I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed with this company. They were able to have someone out the day after I called to look at my freezer. Eli came out and worked on our freezer for a couple of hours; it wasn’t keeping anything froze before he came. He had to order a part for it, and when it came in he was able to get back out here the next day. He was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely call Lansing Appliance Repair in the future.

Lansing Appliance Repair has been sent (via Consumers Energy)to repair both my washer and dryer. The technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They have followed all COVID safety guidelines upon entering my home. They have been able to get someone to my house within a day. It really depends on the time I put in a service request. Jennifer at the office is friendly and courteous. Great company.

Newer company.... Duston left Town & Country Appliance Repair to his own company. We switched to using him to help his small business. Used Lansing Appliance Repair for a year and a half at a 2 large apartment communities. His “wife” secretary called us to inform me that he does not want to work around “those people” anymore. The owner didn’t even have the audacity to call and let me know!! I do not recommend a business to business relationship with this company!

I am not pleased with this company consumers energy sent these people out to my house 2 times now first time was to repair my refrigerator they looked at it and said nothing was wrong with it shortly there after the refrigerator went out and cost me over $1200 in food whatever maybe a fluke thing right? 2nd time they came out was to repair my dryer I have had the vents replaced less than a month ago for the exhaust for the dryer they come out the first time and ripped the dryer out and broke the aluminum elbows and the company refuses to admit that it was their company that damaged the vent and refuses to replace the elbow I have already been in contact with consumers they will be covering the cost to get the vents repaired but steer clear of this company they will break things and claim it wasnt them I suggest you PUT A CAMERA UP AND WATCH THESE PEOPLE HOLD THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE.

Lansing Appliance Repair was prompt, courteous and provided great communication. They diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part I needed, and even came out early to install it when they had a cancellation. I was impressed with their skill and professionalism.

Edit to respond to the owner: In no way was my recounting of our experience an exaggeration. I stand by my precise accounting of what we experienced. Also, Lane’s will repair LG refrigerators, and my repair timeline has been delayed by a full week due to this companies misrepresentation of their skills. I had originally scheduled with Lane’s but cancelled my appointment when I was promised a quicker repair appointment through this company. What a waste of time! Save yourself the trouble and go with the more trusted vendor the first time.My relatively new LG refrigerator stopped cooling. When I called to make an appointment, the scheduler suggested I call LG as it may be a compressor problem. I told her I would prefer to just pay a local repair guy to come on a quicker time table if that was possible. She ASSURED me that her company could figure out the problem and would send someone out at a scheduled time. The morning of my appointment, I received a call from the technician informing me that he doesn’t know how to fix LG’s and that I should call LG. In the mean time, I had cancelled an appointment with a larger more trusted company (Lane’s), because this company had promised to get me in quicker. This company was exceedingly rude, and unprofessional! Don’t trust their expertise - call Lane’s.

JULY 2021: Our experience with Dustin at LAR continues to be positive. He doesnt give up on this complicated expensive refrigerator, that has various affected parts. I dont know what we would do without LAR regarding our fridge. I guess wed just be out 3k.2020:My experience with Lansing Appliance Repair has been 100% positive. They are organized, they immediately schedule repairs for asap upon receipt of the parts (which they have delivered to their business, so no parts laying around your house), and are more knowledgeable then other technicians Ive tried. Ive had techs that come to the house, assess the needed repairs and then I never hear from the them again. I am grateful for the work ethic of Lansing Appliance Repair when responding to my dishwasher and refrigerator repairs. They even help with reloading the refrigerator after the repairs are completed if needed! They practice safe home visits during Covid and are a top notch Lansing company all the way!!!

The repairmen were on time... actually a few minutes early. They fixed my washer in less than 15 minutes, and charged me much less than I expected to pay. I was surprised at how polite and professional these guys were. Ill never use anyone else.

I called several companies and they were the ones that could come out the soonest to fix our dryer.He was only here 20 minutes and was able to not only fix our dryer for a great price, but he was also able to tell us why our dryers keep breaking down and how to fix the other dryer in our basement. Highly recommend!

If I could give it a zero I would!! Im not even sure how this place is in business! This is by far the worst service Ive EVER experienced!!! I filled a claim thru my homeowners insurance company and they sent a technician from this joke of a business. Not only did the technician not fix the problem but completely destroyed our oven and then lied and said it was tampered with! It was powering on before and I was able to use small pots now it wont even power back on after he got a hold of it! When I tried to resolve the issue his secretary Jennifer was rude, tone def and insensitive to say the least. When I talked to the owner Dustin he was by all accounts a disgrace! Im sure these insurance claims dont pay much but your name and providing stellar customer service should be priceless! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! To Dustin the owner: You are going to get back to you 1000 fold everytime you screw over a customer! You never know who people know in this small town. Good luck with that and Ill see your sorry joke of a business in court!

Great service. I called for a repair and the gentleman was here promptly. He did his assessment and repaired my washer. I was happy with the service and the cost. Definitely calling again if more repairs are needed. I recommend others to call and get quoted from this company.....thanks again!!!

Dustin Bailey has been to my house on severalOccasions and he has always been on time. He explains what he doing as he fixes my appliance. Hes friendly, honest, and will give you his best rate. Ive never had to call him back on his work. Very efficient. I highly recommend him.

Needed dryer repair. Very respectful, professional, honest and on time. Price estimates were great and affordable. Both dustin and his wife were very helpful and very prompt. Did great job, dryer is fixed and would recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair. will remain with this company when needing repairs.

Girlfriends wash machine puked. Called around to several repair companies and decided on Dustin. His rates were much more reasonable than any of the others w/ no surprises. He arrived on time, took care of the problem in about 20 min and she was back in business w/ a working washing machine. Dustin was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and would definitely recommend his services to anyone else with a dysfunctional household appliance at a fraction of the cost the others would charge you.

He repaired my fridge (Maytag). It is a pleasure to find a local company that is so efficient, honest, and affordable. If you have any appliance problems Dustin is the guy to go to. In my experience, big companies with subcontracted technicians are a nightmare. If you want to save yourself a lot of time and money contact Dustin.
