I’m new to the office and everyone was very nice, inviting and friendly. I have never been to a dentist office where the hygienist gave dental education as she cleaned my teeth and did X-rays. I will be back for all my dental needs. Margie I believe was my hygienist and she was the best one I ever had in my life. Not only is she great at what she does, she is very down to earth and easy going. The Dentist was also great she gave great information as well. This place is horrible, they do not communicate with you or return phone calls/messages, apparently there is a new office manager. Just commenting about the billing and office staff, not the dentist.

Dr. Stumpos is one of the best dentist Ive ever had. Ive seen him many times through the years and he truly is a very gentle Dr. Hes very good at what he does and has a terrific personality and a wonderful bedside manner with each and every patient. He definitely cares about his staff and treats them with the upmost respect. In the same building before he ever bought it I used to see Dr. Adgate.

Used to love this place, but ever since it was sold to new owners I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. When I got crowns done, a new girl dropped one of them in my throat (that’s a LOT of money), and today they read my temperature wrong so I can’t even go in for my appointment. I’ll be looking for a new dentist. thanks, but no thanks.

Leslie is a wonderful dentist. I have never had a bad experience at this office in all the years I have been a patient. Pam is wonderful she has been my dental hygienist for years and she always does a wonderful job. Thorough, efficient and friendly.

Got me in ASAP when I had a minor issue with my tooth. New to the practice they got me in 48 hours. Everyone was very nice and it was quick and painless. I recommend them to everyone!!!

When I moved to town I needed a reference to a dentist that would be sensitive to my dental anxiety. Asked my co-workers who hates the dentist most, and they said Jane! So I asked Jane who her dentist was. Gentle Dental has been outstanding. They do not recommend work that doesn’t need to be done. My hygienist Margie is attentive and refreshingly direct. Dr Stumpos is sensitive and gentle. I’ve been a loyal client for 6 years and never want to go anywhere else ever again.

My first time with this dentist office since my last dentist moved his practice. I am so happy I changed to this dentist office. Very clean and very nice and attentive staff.

June 18th I called to make an appointment because I had new insurance. Asked if they were taking new patients? Was told yes. Asked if they took my insurance? Gave them the information from my health insurance provider card. Was told yes they took it. Asked about getting medication to calm me down because I was afraid of having work done after having brain surgery and a broken jaw prior. I was told it shouldnt be an issue but would have to change days because of doctor being there. I asked a few other questions and set up the appointment. July 13th I called the office again to make sure everything was lined up because of covid 19 I wanted to know what to expect. Also to make sure that I still had an appointment set time at 11:10 am and that I the medication was still a go (my anxiety about the cleaning was eating me alive). The office had sent me a covid questionnaire through text and it wouldnt work. So I gave them my email to send through there. My questions were answered and was planning to see them on the 16th. Today the 15th the office calls me to move my appointment time to 10:50 am. Due to they would need more time for my appointment. Not a big deal! They also asked me about my insurance info. I gave it to her and she explains to me they dont take my insurance. Which obviously came as a shock to me because I had gone over everything with them when setting up my appointment. Also I had talked to them a few days prior to my appointment and nothing was said about having no insurance information then. So after explaining my frustration to the office lady she apologized and said we do have a new girl.... I stop there because like I said above I called on the 13th. So why was none of this brought up then? Dont try blaming something on a new employee when you or someone else in the office had the chance to it out.

Pam gets 5 stars! The office has changed drastically since it has been sold. I was told nothing would change and there are only two of the original employees left. The girls at the front desk are not friendly its just not a place I would go without Pam.

I have been seeing Dr. Stumpos for years. When I arrived for my appointment I found that he has retired and 90% of the staff, including the dental hygienist I saw for years, were also gone. I have sensitive teeth, I told them that when I made the appointment, the new person they had do my cleaning was very rough on them. The atmosphere of the office and the staff just is not what it was when Dr. Stumpos was there. My hygienist was not very personable, she seemed to be trying to figure out which instrument she needed to use. At the end of my appointment she didn’t ask to set my next appointment. After all the years I have been going there, sadly after this experience, I will be looking for a new dentist. I will sincerely miss Dr. Stumpos and the staff that worked in his office.

I have been going to this dentist office for years now and they’re simply great. They’re caring, thorough and explains in detail your care go over options and choose what’s best based on your individual needs. I’ve been a patient here for 20 years. I stayed because I love my hygienist Nicole, she and I could go on for hours talking about anything and everything. The front staff Charlotte was always smiles, knew you the second you walked in the door, and Dr. Stumpos was friendly. Today I went in and the front desk wasn’t the smiling face I’m used too, I had a different hygienist that didn’t even introduce herself, the dentist I seen was the same way, never even looked me in the eyes. It’s sad to say the people taking over are not as friendly. I called my husband on the way home and told him I changing, why would I drive 20 min away from home for an unfriendly office when we have all kinds of dentists close to home. I’ll forever miss Nicole, I wish I at least had 1 more apt with her.

I was handled end to end like a prized Stradivarius and sent off to bring down the house at The Met packed with people with newly restored hearing.

I have been going to this dentist for almost five years and Ive loved it but now that all the original staff has left and Dr. Stumpos is retiring it has gone way down. Today the office manager Annie told my daughter that she was too pretty to act so ugly all because my daughter was questioning over charges. She seems to be a real bully and I will be going to another dental office.

Deidra quickly recognized gingivitis and provided treatment along with appropriate instructions for care at home. She also recommended products to support recovery.

I was pleased that staff listened to my concerns regarding a decay spot on a tooth, repaired the decay in a gentle manner and addressed my questions regarding my insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses to my satisfaction. I was in & out in about 1.5 hours. The only concern is that the hygienist recorded a whole mouth xray on the record for todays visit which wasnt taken or necessary & wouldnt have been covered by the insurance for todays visit as they are premature. However, the checkout clerk corrected the record as my out-of-pocket cost would have been much higher without the correction. She seem to be a good hygienist. But, inaccurate in coding for billing & shoulnt have quoted my out-pocket expense which wasnt her area of expertise. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my visit & plan to return for a cleaning next month.

I was needing to get my usual teeth cleaning but this time I got in a rush to have it done before my regular schedule and it took a call to get the help I needed. For quite some time is that I been a customer and I have a very professional attention in this office. Many of my friends and coworkers like and recommend Dr Stumpos because he offer multiple specialist services in one place and they take care of you very well.

We have been going to Dr. Stumpos for 15 years. It is actually something to look forward to! They treat you like Royalty! Pam cleaned my teeth yesterday. Her sense of humor make it a delightful experience! I look forward to my next appointment on June 6th.

I was extremely nervous and embarrassed to go back since my teeth where just horrible and needed a lot of work. I have a huge phobie and anxiety for the dentist. I have bad memories from a child. This office is beyond the words AMAZING! When I finally got the nerve to make a dentist appointment and go, I did alot of research!!! I couldnt be happier! They have done nothing but make sure I felt safe and comfortable! Even tho they did, I still freaked out and ran from my treatment plan that should have been started sooner, than the panic I woke up in today. I waited to long as this morning I woke up with my whole right side of my face swollen! I called as soon as they opened crying asking for help. They got me in, calmed me down, as I was in a full panic attack, and removed the tooth! I even set up another appointment! They made me feel safe and secure! I will have my sons records switched now that he doesnt really need a pediatric dentist! My husband has had work done here as well and wouldnt go anywhere else now. Thank you for still being true caring people!!

The people at Dr. Stumpos office are very friendly and gentle. They give blankets when you ask for one and have TVs with cable above every chair. The remotes even work through the blanket! Happy customer. My kids even enjoy going to see Dr. Stumpos and his crew. :)

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Stumpos and all his staff. If you struggle with bad dental anxiety like I do, look no further! Dr. Stumpos and his staff are extremely gentle, compassionate and thorough with all their patients and the dental work they do. Youre not a $$ sign to them. They really care about your dental health. Dr. Stumpos has done a lot of major dental work on me. In fact he just did a root canal on me yesterday which was virtually painless! You read that right...painless root canal. I was really scared about getting a root canal done on that tooth because the previous dentist I visited couldnt get the area to freeze up (he shot me like 6 times with novacaine and I still felt the drill!) I expressed my fears to Dr. Stumpos before hand and he adjusted his treatment pain accordingly. He took the time to listen to me. The root canal procedure couldnt have gone better in my opinion. I started seeing him in August 2017 and I am so grateful I found him! So if youre terrified of the dentist or have had previous traumatic dental experiences before, Dr. Stumpos and his staff will take really really good care of you.
