Jenny and Trista at Flex are amazing! I have worked out at Flex for over 5 years, before kids, while pregnant and now after having two kids. Even during these crazy times of a worldwide pandemic they are committed to providing the tools, encouragement and guidance to get some daily movement and exercise in. The virtual class is something I look forward to every day and I can’t wait till we are able to be back in the studio! I would absolutely recommend Flex City Fitness to anyone, of any fitness level!

I go here everyday on my lunch. Im a mom of 4 small children and I work full time, so Im very pressed for time. I get a fantastic work out in just 45 minutes. With me, every second counts. I love that there is a different workout every day that always leaves me drenched in sweat. If youre even thinking about trying this place, do yourself a favor and DO IT. You wont regret it!

The varying workouts are a perfect combination that condition and work my entire body. I’ve never been in better shape than I am now because Flex keeps me interested and is challenging. It’s a work out for everyone. Whether your challenge is walking on the treadmill or hitting 12 on your 30 second sprints, this is your program.

Great place to get a very good workout in. I would say this is pretty advance. The only thing I would say is the pricing is way too expensive. You can get the same workout at home without needing equipment. Other good thing is the early morning classes. Great way to start your day.

I love FLEXcity Fitness! The group classes always push you out of your comfort zone and they hold you accountable when signing up for class. I often struggle to get there, but when I do I feel awesome afterward! It is a tad pricey in comparison to the average gym, but you definitely get what you pay for if you attend regularly! Highly recommend!

I LOVE Flex!! Such a great workout.. Instructors are amazing and always available to help and answer any questions you may have. I love that you can go at your own pace, but they push you to strive for more..

I love going to FLEXcity! I have trouble pushing myself and motivating myself at the gym but with the group fitness classes I definitely have more motivation! The instructors are all awesome and very helpful. I would highly recommend FLEXcity to anyone looking for a great workout in just 56 minutes.

I know working out is important, but my motivation was never consistent. I would train for a 5K and then sit on a couch for three weeks. A friend recommended FLEXcity. She said it simple – all you had to do was show up, participate and 56 minutes later you’re done. That was back in August of 2016…FLEXcity is a great. It’s a fun way to work out and I’ve yet to repeat a workout :-)

The instructors at FLEXcity always lead us through a tough, but fun, workout. I love that the class is different every day and I also really like the convenience of being able to sign up for different days and times each week. They offer a lot of classes, so its always possible to fit FLEXcity into your schedule.

I have been going to FLEXcity for over a year now and it is by far one of the best workout classes I have ever taken. It offers a perfect combination of cardio and strength. The best part about this class is that no matter how many times I go a week, it never feels easy. The instructors are always pushing you to your limits and I feel myself improving after every workout.

Ive been paying attention to health and fitness for 10+ years now, and Flex is the only exercise class Ive ever loved. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Classes consist of 12 minutes on the treadmill, 12 minutes on the spin bike and 24 minutes of some kind of strength training. They spice it up by alternating what activity youre doing often. Youre never stagnant and this helps keep me motivated AND burn more calories. Basically, every class is different, so youll never get bored. Its amazing how easy burning 600 calories can be when youre enjoying yourself!

When I first came to FLEX about 2 years ago, the list of things I couldnt do during any given workout was so long, but the positive and encouraging environment kept me coming back. There are still things I cant do, but now I just look at the list as a challenge to eventually be conquered. This is the first workout program I have stuck with in my entire life. I cant believe how strong Ive become and how much weight Ive lost since I began going. It has literally changed my life.

Ive been going to flex for a year and a half and I absolutely love it! Every time I go it is a totally different workout from the last time. I always burn at least 400 calories! The instructors are super friendly and motivating :)

I have been a member of FLEXcity Fitness for over three years now and cant get enough. No other fitness experience compares to Flex. The motivating instructors and variability in exercises make for an amazing workout that is under an hour!

They have great workouts for sure and I enjoyed every moment, but I did not enjoy the treatment towards me, maybe my completions or i didnt speak English that well? Something was funny ..thats my only downside with the blonde teacher.

I honestly cannot say enough about FLEXCity Fitness. While I grew up active (hiking, biking, skiing), I never really learned how to work out and I absolutely dreaded regimented exercise. FLEX has changed all of that. I love that the classes last one hour, you can just listen to what they tell you to do and dont have to think about what is next, the results are great, and the instructors are friendly and knowledgable. Definitely worth the cost if you are committed to improving your life!

FLEX is unlike any other workout experience. You will never get bored working out because each class is a little different. Whether its TRX, bar, or on the cardio machine FLEX challenges me to work hard and set goals for myself. I have seen significant improvement in my physical performance since joining FLEX. Im happier, healthier, and look forward to 56 minutes to myself each day! The teachers are fun, encouraging, and will help make sure you are working with proper form.
