I dont write many reviews but this place deserves the 5 stars. I went to Dons on a friends recommendation and I honestly couldnt be happier. Dropped off my Chevy Equinox at 9am for multiple repairs (brakes, tire rotation/alignment AND a new power drivers window).... done by 2:30pm and charged less then the estimate, less than my insurance deductible (and WAY less than the dealership quote). Some local businesses are well worth going out of the way for and this is one of them.

Dropped off vehicle for an appointment for front end issue, took them all day to finally look at it. Told me I needed new ball joints but could not get to it that day, paid them $45 for that information. Took it to dealership for inspection no issues found. So good thing they did not have time to fix something that did not need fixing in the first place. I would stay clear of this place.

I scheduled an appointment expected to have my truck worked on but was told they wont get to it until friday and my appointment was wednesday.

I was told that my 2008 PT cruiser had a bad upper ball joint but after inspecting myself and taking it to my school Lansing community college Auto technology center my car doesnt have an upper ball joint it has a macpherson strut. Long story short the tire technician lied I will never do business with Dons tired again.

Great place for repairs had a part break on me and Im from Grand Rapids didnt have the money for the part that broke and they fixed the old one to help me get back on the road. Thanks a ton.

They do great job on breaks and front end alignment and great people.

They do a great job at a price you are willing to pay and do not feel ripped off. They are also very nice and hospitable.

If you cant fix it yourself, then I suggest you bring it here, and let someone who knows what hes doing, to get you fixed up.
