Leo and Will were so helpful! Leo hooked us up with a new Hopper and Will set it all up 😀 He even went up on the roof to check the wires etc to make sure everything was good. Both guys were super nice and professional. I will be going back when we decide to upgrade and would highly recommend them!

The new boxes and remotes were quickly and efficiently installed at my house, just when he said they would be. thats a plus! The window for the install was narrow, not a whole or even half day. Leo and company are great when you are signing up for services but don’t count on them to help if you want to move or terminate service! After 3 calls to them without a call back, I called DISH directly which is also not a customer friendly process.

Sky View Satellite has provided excellent service with our Dish subscription. They have been easy to work if a little difficult to reach at times. The equipment has worked well. The set up was done right the first time. When we had a billing error they worked quickly with Dish to get it resolved.

Rarely do you find a business that deals with internet and tech stuff that is so personable and competent. We walked in when we first moved to Las Cruces expecting to be sold some internet service. Instead we met Leo who took the time to listen to what WE needed, what WE wanted (and didnt want) and hook us up with reliable internet. I have called a couple times over the last year to ask questions and never been disappointed in the customer service. A year or so into our service with them Leo called to tell me our special rates had expired and they wanted to make sure we were still getting the best offer possible for the money and our needs. they set up a conference call with Xfinity, made sure we were happy with the deal during that call and followed up with a separate phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns.Sure you can set up your own internet without a company like this. Or you can make sure you have a competent middleman to get you the best deals and stay on top of your service.Highly recommend.

Agent signed me up for non-existent internet rates with century link, offered me an outdated promotion and signed me up for another dish account when I already had an existing account. Dish says it was not necessary. Also did a hard credit check without telling me.
