I went to Four Seasons as it was close to Hampton Inn where we were staying for a weekend Basketball 🏀 Tournament. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived there was only one other customer. It was no crowded at all. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. All the spa tubs were lined and all the nail stations had a plexi glass. They took every precaution. They wiped down the the chairs and every thing that they used. She even wipe my credit card with a Clorox wipe before giving it back to me. And my nails look amazing. The selection was plentiful and great quality. Next time I’m in town I will definitely come again.

Pedicure clean, sanitary and adequate but substandard, careless polishing and more expensive than any other local nail salon in area. Ok, but if you can go elsewhere--- do..

Love this place and my nails look beautiful! They are taking really good precautions with good disinfecting, no crowding, and they even took my temperature.

Went to get my pedicure and the women didn’t give me the wax dip and my nails were burning under the gel light and when finished there was a bubble on my nail.

These guys were great! They got me in last minute even though I called at 6:15 on a Friday night and they close at 7 PM. The woman who did my nails was very gentle. I am used to them being rough and hurting a little bit, but she didn’t hurt at all. It was great! She even gave me a nice massage on my calves. The price was good. She was understanding when I wasn’t sure what color to get. All around, fantastic job! I would definitely come back!

I had a pretty great experience going to this salon for the first time. The reviews were not too hot but I figured I would give it a shot since I was already at Costco (across the street). The ladies were extremely friendly and helped me pick out the colors I wanted for my gel polish manicure. My only complaint was the price. The regular manicure was listed as $15 but I ended up paying $25 Because of the gel polish. At other salons I have only paid a $5 up charge. I know every salon is different so now I know.

I wanted my nails done at the last minute. They had availability and my gel nails, that can be difficult, lasted. The staff was professional and friendly. I was very happy.

My mom and I came here for a relaxing pedicure. Granted we were both happy with the outcome, and the price was great! Although the staff seemed to be very rude. The lady doing our pedicures thought she should be on the phone the entire time. And I mean the entire time! I think thats very rude! Im in the hair business myself, and the client Im working on is the absolute number one priority before any phone call or anything. You should focus on the client and not anything else. I thought it was rude. She could of done a much better job with the pedicures if she actually took a breath and stopped talking on the phone the whole time. Like really call them back!!!! Is it that important!? Unless it was a family emergency, no need for it!I will however be back, but I hope this girl doesnt do my pedicure again. And I hope she starts paying attention to the customers and not the phone for an hour.

Extremely disappointed. I went in to use a $25.00 gift certificate that was gifted to me by my Father only to be told that they would not honor it for no valid reason ( their authorizing signifiture was on the wrong side of the certificate, which is not my dad or my fault). I would never recommend anyone to go to this establishment they obviously have no intentions of honoring certificates for money THAT WAS ALREADY SPENT at their salon.

CAUTION!!!!!Went to Lancaster for a wedding Labor Day Weekend. Wanted to get a full set manicure and a pedicure so I went to this spa which was next door to my hotel. HUGE MISTAKE!!! My nails looked awful!!!! They were short and they didn’t file them down the sides I looked liked gorilla hands and my toes they didn’t even cut or file tops! With in hours the nail polish was denting and coming off!!! Truly the worst experience I’ve ever gotten!!! I was discussed. I don’t usually write reviews but I am thoroughly disgusted with this place!👎 Go somewhere else for a quality job!!!

Never go here!My wife’s father got her a gift certificate for her when she became pregnant with our daughter (his first grandchild) and it seems they were to lazy to fill it out properly for him. When she went in to use it, they told her it wasn’t valid even though he had the receipt of payment to them when bought the certificate. So they stole his money and were rude to my wife.

I have been going to Four Season Nails for years. I never had a bad experience always willing to work with my schedule and get me in whenever they can as quickly as possible.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I was here for a family wedding and broke 1 nail so I saw that this place was right next to my hotel and I thought perfect right? So I go in and ask the lady if I can get my nail fixed and she just stared at me. She asks me if I have gel I told her yes. She says we dont have that color so I ask if she had anything close and that would be fine. She said no. So I have an accent nail with glitter and I said well I wouldnt mind just doing another glitter nail. She says again she doesnt have that color. So I ask what my options are and she says idk what to tell you!!!! LIKE REALLY??? YOU MUST NOT WANT MY BUSINESS!!! IVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE!!!! I JUST DECIDED TO WALK OUT! I should have noticed that on a Saturday and there was not one single person in that salon??? I should have took that as a sign!!! BEWARE!!!

This place is nice and the people in the nail salon is very friendly and nice.... And they do a very nice job

The staff was very rushed the whole time i got my nails and my moms nails done on friday and by Sunday had to go to another salon to get the nails fixed because the nails started to fall off after only 4 days I will never return to this salon!!!
