Took my car in diagnostic on a Tuesday evening. I called on Wednesday for updates no response. I called on Thursday and left a voice message and no one bothered to call me back with a response. So Friday, I called to speak with my service advisor in the early am. Didnt get a return call until late Friday pm. I was minutes away when she returned my call. This was the poorest customer service in all my years with dealing any car dealership. I wont recommend this dealership to my enemies let alone my friends.
Very comfortable experience while waiting for my car to be serviced. Covid precautions were met fully. When I am ready for a trade in, I will be back to speak with Jennifer. She was very sweet and compassionate.

Service at Napleton River Oaks Honda is terrible. It took their representatives 50 minutes to schedule my check engine appointment over the phone. They didnt have me scheduled when I arrived on my appointment day. They have many hidden service charges and always blaming another departments for their high charges. Your business will never grow if you keep cheating loyal customers with your fake smiles. Ive been a customer for years. I only pay these high hidden charges because you have the factory parts for my car. People will stop buying and supporting Honda and all other dealerships that continue to overcharge customers to repair their cars. Why should a person buy a brand new car? Your cars are too expensive and does not have good quality for today. Your cars are engineered for repair after 4-5 years.
This dealership sells dirty, if not filthy, cars and doesnβt care about their customers after they hit the door. I bought a used, two year old, Honda Civic there two weeks ago. I noticed (it was impossible not to) that the car was far from being clean (sticky wheel, dirty seats, filthy glove compartment, etc) and asked the dealer if they could do a better job at detailing, and he kindly agreed to do so. So a week and a half later I brought the car to the dealership for a βcleaningβ appointment; they kept the car for two hours, and the end result was, hmm... I donβt kokw how to put it, just not visible. Be your own judge. I will share the photos with you that I took right after the car got a second round of βcleaningβ...
The napleton Honda dealership in Lansing Il is a good place to purchase a vehicle, I had a good salesman who worked with me, and was a very patient and considerate guy .Eric Labauex is a very professional guy at what he does.I think honda she have more people like him.

All in all a good experience and a great value on a used car. Dymond was great and would definitely recommend him. Hes nice, personable and genuinely seemed to care. The finance manager was also great at setting my mind at ease because he could see that I was getting overwhelmed. Worst place to buy a car. They want to over price their cars by making you pay for a VIP Package, transportation fees, and extra insurance. They claim it is necessary but in the contract it says it is not! Worst customer service by the Dealer Representative: Ryan Augustine.
All in all the experience was much easier then other dealerships I had been to. It started with Stacey, great phone person. Then my experience with my salesman continued to be great. 10/10 recomendΓ³ Napleton Honda.
Great place to buy a car! I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk here. Everyone is very helpful and made the process easy. Mo, Jay, and Roberto all worked together, so no one was ever fighting over me or wanting me to wait while they worked with other customers. I never felt like they were playing games or being underhanded. George in finance explained my options clearly and didnt try to pressure me into anything I didnt want. At the end they went over all the options on the car with me and gave me a big head start on what is an option packed vehicle. This was a 5 star experience!

Nice waiting area with awesome hot drink dispenser and popcorn maker to keep the kiddos happy.The repair shop on the other hand, has wasted our time and gas comming back and forth with the promises of repairs/replacement that they were suppose to get done due to thier own negligent and mishap all because the shop worker did not take the advice from us, the customer. We are out of towners, which means we do not have the time to come back.We know our own vehicle and what needed to be done.The shop manager is capable and competant to do his job, but has to much demand on him being pulled in all directions with customers, workers, paperwork, etc....The owner/staff manager did reconize us from previous times being there and took the time to pull us to the side to get everything resolved on a quickly manner.Overall was satisfied with the work, just had to keep comming back with the hopes of things to be done correctly as promised at the time of each visits.

This place is only interested in how much money they can get you to spend. Every service is overpriced and they call themselves giving you a break by giving you10 percent off, which is nothing because they overcharged you in the first place. I had my car serviced & was charged almost a $1000.00. Ive had my car serviced here for 10 years. They gave me a loaner car & I had a flat. To add insult to injury they made me pay another extra $100.00 for the tow, despite all the money I have spent with them. This is why people say going to the dealer is a rip off! Im done with this place and thinking of purchasing a Toyota!

I went the day after Christmas it took more than an hour for them to put air in my tires. The service guy was having a very bad day it was apparent because he showed it by his actions & how he spoke to me. He even gave me the wrong set of keys & when I told him that he acted as if I did something wrong. I wont go back here for service
