Zianet services many of my clients, and whenever there is a problem, they are always there. They are prompt and very professional. Nice people, and they do provide a great option to the big box internet providers.

Zianet.com permits its customers to send out spam. I called and spoke to the owner and he said he would do nothing -- and then he hung up on me. This has been happening for over a year. Be warned. If he gets your email address, expect to get some filthy spam

This company must have been bought since the bad reviews or a year or 2 ago. We have fantastic wi-fI for streaming and all our needs.Century Link is DSL and not always better. The boxes are prone to water issues when it rains (weather) and cord cutting. Zianet is wireless for up to a mile in the Talavera area. They put a small dish on the roof or out of sight if that is your preference and they run a direct Ethernet to our WiFi/router into the house from the dish. We‘ve never had such fast or reliable WiFi! We are a cord cutter and stream shows every night. We are not game players though.Anyhow, after talking to Anthony they are not as effected by weather as Century Link. Technical and customer Service is directed to a small local company that we are pleased with and we just filled out a form to have auto-deduction. I just now called the company at 353-1234 and got the owner, Anthony right off the bat. He’ll take the time to explain anything!!

No internet whatsoever. We homeschool our kids and depend on reliable internet connection for their daily work. Were paying for a service thats not there. Were still having to go to familys houses to finished their work. I wont recommend this to anyone.

Not a good experience. Were paying for internet that does not work. Unreliable. Its been three days with out service. And no word from zia net as to when to have internet.
