They were great! We got an email prior to the appointment with a date/time reminder, along with a picture of the technician.He was quick, fixed our washer and was great to work with. Very impressed!

Jordan questioned us carefully about the problems we were having with the dishwasher. He ran diagnostic evaluations and recommended that we have service in 3 areas. He explained what he thought would be the best option and why.He asked us to check to see if we had a warranty. We did. So we are not having service from LaneAppliance. My existing fridge wasn’t keeping food cool so I made an appointment to see if it was fixable. Tech couldn’t come out for 10 days or so but the cancellation list was offered to me which I gladly accepted. Had a tech in my house three days later who was knowledgeable and efficient. Wasn’t afraid to give me the bad news that my fridge was on its way out. Made me feel much better about my decision to order a new one before my appointment. Will absolutely call again in 10-15 years to declare this one dead too!

I have used the service a couple of times and a lot of years passed and I was very happy to find that theyre still doing great business. They were early or appointment and called to ask if they came EARLY!! Why of course. They did the job promptly and even helped me to clean between glass of oven door ! A true bonus. Not thrilled the Bosch microwave required whole panel and door replacement but that is fault of Bosch not Lanes!! Thanks Brian for a great job!!

Dryer making loud squeaky noise for weeks. Did not make noise, of course, when technician arrived. However, he was professional and stated this happens all the time. Due to being on cancellation list, received service the day after appointment was scheduled. So far, dryer’s working great and no longer squeaking.

The Lane service technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the ice maker. He order the part, there was weekly communication, via email, from Lanes about the status of the ordered part abd then quick scheduling of the repair once they knew when the part would arrive. The service technician quickly installed and tested the replacement pair. We are pleased with Lanes service.

Our technician came out on time and fixed our dryer issue at the same appointment. They had parts available and it was all done quickly in under an hour. I would call them again!

My dryer was making a noise. The service technician took it completely apart and couldn’t find the reason for the noise. Upon placing the drum back into the dryer he must have touched the inside with his greasy fingers. My first load of sheets afterward were spotted with grease…now heat set. When I complained I was told someone could come out and check the dryer. Why? The damage was done. Subsequent loads were okay. She insisted her technicians always cleaned up afterwards. I felt like she was calling me a liar! No apology…nothing! I will not be calling them again!

Mason K called to see if arriving early would work...it benefitted both of us. When I described the problem, he told me what he thought was wrong. He checked it out, showed me the non-working part, and then replaced it. This all took less than an hour...time and money well spent.

John was my technician and he was very polite and helpful. He called me and asked if he could come a little early and that was fine with me. He had the part needed and was in and out of my house in about 20 minutes. He checked the dishwasher to make sure it worked properly. He also gave me a tip on maintaining my clean dishwasher. Use a cup of tang in your dishwasher to clean everything out and keep it smelling clean. He said, use 2 cups in your washing machine, to keep it smelling fresh.... Jennifer, at the shop is extremely friendly, courteous and knows her job. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Also, John wore a mask and covers on his shoes. I need a diagnostic on my 10 year old washer to see if it would be worth fixing or if a new wash was a better choice. I called 3 different appliance repair services, Lanes diagnostic fee was comparable to 1 of the other companies I called & less than the other, but they were able to schedule an appointment the soonest.The service agent was Covid compliant, earlier than expected, professional, went straight to work & when he was done, he delivered the bad news (it would be $700+ to repair the problem) gently. Of course, I opted to get a new washer.

My dryer started to sound like a jet engine every time it was on. It was so loud I thought I may be in for a new dryer. Thankfully, once again Lane appliance came to my rescue! In a short amount of time it was determined that the blower wheel was off balance due to lint build up. The lint was cleaned out, the wheel was back in balance and the dryer now quietly runs smooth. From my initial contact, they were extremely professional. I knew what to expect and when. The charge to repair was going to be equivalent to purchasing a new dishwasher, so we chose not to repair, but if I have another appliance go down, they will be my first call.

Repair was done on time and with advanced notice

They were responsive and did a quick job. My washer is about ten years old and needed the boot replaced; the one they furnished cost $112 -- Im not sure it is quite a Whirlpool replacement -- suspect it is an O.E.M.I think these jobs and the part are pretty expensive -- just as a matter of principle, costing about a third the price to replace the washer -- but, their price was very competitive in terms of what other repair places that would quote me a price offered.They offered a 60-day guaranty, which is about par for the course -- some places offer 90 days. But, those are minor quibbles.As long as the boot holds up leak-free, Id recommend Lanes again.

Yesterday, in the middle of a wash cycle, our frontload washer decided to error out - with an error code that told me to call for service. I called Lanes this morning, on a recommendation from another repair service, and they booked me an appointment for next week, but because there were wet clothes in the washer which we could not get out, they placed us on the cancellation list. They called me back to tell me how to drain the tub (way harder that we thought). They then called me back and told me a technician would be here this afternoon. Laundry is out of the washer and we have an estimate for repair. Absolutely the best service I have ever had.

Although the technician was ultimately unable to repair my refrigerator he quickly diagnosed the problem as being a bad compressor and suggested that buying a new fridge was probably a better value.Lane emailed me the day prior to my appointment with a two hour time window and specific COVID-19 instructions and the technician called 15 minutes ahead of his arrival. The technician Brian checked the washer thoroughly and found several issues with it. He let us know the price of the repair and chance there may be additional repairs needed in the near future, and helped me realize the cost of repair was too high.

I made the appointment for service based on reviews so here is my experience. Appointment schedule, tech showed when he was supposed to with an advance call to let me know he was in the way. After arrival, he checked over the 2 year old refrigerator, told me it was in the sealed unit and it would be $2,500 for them to repair. He recommended me call Sears to see if there was any warranty on the unit. I had Sears service come out, and it a sensor effecting the defrost not the compressor. Called to talk to a supervisor and first words out of his mouth was we would never say a repair would cost that much, then he continued to talk over me and let me finish a sentence....

The technician fixed my dryer, but it stopped working again because I needed to have my dryer vents cleaned by a different professional. Lane Appliance still stood by its guarantee and came out and fixed the dryer again without complaint or additional charge. I’m very satisfied.

We have a front loading washer. It stopped working and was full of water. The repair man diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate of cost of repair. We declined to have it repaired, and he removed the water from the washer so it could be removed and replaced. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Andy came out to look at our dishwasher. After checking everything out he made recommendations we used the next day. It is working fine now. He was thorough and friendly. Id use Lane again in a heartbeat.
