On time and great service. They were sent thru the Consumers electric appliance contract. I was very happy with quick response and repair.

This place fixed my refrigerator. They were nice. They showed up on time. That’s basically it.

Disappointed in the lack of effort service technician put into our freezer. The service technician examined it for about five minutes and then said it was a bad compressor and it would be cheaper to replace than fix. No effort to troubleshoot the likely problems. A quick Google search revealed that a new compressor would NOT have been more expensive than a new freezer. Very disappointed in the lack of effort. I will attempt to troubleshoot the problems myself and repair it myself.

I was very pleased with the service received on our diswasher today. It had stopped draining the water and had made a loud screaching noise before the machine stopped. Thank you Action Appliance for correcting the problem.
