Legitimately the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Been going for at least a year and a half now. It’s very clean and comfortable there. The staff are the kindest out there and are all very helpful and informative. The quality of care is 10/10 and my concerns always addressed and in a way that I’m satisfied with.Dr. Cook took out my wisdom teeth (all four, one of them impacted, I did NOT go under) and had a good experience. I had a little bit of difficulty with the impacted one healing up but he got me in for a follow-up appointment and his advice made it heal up from there in no time.If I ever move out of this area I will make the drive to keep Schaefer as my dentist provider. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I was a new patient to Dr. Gasior. Morgan was my hygienist. Morgan was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Did a great job and very personable too. Dr. Gasior was also very personable. It was just a regular check-up and he didn’t have to do anything fancy yet, so I can’t speak to that.

My family just loves this dental office. We have been going here for dental work for many many years. Everyone treats us like family and they are very friendly. Chrissy does our cleanings and she does excellent work, she’s very kind and professional and so are the entire staff. The office is in a great location and is always clean and equipment is up to date. We always look forward to our appointments and would never consider going any where else.

Fabulous treatment! I had an implant and bridge done on my upper teeth and a bottom partial. It was done by Dr.Gasior and his assistants and they were wonderful! They kept me relaxed throughout the whole procedure. I really like the new technology too. Its so much more convenient for the patient. Here at this office, they make you feel so welcome. The front office staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentists are all fantastic! I have been a patient here for over twenty years and I would highly recommend them! First time at Schaefer Dental. All the staff were very welcoming. My Hygienist was so very caring. Explained every procedure. I Couldnt have asked for a better Dentist. He was very professional but, also compassionate.

Todays visit wasnt planned as I was just their the previous week for a cleaning and a filling. Well over the long Labor Day Weekend A previous filling had broke off. I had emailed them Monday night letting them know what was going on. I called them Tue even before the office opened and they could get me in right way with another dentist just to determine what route to take. I asked if Dr.Cook had anything they said no he was full till the following week. So I took the 11:10 something was better then nothing. Then about 30 min later my phone rings again it was a different girl and she was following up with my email but said someone had just canceled with Dr.Cook and it was the amount of time needed to get my tooth back. I love this place. Thank you Dr.Cook!

I hate the dentist.... And hate is a light word, doesnt quite cover how I feel about dental care. They even have the word terrified in my chart...... and they made the experience the best one I could have given the circumstances. Everyone was kind, they didnt belittle my panic, and they worked around it happily. My issue is emergent and they wanted to get my teeth removed ASAP, they called all the specialists in the area FOR me. And when they couldnt get a date that made them happy, the Doctor said she would come in the next day on her day off to get me the help I desperately need. I could have cried right then. I knew they cared about how much pain Im in. I will NOT be afraid to come back to see them in 6 months.

Who actually enjoys going to the dentist? No one, but the staff is pleasant and inviting. I had a cavity and they used this mouthpiece that not only keeps your tongue out of harms way but it hold the suction tube and hold your mouth open so youre not struggling to do it. The wait is never long and overall visit was amazing.

I was looking for a new dentist and decided to go to Schaefer Dental in Lansing. I was blown away by their friendliness and professionalism. When I first walked in the door the receptionist was very welcoming offering me beverages. The dental hygienist was so helpful explained everything in great detail and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. The dentist was also very informative about the condition of my teeth and provided me with a detailed care plan. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit. In the past I have been a little nervous about going to the dentist. My visit to this dental office totally changed my perception.

Great office! All of the staff are helpful and a joy to talk to. Our two young kids had an appointment and Brittany did their cleanings - she was wonderful. The kids did really well, and are excited to go again!

Dr. Kim is amazing! My husband said very good things about this office so we decided to have our family go here. I recently had a cavity filled and Dr. Kim did an amazing job. I was SO nervous for any pain and for the shots. I have thee worst pain tolerance but I didnt feel a thing! She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed before starting. My daughter had braces for 2 years and required 2 teeth to be bonded. The bonding let go within a month. The decision to do crowns instead was made. Her teeth look amazing. The office staff is so great and pleasant to work with. They accommodate your schedule and discuss insurance coverage plan etc. so you understand what is going on. The office is comfortable and I never dread going to the dentist. Its a pleasurable visit each time.

Today was my first time at Schaefer Dental. The ladies in front were all very welcoming and cheerful. I did not wait long to be seen. After having my 2 kids here for well over a year, my 4 stars have risen to 5. The technology saves time. Its a fantastic waiting environment. Many families come in all at once & all feel special. They have creature comforts & over the top dental awareness & professional care! 1-30-18 My First impression; this is a very professional setting. I did not feel put off as a new client. It is a spacious office with comfortable seating lobby & pt. Rm.s. Alicia the receptionist was able to check in 4 returning pt.s & still make a printout of & explain my insurance. I noticed pt.s were driving from quite far to return there. The DDS was a perfect fit for us. He was not over eager! So far, Im impressed. I could not give it a 5 star, simply b.c. this was only my first impression & visit.

Ive gone to Schaefer for a number of years and now my entire family does. They work great with all of our schedules and even are MORE than accommodating for my very active 2 year old! Weve had to bring him with us to appointments and the staff jumps right in to help keep him very happy! I love the staff - from the front office staff, to the hygienists who are very friendly and recommend great ideas to help with issues, and especially Dr. Moore and Schaefer! I mention them because Ive worked with both of them not because the others arent great! They have an all around FANTASTIC team! When I had orthodontist work going, they even scheduled extra heavy duty cleaning for my comfort during braces. :)

Although they found 11 cavities, it’s good to know that they were found. My previous dentist didn’t tell me that I had any and I highly doubt I could get that many in 1.5 yrs. I brush daily and haven’t had an issue with cavities previously. X-Rays are thorough at this office, clean and the lobby is inviting. Staff seemed nice and I had two cleanings and some fillings done with minimal discomfort. I have Dr. Kim and I like her a lot. She was gently and asked me several times how I was doing and gave me several breaks. I am pretty happy and have no plans to leave.

Schaefer Dental makes going to the dentist a pleasure. My two young children and I went for our appointments today and the staff was wonderful. They were so good with the kids, and my sons first dental experience went well; the gold coin to buy a toy helped tremendously, but the television may have been our saving grace. I went to this office for the first time yesterday, because I was not happy with my previous dentist. The whole staff was very welcoming and treated me as if I was family. They were willing to do anything to make me as comfortable as possible during my visit. I have never had a dentist take care of me as good as Schaefer Dental. They made recommendations for the betterment of my oral health, and they never made me feel uncomfortable or unhappy at any point. This place is terrific. I broke half of a tooth off yesterday May 29th 2019. I called Schaefer dental group at 6:30 p.m. that night and they squeezed me in the next morning. By 1:30 in the afternoon (today) they had already put a temporary crown on. Amazing!!! June 18th 2019 they will be putting my permanent crown on. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Highly recommend!

I went to the same dentist for 45 years and prior to his retirement he practiced with the Schaefer Moore Group, it helped that his daughter is Dr. Moore, making the transition seamless! WOW!I had a big chunk of my wisdom tooth go missing... I did NOT have a dentist and was worried about finding one I could count on. I called Schaefer on Tuesday... They said we can get you in tomorrow... Wednesday I had my appointment. They took an x-ray and said yeah, that needs to come out... I think we can take it out today for you. Is that too soon?... Of course not! So they introduced me to Dr. Saeung. After Im all numbed up she starts working on the tooth... After a few seconds she says Youre going to feel a lot of pressure... Im mumble OK she changes instruments... Im still waiting for the terrible feeling that comes with having a tooth ripped out of your head... She looks as though she is going for another instrument... Then she says Do you want to see it? (I asked to see it before she started).... I responded with WHAT!?!? Its out already?Seriously, if you are looking for a new dentist just give them a call. Very professional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They werent pushy about getting the procedure done or signing up for other appointments. They werent judgmental about the fact that I dont really remember the last time I went to the dentist. They were just very helpful.The ONLY thing I didnt like was that the exam rooms have you facing away from the door, computer, and table where they prep things (I like to see what people are doing and dont necessarily like people behind me), but they also had a TV in front of me (and I imagine most people would like that more anyway).AWESOME JOB!

I just had some work done by Dr. Manningham who was ably assisted by Amie and it was the most pleasant dental experience Ive ever had. With my newly reconstructed teeth, I can smile again. Dr. Manningham was patient and the work was done painlessly.All of the other staff during intake and cleaning were courteous and kind.

My experience on the phone and in the office is always professional. I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I arrive in the office and when taken back to the exam room. I will continue to recommend friends to the practice.

I am extremely unhappy with Schaefer Dental Group. My crown came off and I was informed that because Dr. Moore is out of the office this week, I could take an appointment tomorrow morning, at a time that I would be working. My other option is to wait a week and a half, (mind you, this is an exposed area, that is extremely sensitive to hot and cold) because this would be their earliest appointment. Apparently, theyre too busy to accommodate a patient, who has been loyal to them for 18 years.I should also mention, this crown has come off twice before. At my last appointment, a dental hygienist called me into her room, she started asking me questions, and then realized she had the WRONG patient! This also happened to my son at his appointment for a cleaning.Clearly my family will be moving on.

We went to Aspen Dental, but they prefer to refer out childrens cavities, which was fine. However, I really struggled to find a pediatric dentist that took kids who were 9 years old. My son had never had a cavity filled and the reviews for some pediatric dentists in the area are not great, and they do not allow parents in the room! Weve had 2 appointments and they were both on time and efficient. The hygienists were very friendly. Dr. Gaisor is very nice and proffessional. He explains everything very well. He makes a good treatment plan and he treats all of your questions with respect. He explained everything to my son, too. The pricing is lower than Aspen, too. I did not have a bad experience with Aspen though. They are having a fun back to school drawing for kids. I will switch to them now and ive already referred people. Also, they give you a welcome bag with a card signed personally by the dentist. Its a nice touch. Im really glad we found them! I was preparing to drive my son am hour away. Thank goodness!
