My free phone for joing Verizon cost me over $350 because of this stores mistake and they did not admit their mistake!

Young lady past weekend was amazing and patient. My phone that I bought somewhere else took a long time to set up. She called customer service and patiently assisted me. Gave me complimentary cell wipes and was amazing. Thank you maam.
I understand why stores are either closed or only allowing a few customers at a time into the store. But why claim to be open and have employees there supposedly working when they are not going to do anything to help you? They wont let you in the store and they wont put gloves on so they can look at your phone or tablet to find out why its not working. I can see why they dont have any customers when I drive past this store.

Was sold defective product. Took it back and it took 2 months for a replacement. That too was defective. Went back again and manager said Im the only one this happened to (It was a screen protector that popped off)...so blame the customer. I was told in December that his boss would call me in a week as he said he was not authorized to refund or replace again. Never received a call and he refused to give me a corporate number (since they are 3rd party, I cant call verizon for this). Both times, they put it on and threw out the packaging, so I cant even contact the manufacturer for help. Poor customer service.
Watch out for the hard sell. I walked into this store knowing exactly what I wanted and what I did NOT want. The sales girl tried to get the other people on my plan to upgrade. I did NOT want to upgrade I told her. She completely ignored what I said and I had to sit there and watch her write out a log on why I SHOULD upgrade. After letting her go through her spiel, I told her thanks...but NO THANKS. To which she then started another worksheet telling me why I should upgrade. What the hell? She finally got around to my request and gave me the WRONG type of phone which was of course, more expensive than the one I had requested. Ill admit, I am clueless when it comes to cell phones so I didnt realize she had disregarded my request and gave me what SHE felt I should have. She then added insurance to which I said NO. She told me some lame reasons about why I should purchase the insurance program and I told her that it was really difficult to cancel those programs and that is why I did not want insurance. She told me...oh no, its easy! You can even do it online! To which I stupidly agreed and now I have insurance that I CANNOT cancel online. Buyer beware. I dont know what happened to this store. They used to provide excellent customer service when Brian was the manager. But now theyre just another cellular business trying to trick customers into purchasing expensive plans that they do not want or need. Oh and btw I just saw my new Verizon bill and its $75 more expensive than it had previously been. Im headed into Verizon today and Im pissed. BUYER BEWARE!
My goal was to get my kids new I phones, but I was misleaded by the sales rep about a promo. I waited one week due to back ordered phones. Prior to me picking up my phones I Spent an hour with Verizon call center because the store sales rep told me I was eligible for the promotion all a because the sales rep was wrong. The call center honored the store sales rep error and I was satisfied. I went to pick up my new phones at this store location and was disappointed because they couldn’t find my phones and they reacted like I was wrong even with email confirmation stating I ordered two new phones. 5 minutes later they finally found them because someone wasn’t doing their job correctly, surprise surprise! Seems to be norm at this store. Once I agreed to pay my fees, they didn’t know how to activate my new phones or troubleshoot their system. They tried multiple times but they couldn’t fix the issue .Frustrated with the long wait and inconsistent service with Go wireless retailer, I gave up on the sales reps and this retailer store due to lack of effort and commitment and sales reps knowledge of promotions. I told them they wasted enough of my time and patience and told them to cancel my order. Please go to a real Verizon Store, not this authorized seller. Still upset I couldn’t get my boys their new IPhones. Thanks a lot for wasting my time due to your poor effort with your poor service and inadequate training of the employees working at this store location.
The staff here was amazing. Tony was very professional (even though he would give me free stuff) and Hector was great. Overall i left very satisfied and well worth the visit.
Just went to this store I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years the girl was rude and unhelpful won’t be returning.
Not only is Verizon a great phone company, but the customer service from the reps at this store is beyond impressive. They are always willing to solve every issue that I have presented them with. From technical issues to billing questions, they have gone over and beyond to help. If youre looking for the best customer service, this store knows where it is at.
Seems that they offer the same discounts as the website so I suggest just going here instead and supporting the local economy. Had a great experience with customer service.

It was a great experience, finally got the new iPhone I wanted and the staff explained everything very clearly. They were all so friendly and courteous. It is by far my favorite Verizon location for sure.
What a great thing north rise location verizon did for their customers, first we get free classes here and they also grilled outside and fed us just to show how much they appreciate their customers!! I wish all Verizon stores were like this location! I will do all my business here from this point on. I recommend this location to EVERYONE!!
Warning: You do NOT have to buy accessories in order to buy a new phone or upgrade your phone. I was told Id pay $160 and walk away with my phone and accessories. The salesperson presented it as a package deal and never mentioned that I didnt have to buy any of the accessories. Of course, they dont offer refunds on accessories which is the reason they want you to buy them. This is definitely a sales technique that isnt honest. Youve been forewarned and I wish I had been.
I live by Tortugas but I drive to the Verizon off of Rinconada because the sales associates are wonderful & always willing to help with anything. They are all AWESOME!
The owners changed for the better in September of 2016. This is no longer the same company that was casuing all the problems from before. The customer service is much better both in temperament and helpfulness.

I visited this store recently to purchase a glass screen protector, believing that it was a Verizon Wireless store. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE, ALTHOUGH, THE HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR VERIZON ACCOUNT, THEY ARE AN INDEPENDENT RETAILER.When I asked the salesman if he was able to see that I was entitled to a Veterans discount, he concurred and walked me over to the checkout area. My total due did not include a 25% discount and when I questioned the cashier, he claimed that he did not see where I was entitled to a discount. Both the salesman and I disagreed with him but he would not offer the discount, at that point, the salesman had already placed the screen protector on my phone.I went home and contacted Verizon corporate and spent nearly 45 minutes trying to straighten this out. This is my 2nd time In this store and 2nd Time in a row that they tried ripping me off. First time around they claimed to be giving me great deals for new phone trade in as a new customer. I Already knew what phones I needed and wanted and they kept trying to put different ones on my plan.......I left there and went to actual Verizon store in the mall and got the phones I wanted as well as $300 more incentives than what was being of offered at this 3rd party non actual Verizon store.I went in there a 2nd time to buy a verizon brand replacement turbo car charger as was listed on Verizon website. I am entitled to a 25% veterans discount and price listed for $26 however they tried selling me a generic turbo charger with no warranty for $39.99 and refused to apply my 25% discount at the register even though sales guy pulled up my record and stated I was entitled to it. I went down to actual Verizon store on lohman, got the Verizon turbo charger for price listed on website with my discount. Never again will I go to this fraudulent 3rd party Verizon business.I strongly recommend doing your homework and price match before buying phones and accessories......actual Verizon store has by far better deals. STAY AWAY FROM WIRELESS VERIZON.....BEWARE!!!

I was having trouble with blackout spots on T-Mobile at home so I went to this location to add myself to my girlfriends line.I went at the end of the day, around closing time. I can understand that sales people get burnt out by then but it still doesnt excuse sub-standard service. The place was empty, with only one other customer there.The woman I first spoke with was friendly and helpful. She was a brand new employee, still training, but still was able to make me feel welcome. Unfortunately, the other employees did not. Everyone was nice in that fake, car salesman (or phone salesman, as it were) way. I didnt have the feeling that they cared about what I wanted or I was really looking for.I asked about one phone that was out of stock. I then asked if any other stores had it and if he could check and he said No, we cant. If I can call down the street and talk with another store, then so could they. They just didnt want to.The nail in the coffin of the sale was when adding me to the account. I expected to pay the cost of the phone, and have an $10-$15 fee a month for the new line. Nope. They wanted an additional $60 dollars a month after I paid for the phone. That was with a 2 year contract. They also said it would be the same price if I just went and got my own account. That makes no sense!They told me it was because she was part of the Jump plan but was very poor at explaining the underlying reasoning on why it was so expensive and didnt help us into a more affordable family plan. After so much unhelpful service, I couldnt take it anymore and left.I went to the T-Mobile store on 518 N Telshor Blvd, Las Cruces, New Mexico. They upgraded me a Wifi-Calling capable phone (that I actually wanted. T-Moble has a much larger selection of phones), and set me up with a new WiFi router for $25 to clear up the brown-out. Even though the store was super busy, they were courteous and helpful.Before going to Id Go Wireless, Id go somewhere else. It wasnt worth the time.

This is not a real Verizon! Any mistake they make (which will happen) will not be honored or reimbursed by the corporate Verizon store. All issues have to be handled at this independent location and surprise surprise....they will act clueless on how to fix itDo yourself a favor and go to the real Verizon store
