Appointment was set that morning despite several days notice from my property manager. Then the technician said only a GE trained tech could fix the problem with the oven. Their voice mailbox was then full when I tried to follow up.After I contacted my property manager again, another company came out after setting up an appointment, diagnosed the problem and replaced an electronic component same day (not a GE trained tech).About on par with some companies Ive dealt with but certainly not with great results.

Does not work on new dishwashers.

Diagnosed the problem over the phone saving us a fee! Managed to find the part we needed in just a day or two and came to install it in just a few minutes. Professional and reasonably priced.

My 1989 Whirlpool refrigerator wasnt cooling but the freezer was fine. I called yesterday morning and left a message. Dennis called me right back and, after hearing details, suggested that I defrost first to see if that fixed it before making a service call. It did! I suppose thats something I should have known but I thought it was a thermostat or fan issueThank you so much for your help!

Called Nebraska Furniture where I purchased my refrigerator to try to find a repair man. Every company they gave me would not travel to Leavenworth. I googled appliance repair and found Dennis Refrigeration. He came out that day to look at it. Ordered our icemaker and was back in a week to fix it. Super friendly and reasonably priced. Glad I was able to use a hometown business. Will call him first next time!

11 Dec 2015: My front loading washer stopped spinning this morning, so i called a repairman (cuz i was on my way to work and didnt have time to dick around with it). not too many listed where i live, but gave this local guy a call, left him a message on the brand and whats going on with it.he called me back at work to say he doesnt service that brand, but was nice enough to point me to others that do. THEN he went on to talk to me about the problems it was having and possible solutions.as it turns out, was a simple solution that he suggested we check and ended up saving me the money, worry, and all the other stresses and crap involved with having someone come out and fix my clothes washer. he didnt have to call me back, he didnt have to point me to his competition, and he didnt have to stay on the phone and give me solutions, BUT HE DID!(there was a leaf blocking the water drainage - and front loader washers wont spin if theres water in the tub)
