Took my wife’s jeep. What I liked was the process of elimination and checking everything before having to purchase a part . They explained everything to me and kept me in the loop.great customers service and the Jeep is working 100%. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work . I hope I don’t have issues with with my other cars but if I do. I will definitely be taking coking back. Best shop in laredo ;)

Great overall experience! The staff was extremely friendly and did an excellent job with the repairs. Joe the estimator did a great job of keeping me up to date, and making the entire process seem less. I highly recommend A-1 to anybody in need of bodywork on their vehicle.

My dads truck needed to be repaired and upon doing some research we agreed on coming here. It was honestly a mistake. One, they didnt keep us in the loop of anything during the repair. Two, they failed to communicate complications with the repairs. Three, upon receiving the vehicle back, there were trim pieces that were not put on properly and were coming off slowly, parts werent put on that were supposed to be on, and on top of that they were supposed to replace the bed cover but instead, shined up the broken one and assumed we wouldnt notice. They also decided to not do an alignment on the vehicle to check properly for damages. They miss spots didnt realize there was damage to the certain parts of the vehicle in which I had to continuously point out. Overall in my experience, this place doesnt do good work. They are still trying to fix their mistakes months later. If you take your vehicle here, you might want to triple check it to make sure it was repaired properly...

Excellent service. Took my car because it was vibrating excessively. They did a diagnostics and repaired it fast. Now its running smooth. Staff are polite and professional. Communication is great. Lobby is clean, they take proper Covid prevention measures.

Took my Ford Raptor in to have its 16 spark plugs, 8 COP boots replaced and swapped a set of four shocks. These guys did top quality work, and answered all my questions with honest answers.My dad had taken a car in for body damage some time ago and he told me “hasen buen trabájo”. I’ve also seen some of their classic restoration projects, they have all looked clean and in perfect condition.I’ve known Nephtali since high school, he was always honest, loyal and trustworthy. These values still hold true today and have carried on to his business.

Recently was in a fender bender like most here in town haha had the passenger side fender and front bumper smashed opned claim with state farm and took car here was told car would be out on friday following week and come frida car was everything was great even the color even though its a new 2020 color it was matched without any imperfections love the work that tali oversees as GM no delays in parts thanks to Nora parts manager and Isaac.. They even offered home delivery Joe was great in explaining the repairs love this place and recommend it to anyone with state farm ins..

This place offers a very bad service, the quality of the work done in my car was very poor and incomplete, please stay away from this company and save your self a nightmare. Believe me when I say its a bad place to have your car repaired.

This review is for repairs made to my Honda Accord made almost 3 years ago, so Ive had time to note the REAL quality of the job done by A-1. I should have known something was wrong when the windshield rubber trim blew off on the highway the day I picked up the car. (I took the car back, they were annoyed, and then simply glued it back on.) After just 6 months, paint from my front bumper (replaced by A-1) began to peel off. When I returned the car, they acted as though I wasnt being honest, and didnt make good on it. Now, 3 years later, I find that the windshield replacement A-1 did was completely faulty, resulting in a slow water leak into the electronics under the dash of the car, completely ruining everything. This will cost me thousands to fix! I do NOT recommend A-1 for any kind of repair. Buyer beware!

This review is not on their body shop work. This body shop advertises on how advanced in technology they are and that is FALSE! I wanted to email a business check to pay for damages in full and Homero, a supervisor said they werent set up that way. I was like??!! You dont need to be set up. Just give me an email address and print it out. Stack it with all the other paper checks you receive and cash it. Its called innovation. ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY.!!! This was super inconvenient.

We took our suv to get it repaired from a bad accident we had, and wow A1 collision did an awesome job on the repairs and Special Thanks to Mrs Sandra S. For keeping us informed with new statuses and having always a great personality and attitude when we went to pick up the truck we had a chance to talk to Sandra and we loved how she greeted us right when we walked in.Thanks A1 and there crew for the repairs of my SUV definitely will recommend this place!!!!

Horrible service! I assigned them through my insurance and more than half a month goes by with no call. Then I call them and they have the gall to tell me that theyve been calling me but for some unknown reason unable to leave voicemails. So my voicemail works for everyone that has been calling me in the last month, except for them? And no emails? There is absolutely no way I would leave my truck to such an irresponsible shop. Leave it there at your peril!

Had my vehicle fixed with them. They left paint dust on the interior of the vehicle that was very obvious. My left headlight was loose and would shake. They left a panel loose inside my door that would rattle everytime music played or would hit a bump. They left out a factory rubber seal that goes in between the mirror and door so my cabin has more noise, which the other door has. They left a razor blade in between a plastic and metal panel which started causing rust to form. When I called for my missing antenna 4 times they told me they would call me back and never did. While I, again I, was cleaning the paint dust I had to find it in the door pocket. They claim a lifetime warranty for anything they worked on but I dont trust them ever touching any of my vechicles again.. I fixed and tightened everything they didnt do myself even though they got paid to do it.

Went to get my bumper fixed said it would take 2days took 5 days cause some one in the the office forgot to okay the work to get started. Picked it up Friday looked at it it had some clear coat bubbles so they took it back and buffed it down when they brought the truck back my tailgate was scratched and bumper was loose. So took it back on Monday for they can paint the tailgate 4 days later on Friday picked it up the bumper was still loose and lower on one side I addressed it to the guys took them 15 mins to adjust it and get it right . And someone their broke my truck key and put glue or epoxy on it to hold it together and didnt tell me about it.
