After being in a car accident which determined my car to be a total loss my family was a mess. I got in contact with Derrick Kopulos who is an amazing, friendly and down to earth caring person on Friday morning and walked out of Shaheen Cadillac after a couple of hours the next day (Saturday). My lease was coming due in the next coming months and I only wanted a Cadillac but wanted to make sure it was affordable. I considered going to dealerships in the Detroit area as I did before, but someone suggested I check out my local Cadillac dealership since Shaheen is a very reputable. So I made a an appointment mid week to go in and just price gauge and check them out. I was partnered with Jacqueline Rhine and an 20 minutes in after seeing the figures before running my credit, and finding out I could turn my lease in early, I was convinced! So I did the app it went through well and within two hours I had all of my paperwork signed and was all set to pick it up two days later. I did not expect to get Cadillac this soon if at all and especially in that manner. I’m overwhelmed with joy and emotion over how fluid the process went. I took my vehicle into the service center for suspension work. The final cost of repairs was in excess of $3,300.00. My vehicle was picked up on a Monday and not driven until Friday. I drove less than 30 miles and the “Service Suspension System,” light is now on the dashboard.And of course their Service Center is closed until next week, Monday and I am left without a vehicle for the weekend. Extremely unhappy about the entire experience. Would not recommend to friends or family as I am not sure that I can trust their work with my vehicle.

In reading this review, you should know that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this business. That said, I would have. We were looking for a used car, and just happened to find a newer vehicle for the right price down the road - it was just an issue of inventory on the day we were looking. These folks were professional (the most professional group we visited that day, actually) and went out of their way to accommodate us. That left a great impression on us and next time we need a vehicle, we will visit them again.

Whatever you do, do not get Gary Kelly. He is rude and does not have good customer service. I have bought every kind of vehicle from a Bentley to a Cadillac. I have purchased 5 Cadillacs from Les Stanford in Dearborn MI. I have never had this type of treatment before I went to Shaheen and dealt with Gary Kelly.

Friendly staff...but slow to fix car.Went there with my mom so I could take her home after she dropped hers off for repair. We saw lots of staff outside next to the building smoking but when she took her keys inside they told her that they might not be able to get to her car today. I do realize that certain things take different amounts of time....but you can see how people would get the wrong impression.

First time buyer at Suburban Cadillac of Lansing looking for a certified used car. My salesman, Mr. Richard Parker showed me the available cars I was interested in, allowed me to test drive one while he looked at my credit history and financing options. When I returned to the dealership he had all the info ready and presented my options. I ended up buying a car from him that very day. The experience was professional and enjoyable. Also the finance officer Pete was extremely helpful too. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for a high quality used Cadillac.

Called for service and the service department was able to get me in right away. At first when I called they did not have any loaner vehicles available, but then my service rep Brian was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me which worked out great. Brian my service rep kept me informed through the whole process and did a great job.

I searched around for a new car at five different dealerships before calling Shaheen and was put in touch with Jacqueline Rhine. What a delight! She bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule, called me back when she said she would, gave me many vehicle options that she knew were within my specified budget and went the extra mile to answer all my questions. She is the kind of salesperson every customer hopes to get when shopping for a car!

At the showroom Gary Kelly helped us with Xt5. He was very professional to us and provided us a lot of insight about the vehicle throughout our stay at the showroom. He made us comfortable through the test drives. Overall our visit to Shaheen Cadillac was pleasant.

Communication in the service center is horrible. Took my Escalade into get some major work done. They told me no later then Aug 6th or 7th. Never called me all day. I called them they told me next Monday 10th/Tuesday11th. They never called me again. It is Friday 14th I called them it is now pushed to Tuesday 18th. They have had my vehicle July 27th. I know the work is extensive but when a date is given and not delivered then communicate with the customer. I am spending thousands of dollars for this repair, no need to leave people in the dark. The new building transition should not be an excuse. I work at GM we make model changes and equipment changes all day but still do what needs to be done to deliver to the customer. Duane is one of the individuals i talked to that gave me those days they would be done by. Do yourself a favor and take it to a trusted place with great communication skills.

Subsequent to my first encounter with this dealership I had serious reservations about continuing to do business here. However, upon reading my first review on here (now removed), general sales manager Matt reached out in an effort to rectify the situation. I decided to bring my vehicle back in in order to give them a second chance. It is now running well without misfiring cylinders. Dan Williams also did a solid job with helping to ensure that my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I will definitely keep this organization in mind for any future service needs (and possibly for a vehicle purchase). The efforts taken to follow-up with my initial concerns, as well as the subsequent care provided to my vehicle was suggestive of initiatives to address systems disconnects, as well as address performance issues that were evident during my first encounter. This dealership is worth considering if you have issues with your vehicle.

I am so impressed with this dealership. I took my CTS in for an oil change and come to find out there were a couple recalls on it. They instantly put me in a loaner car for the day and off I went. What a pleasure it was working with David Sepeter! Not only did I get the car I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay - he drove it over an hour to my house, twice (once to test drive and then to deliver it.) He even got me an interest rate that was half of what the credit union offered. First class service and experience.

When I first started to come hear oil changes came with car washes and they were fairly cheap and staff is friendly. Over the last couple years every time the name changes the price goes up they lose staff and free services are no longer offered. luckily the staff is romaine the same and theyre still friendly.

I was so happy with the service and comfortable leaving my car in their hands. When I had a fender bender a few months later I took my car back in and received amazing service. I would like to preface this review by stating that Im typically not one to bother with such commentary, but my experience with Suburban Cadillac of Lansing was so great that I wanted to make an exception.I located my gently used vehicle on-line and primarily negotiated this deal by phone since I live some distance away. I first spoke with the Used Car Sales Manager Karl who directed me to a sales associate named Randy. Randy was cordial, informative, helpful, and was more than attentive to my numerous calls seeking additional info about the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, Randy again proved to be a genuinely great person, and helped with everything possible. Randy was very knowledgeable, and as a result we completed the transaction quickly! There was not even the hint of a high pressure sales pitch.When it came time to complete the paperwork I worked with a Financial Services Manager named Gary. ....again this individual was an absolute professional, personable, and like Randy- just an overall great guy.While I was originally very reluctant to buy a car so far from home, my reservation quickly disappeared because of the three cordial and professional individuals that I encountered. To make my experience even better I found the selection of vehicles on the lot to be in exceptional condition!
