Did not have my tires in stock and Andrew said I dont think I can get them before tomorrows appointment. Then after talking for a minute and I said I cannot come in any other day he said just show up at your 7:30 am appointment and Ill make sure they are here. I brought my car in 8am on a Friday and they kept it until the following Monday. Luckily they provided a rental. Their communication here is poor. When asked why my car couldnt be worked on, on Saturday, they didnt know. I could have easily walked behind the desk, into the area where they work on cars and asked myself!!! Pay a little extra for a warranty it will save you!

I went to Shaheen Chevrolet to test drive a trailblazer and see what the ballpark figure on my trade in might be. I really wasnt ready to purchase a new vehicle. I was looking to sell my truck back to the dealership after they reached out to me. I came in to get it appraised and left. A month later I called back to see if they were still interested. I drove an hour here only to be told they can no longer buy it due to a new rule that Michigan passed “stating they can no longer buy cars from states that withhold title” that passed the day before but would be willing to take it in on trade. I would never do business with them or recommend anyone after this experience. Jake Haner was the salesman.Update: Went to Team One Chevrolet. They bought my truck and I asked them about this new rule or law that passed across Michigan and they didn’t hear anything about it. Smooth transaction.

I got my 4th vehicle today from Shaheen, and it was by far the easiest time getting a vehicle Ive ever had. They continue to treat me and my wife like family and are very attentive when we have questions. I ordered a new Silverado Trail Boss and they kept me updated on the whole process. From telling me my build week, letting me know it was on the assembly line, the projected ship date and they got it to me before they said it would be there. Overall their the best hands down. Its the reason my wife and I continue to get our vehicles there.

Jon listened to what I thought was the issue and came up with two different quotes. Technician couldnt get air conditioning to act up at first but Jon remembered what I told him what was happening and to let the truck run longer for the problem to occur. Problem was fixed and so far so good on the repair. Price came in fairly close to the quoted price.Happy with the overall experience.

Amazing customer service in the service center!!! We were an hour away from home on our way to Big Rapids for the weekend and our Silverado had an issue that prevented us from driving it! I came to this dealership on 6/18/21 was planning to drive off the lot with a car cash in hand...found the one I was interested in and I spotted two representatives so I walked up to the door asked them if I could test drive one of the used cars. first thing out his mouth was could I afford it..as a African American female I found it very disrespectful for him to judge me and ask something personal like that. Very unprofessional..you would think maybe talk about how it’s a good car or the miles not if I can afford it. I recommend this place to my friends all the time never again. Nice cars but too bad you have disrespectful sales reps. Great way to lose customers ☺️

I was discouraged looking on line for a vehicle that fit my price range and miles on the vehicle. My intent was to go to a dealership and have them tell me the options I may have I dont know about. This has always been a top notch service department. IF I cannot logistically bring my vehicle here, I will settle for another Chevy dealer since they do the best job in general.The Shaheen service department listens to my concerns, takes the time to talk to me about my vehicle and my specific observations of how it has been driving. Then we discuss my service options and they give me an accurate estimate of the cost and time frame involved for their technicians to get me taken care of.In this situation I was left with confidence that my cooling system and car in general were in great shape for some summer road trips across Michigan.The only unfortunate which will require another appointment to correct, is it turns out the air conditioning recharge was not all that I needed for lasting cold air, but I am confident when I bring my car back in they will be able to diagnose and correct the underlying issue.This service department, like the dealership in general, is spotlessly clean and organized. All the employees and management staff are super polite and exhibit a customer first approach, they really want to make sure you are treated well.

Today I got an oil change and tire rotation from the quick lube center via appointment. Service was great, little expensive at $89. The FREE carwash was probably the highlight of my visit. Shoutout to the young man at the car wash, hes doing a great job. He used chemicals and a pressure washer to get almost all of the bugs off my car! Super satisfied with that, this might be my new car wash spot!

Not happy with the used car sales follow up.Contacted the used car department on Monday about a Captiva. Was told that he would have to check to see if it was available. I gave my info and asked for a preliminary buyers order also so I can see what the amount would be. The sales person advised me that the vehicle looked like it was in service and he would send me the info. I never heard back from anyone after that call and now I was informed that the vehicle was sold just recently. If I would have been contacted back on monday and told it was sold, I would have moved on. Instead, I am trying to move my daughter into a vehicle fast and it was a wasted trip for her to find out it was sold.
