Unfortunately I am not satisfied. I went for the first time on Friday, I had a gel + pedicure, and an acrylic nail that I need, and today I returned because the gel had fallen from 4 nails. And this was worse, bulging nails, lousy work. Did they lose a client? I am new to this place and I do my nails every 15 days.

Nice people but didnt want to listen to how and what I needed and wanted done to my nails didnt like the end result

Worst Nail Shop Ever! Theyre empty for a reason. Bad customer service dont listen and over chare. If i cud give them 0 stars i wud supper rude and after they messed up they started catching an attitude and started tryna do my nails any kind of way i still have acrylic coming off. My daughter and I both had our nails done here on a few occasions so can’t say I didn’t give them a second or even third chance and that’s on two different people each time. They are extremely rude and even argumentative when you ask them to fix something they messed up. They try to do everything so fast and end up hurting you trying to rush through everything. I see other reviews about lengths and shapes of nails being longer and shorter. I find this to be true. They are very inconsistent. I have had this happen to me and my daughter the times we’ve gone and when asking them to correct it, they have attitudes. Today was the last day I will ever go there. I wish I could give them zero stars. Terrible customer service.

I webt in yesterday to get my old set taken off and a new set put on. Well the women taking off my nails (Im not sure her name but shes an older women) ended up ripping a chunk of my nail off. I told her after that, that I wont be getting the new set and she got upset and told me it was 10 dollars that I owe for taking my old set off which last time I went it was 5 so I told her and she was quick to say that oh I forgot youre right its 5. I wont be returning. Like a chunk of my nail is literally missing.

No patients. Attitude. Customer wants not considered at all. Sloppy. Gel polish past cuticle and some parts of nail with no polish. Absolutely get what ya pay for. Loyal to NEW STYLES on Hwy 51, however i broke a nail and its memorial day so they closed

I read the reviews, thought ‘it can’t be that bad for a manicure’. Tech started my manicure then left me to arch another woman’s eyebrows as if my business and nails meant nothing! Never again!

Money wasted every time that I go! Inconsistent service and pricing! Used, dirty tools. Pitiful manicures. Shellac polish that lasts only three days. I could go on and on. Will not be returning after this visit. I would much rather drive to Hammond or Metairie. Sometimes convenience isnt worth it.

I will never go back there again. I got a manicure and gel polish. First off she was so rough doing my manicure and she was in a rush and didnt file the sides of my nails just the top. The gel polish peeled half way off one of my nails the same night. The next day the rest of the gel peeled off my nail. By the forth day they were all lifting and peeled right off. The gel polish did not even last a whole week on my nails.

All they care about is getting off their shift they made my nails different shapes I wanted stiletto and they gave me round and stiletto and my nails were not shaped right and the polish was messed up and they dried my nails with a fan.

Paid $40 with tip 3 weeks ago. Went in today for a fill and they said I needed a new full set for $25 and that I needed to had to come in last week for the fill. Well, they looked the same way last week. Obviously they did a crappy job initially. I even told them when I got them done the first time that my nails grew fast and I work a lot with my hands. I will never grace this place again.

They did not want to take the time to listen to what I wanted. I asked multiple times during the process so they would correct the problems as my nails were not up to par and they were not what I, as the customer, wanted and was paying for. She refused to reshape. Wouldnt take the length off my nails (I wanted them shorter because I work construction and didnt want to much wear and tear on my nails or for them to get in the way). They grew out and were ready for a refill within the WEEK! My nails were all different lengths and none matched in shape. Their only worry was getting off their shift not customer satisfaction.. I wouldnt even rate this a 1. Im sorry. Im usually inderstanding and pleasant but this place just lacked in every way that a nail salon should not for a polite paying customer

These people are so rude. I don’t even know where to start. Nails are different lengths and on some fingers, you can even see through the polish. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Wish I didn’t even have to give it one star.

Horrible experience! I wanted a manicure and gel polish. They trimmed my nails super short, that was it for the manicure, started using a color I didnt want and then got mad for me saying something.

The worst nail salon i have ever gone to. nail polish was done sloppily. the nails aren’t even the same shape or thickness. the man made me bleed . everything was done so fast and with no patience at all

I went & my nails are crooked. they were just worried about their shifts being over. My nails were rushed! also it smelled like deceased animal..

These people do not know how to do nails!!!! My nails look horrible, they’re fat and he shape is ridiculous... they packed too much acrylic on my nails. I️ got a full set an I️t still look like I️ need a refill . They are rough with your hands An they nick at your cuticles.. would not recommend

Fist of all this dose not look right one thumb is long and one is short this is so not good when I walk in the nail salon they did not know what I was saying they dont speak English and I told her to make a almond shaped nail so dose that look like a almond shaped nail no it dont never going back there they burned me with the drill not and day for me also its not clean there dont go to regal nails

They are so rude . 1st they gave me the wrong price on my nails and tried to argue and the price list was infront me . Then I wanted my baby nails done, they tell me after I have gotten mine done already that she is too small (2 years old) that they can not do them . I would never go here again.
