and made sure I liked what she was doing. The place was also very clean and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

My nails came out beautifully but the lady who did my nails over priced me by a lot. I like my nails basic! One color, kinda short and I always get them like that. I always go to asian nails but they only charge me $35-40 and the lady charged me $51. I am very angry at this lady and I don’t ever want her to do my nails.

I went in yesterday for the first time for a pedicure and a full set and it was great. The staff is so friendly and professional. Teddy is so awesome and did a great job with my pedicure and full set. I just found my new nail salon!

Recent pedicue, lady cut my cuticle and made me bleed on three different toes. I hope they truly clean and sterilize the pedicure bowl and tools. Also they charged me $25 for a 9 year old pedicure. I did some research around town and kids under 12 years old are $12-$15. Not the same price of an adult pedicure. On a positive note, the gentleman that did my step daughters toes was really nice. (shaved head with a ponytail).I will not be returning.

I like this place, their pedicures are great! The prices are decent as well. Not the most sanitary though, they reuse the tools, I have never seen them unwrap anything during my pedicure, and sometimes the towels have stains on them. The workers are also very talkative. The owner is very honest as well, all the employees say it like it is. Which I enjoy because if I dont like something, I can tell them and not feel like they will talk about me. They also do great eyebrow waxing! I hate doing my eyebrows, and she not only waxes but cuts and shapes them as well. I enjoy this place, very calm but upbeat. Sometimes they dont do exactly what you ask but it always turns out great!

Jason is my nail tech and I absolutely love him, never disappoints and my nails laaaaast. I can go 3 weeks without a fill if necessary with no worries. The work speaks for its self, the staff is real nice and inviting. Overall a great experience!

Terrible service, the main guy Davan is extremely rude if you want something extra. He tries to convince you and guilt you into accepting something you did not ask for. I should have looked at the negative reviews

First visit was great. Second visit not so much. Had my nails done with the dip. They fell off less than 24 hours later. Disappointing

They do such a great job that even after having my set for 3 weeks my nails did not break or fall off. when I tried to take them off so I could get a new set they hurt so much that it took me 3 full days to get them off . I dont like sitting and dipping my nails I am to impatient so I pull them off myself after the second fill . They are the best I have ever gone to and will continue even though i live an hour away!

This is definitely the best place to go in town. I tried it out after several recommendations from friends and associates and its the only place Ill go to now. It is very comfortable, relaxing and the people are friendly and outgoing! I personally recommend Vincent, although they all do a great job! You can also see recommendations from others on Facebook and Yelp if you are really picky :)

Everything about this place deserves 5 stars! I went in with a picture a friend of mine found on pintrest and these ladies were able to replicate it to a tee! They hand mixed about 6 different glitters to make it perfect! These ladies definitely went above and beyond for me and I cant wait to go back again!

Went for a fill today, my nails were done sloppy and carelessly. I have been in once before and the work was fine. This time the individual (THE OWNER) who did my nails was rude and when I attempted to ask him if my nails were supposed to look this way he suggested my nails are just sensitive. Save yourself both time and money and go to the nail salon at Wal-Mart.PS always check the bad ratings first, they never lie. Will never return.

I have always had a positive experience here. The nail technicians are talented and they pay attention to detail. My pedicures and the french nail gel manicure lasts as expected. It has been the best experience I have had in Las Cruces for pedicures and manicures.

Great atmosphere, but nails did not last. One broke within 2 days. Went back paid to get it fixed and within a week they were lifting.

I was cheated here.The lady I was sat with to do my nails was rude. I walked out with something I didnt even want because of her snappy and sarcastic comments. At the end she told me my total was $30. So I pulled out my purse and gave her the $30 plus a cash tip. I was suppose to receive a 9% savings for paying in cash. The cashier handed her my savings but she argued with her pushing the money back so she could later pocket it. After they argued for a few minutes, I asked if that was everything and she said yes you can go. So I left my savings there not knowing what to do. I wont be coming here again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! I’ve been here before so I figured it would be pleasant as always. But the lady filed my nails so hard that she broke skin not once, not twice, but three times. Do you know how hard you have to file to break skin as bad as she did? She cut the skin so bad that she used super glue to put the cut back together so I wouldn’t keep bleeding. After all this I paid almost $50, no discount or anything for basically mutilating me. I will not be returning.

I like this place. I get a decent Mani or pedi, and dont pay an arm and a leg. Ive gone there for over 2 years

The owner did a full gel set. He was rushed and didn’t do a good job; and I’m not very picky about my nails either. We’ve been going off and on for three years, will never go back.

They are durty, they want in n out as fast as possible, i asked for them not to use the electrical file bc my nails r super thin and the electrical file burns my nails, they said they dont file with regular file. I guess its to much time invested in clients! Never again!

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, ASK WHAT THE PRICE WILL BE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED SOMETHING ADDITIONAL FOR NOT BEING ASSERTIVE. I arrived and paid the same price as a gel manicure when all I asked for and received was a polish change, but I was charged the same. Employees wipe ALL dust onto the floor and do not clean their work stations. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. NOT acceptable.

Im 63 yrs old and a diabetic, this place is a great place to go for diabetics. Natalie and Vincent did an awesome job. I had a pedicure and a set of acrylic nails and not one nic or cut. I will be coming back.

I went the other day to get nail tips and powder dip. The lady was taking her time to get with me, she wasn’t even with a costumer she was doing her own nails. (I had also called ahead of time to make an appointment) When she got to me she started to file my nails and cuticles off with the electric file (which is a huge no no) she then cut me 5 times! And at the end my nails were bumpy and not buffed out. Then the NEXT day one of them just popped off! I refuse to go back there, and went to another place because my cuticles are still suffering! PLEASE for the love of your nails GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They also don’t stick with the price if you change the shape or length the will charge you extra!

The only place in town to get your gel mani/pedi. Their gel polish last and their prices are very reasonable. I always have a hard time choosing a color because they have such a large selection of colors. I love the staff here. They are very friendly, helpful and very detail conscious.

I was so disappointed going to this place, I hear nothing but good about it. So we call ahead and make an appointment then when we showed up I waited well over an hour just to get a gel mani and when I had an appointment. Then once I had gotten the mani done, it was TERRIBLE. The gel was all the way over my cuticles, he cut some of my nails very uneven, there was dirt and hairs stuck in the polish, and when I picked a silver it looked nothing like the model. Messiest gel mani I have ever gotten!

Rude and poor customer service. Pedicure was poorly done, I will not be returning.
