I have tried so many different nail salons in the Lancaster area and Xtreme is by far my favorite! I have been going to them for over a year and am always in love with my nails. I would recommend any of the staff and trust them all with my nails. I like to do fun designs and colors and they are very focused on the details! 10/10 recommend

So I got my nails done today, I had a full set done! Honestly Ive never had my nails done so great in my whole life! It is pricey, my full set with two accent nails on each hand, ended up costing me about $80. But you get what you pay for, my nails are beautiful and could fool someone into thinking they were my real nails! The shape is gorgeous! I had Ty, he was super nice and hilarious. Great atmosphere and Ill never go to anyone else now ❤️

I went to another salon to get a pedicure and full set they told me it would be an hour and half wait. i called Xtreme nails and they told me to come on in and it would be maybe a 20 to 25 minute wait. when i got there i9 was taken back immediately to get my pedicure and full set of nails,. i am extremely satisfied with the service and the professionalism that they have here. i will definitely be back.

I ask for just a manicure. I didn’t want gel polish, just regular polish. They had me pick out a color, which I did. Mostly I just wanted a good manicure, which I was very disappointed in. The girl barely did anything to my nails. She did not push my cuticles back, she did not make my nails smooth. As for massage of my hands and arms, she didn’t do that either.The polish she put on my nails was so thick that it never dried even after 30 minutes under the light. It kinda just rolled up when touched. I ended up having the girl just take the polish off my nails. I feel like I paid for a service that I only partially received.

Last time I got my nails done I wasn’t able to get to Xtreme. My daughter and I made it in yesterday and I had Ty. He was amazing! He fixed my nails and they look way better than before!! I’ll be going back to Ty for sure!!! I’m so happy over my nails! Definitely ready for vacation now!!

I have never been here before and won’t be back I wanted the basic pedicure I get them regularly so my feet do not need much. I don’t like to have my feet or legs massaged so I asked them not to as I always do. I do want my feet exfoliated but that is not included in the basic pedi! I have never had to pay extra for exfoliating.

Went in and showed a picture of what I wanted he did not hesitate to try it. He did an amazing job I will definitely be going back to him to do my nail from now on.

Ty was amazing! I had went to another salon before him and they did a pretty bad job on my nails. Ty fixed them up for me and made them perfect. He was super kind and made me really enjoy the experience! I would 100% recommend this salon.

Ive come here quite a few times and every time I do I leave satisfied. I usually get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They always do a great job and they always last well over 2 weeks. They also do a great job of clipping out my ingrown toenails which I really appreciate!

Always friendly, clean & quick. I always get exactly what I ask for design-wise when Im there without being charged an outrageous amount. The prices are fair and they have a loyalty program! 10/10 would highly recommend!

The first tim I went here for a full set was great I loved my nails and I decided to go back for a balance and a repair. I told then I wanted the same thing that I had. The nail that was a repair ended up crooked and a thinner stiletto shape. The repair nail did not match the rest of the set. At this point I had been sitting in the chair for over an hour so I just got up and paid and left. The same nail that got repaired the last time for my balance popped off yesterday. Its been maybe a week and a half since I went.Based on my previous experience I dont think Im going to return.

Price was a bit steep. However, detail was amazing. Quality was great as well.

Ive been here twice. Massage chairs are good but my pedicure polish was messy and cut unevenly.my first gel mani with nail art by ryan was great.on my second visit, ryan was busy and the guy who did my nails was generally arrogant and made me feel like my business was unappreciated because i dont have acrylic nails currently (though ive had them for years and have had them done in salons all around the country because i travel for work). He said he couldnt do anything similar to the several photos I showed him, so I eventually just let him do something simple. Ive never had a nail tech make me feel like my nails werent worth their time, but I felt that way on this visit. After all of that, my manicure is cracking on multiple nails literally 3 hours later. The 3 stars is for Ryan alone.I will probably just drive the extra 10 minutes to Columbus for more consistent service and a more reliable customer experience moving forward.

The staff was very rude to me and my friend. We are both 10 and we wanted to get our nails done and the staff was very rude to us. My 17 year old sister went there and she said they werent rude. They also speak in a random language and Im afraid they might be saying rude things about the customers. They didnt clean anything either. But they did paint our nails good so I give them 2 stars.

Every time I come to Extreme Nails the outcome is beautiful! I’ve been to other places that get annoyed when I bring in a photo with a lot of colors or a design, but never here! The staff is always happy to do whatever design I ask for. I love it here!

I was cut badly and bled. They burn several of my nails. After my manicure, my fingers hurt for several days.The quality of the manicure and polish look horrible! Waste of money. Will be going elsewhere!

Worst manicure Ive ever had. I have acrylics and he left out 2 important steps of the process. I shouldve walked out when the tech got nasty the 1st time but I stayed and it only got worse. Ive never met someone so rude and unprofessional. Definitely wont b going back or referring anyone to them.

I moved to Lancaster from Houston this year and went to 3 salons before finding Ty at Xtreme Nails. I’m very particular with my nails and they do an amazing job! So glad I found them!

They do amazing work!! I don’t mind waiting they give each customer the same time and do aero work!!

Today was my first time there. We got a balance and a full set, both gel, for $78. They were super quick, but they still lool very good! In fact, I have gotten my nails done at other salons and they dont even compare to how good these look! They also made sure I loved them throughout each process! I definitely will return! :)

As they were going through finding new nail techs often, it just wasnt great.I went in there two days ago to get me and my daughters nails done and to my surprise the entire stores had a new makeover and there is multiple new nail techs.I was always really discouraged with finding a nail shop in Lancaster because you can never find one that does bougie nails or ones that are up to par with something you would find spending $150 on a set of nails. Like you want the amazing nails but you also dont want to spend an arm and a leg either. It used to be when I would go into the nail shop you always find these nail techs that want to rush through getting your nails done and they dont do the correct steps.(I even had a nail tech put my gems on my nails and then put the diamond gel OVER TOP OF THE GEM!)So heres where it gets good.I went into xtreme nails and got to sit with the nail tech named Ty. AAAMMMMAZING!!!Not only did he make me feel comfortable because he was really open to hearing everything that I wanted done with my nails, giving me suggestions etc... But he was so funny and gave me great conversation which made sitting there even better!!He told my daughter that it was going to take a minute to get my nails done because what I wanted would take a little bit of time but that hes a perfectionist.MUSIC TO MY EARS!! If youre a perfectionist then I know that youre going to take your time and youre going to make my nails look great. The man didnt even have to put my fingers together to make sure that my nails were the same height and width on each hand!?! He is THAT GOOD.So long story short, if you want to get your nails done and you dont want someone just to run through, rushing and throwing a set of nails on your hand that you could have just went to the dollar store and got you some stick-on nails...Then GO SEE TY!!!!I promise you dont regret it and youll want to go back and see him every time!!*Xtreme nails is also following all of the covid guidelines and everyone is really professional, everybody is wearing their masks and i was really comfortable with that.

Do not get Rhinestones! I paid $90 and they started falling off the next day. Went back to get them repaired, because was told on the phone they would be replaced for free. (I live 45 min. away) When I got there one of my nails was repaired for a $5 fee and they would not replace anymore rhinestones. Then proceeded to argue with me that I cant do anything ever with my hands, not anything if I have Rhinestones. They were rude and petty over a few rhinestones! I will find another nail shop! Be careful there!

Im a regular customer at Xtreme Nails and have had the same person do my nails every time Ive recently been getting a regular balance which is $20 and the cut down was $5 and was told that the hombre nail was an additional $15 so she usually charges me $40, This time she charged me $50 I paid and left a $10 tip before I realized they over charged me When I went back in to find out why they charged me $10 more they gave me the run around and told me if I didnt want to pay that much I shouldnt get the hombre Needless to say Im very angry at their unprofessionalism and will probably not return I would advise if you are to use their services to ask the price up front

I had never been here before but, asked on Facebook who everyone likes alot of people said this place. I went there & showed what I wanted and she didnt know how it was done but it was literally something very simple. I havent had them a week and my middle finger is chipping, and my nails look like ive had them for over week and need a balance. I am not happy with the ombre that was suppose to be pink instead its a light orange. I am getting married in 5 days and orange isnt even a color in my wedding.

The girl there does amazing work. She is always up for a challenge. Love this place highly recommend.

I have been going here for over a year....and Laura is absolutely the best.....I give her free range on how she wants to design my nails using powder dip and they always turn out incredible....the whole staff are great people....I recommend going in there.....I will never go anywhere else....

I normally do not post reviews but I felt it was necessary for this time around. My technician was so sweet and caring, she gave me everything I wanted and my nails turned out wonderful. I have had many bad experiences with being rushed in and out as well as receiving attitude towards what I wanted. That was not the case at all here, she made conversation with me and I felt so comfortable. 10/10 recommend :)

Okay. i got my nails re-done yesterday and theyre bubbly, bumpy, and off shaped. The guy was mad at me bc i came to get them redone after they all fell off not even a week after. he cut me several times and my nails are terribly shaped. definitely not coming back.

Tracy and Micheal always do a wonderful job! I have been visiting here for about 6 months and I just come in when ever I have time. Tracy and Michael always get me right in, no matter what time it is. They are always a pleasure to be around. They also try their very best to make good conversation. Even when they are busy they are very precise in their work. Tracy is always ordering new polish and has many colors to choose from. The salon is kept tidy and clean at all times. Nail time and lulu are not nearly as customer oriented compared to M&P. Tracy and Michael are genuine people providing noteworthy service. Give it a try! You wont be disappointed!

They do great nails, but they really need to work on their business model. Several times Ive been in there and the older woman and the man at the first desk have had screaming matches with each other and cussing each other out. One time the older woman even said she was quitting and stopped doing my nails in the middle of it and started throwing her stuff into a bag to leave. On several occasions theyve let people that came in after me, go before me. And another time my gel paint was chipping THE DAY after I got it done, so I was the first person there the next day so I could get the two nails fixed, and they started doing peoples full sets even though I was there first and they were walk-ins as well. Aside from that though, they do really good nails.

I have been here before and the gel polish lasted for weeks. This time I had nails done for Christmas on Thursday and by Sunday they are chipping. I have never had gel polish chip on me. I have always been able to go a month. Have they changed product or are they thinning it to make you come back sooner. I wont go back or refer. They have always been very nice but my nails should not chip after three days. Any where else I have went I did not have chipping.

I decided to switch it up and try somewhere else as I wasn’t happy with where I’d been going. My Experience was fantastic! He asked me what I wanted instead of just doing it and was very friendly! I’m very happy and will definitely return!

Tracy does the best artwork on nails that Ive ever seen outside of magazine photos! She is truly amazing and so creative. When I go I just let her do whatever she wants and they always turn out great!

This is the best nail salon I have used. I have been going there since Tracey has been the owner. She is wonderful! It has always been an enjoyable experience that I look forward to every 2 weeks. Her art work & the quality of her work cannot be beat. I have never had so many compliments on my nails. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

Love my new nails

My soon to be mother in law and I went in to get our nails done for my wedding tomorrow, she wanted gel polish on her real nails and I wanted acrylic fake nails. My appointment was at 5 and we got there at 4:40. They didnt even get to me until 6 because they let several people ahead of us. When she finally did she yelled at me every two seconds for moving even thought I wasnt. She kept blasting the fan in my face after I repeatedly told her not to. But worst of all, my mother in laws natural nails are long and beautiful, and this woman filed them down to the nub! Then the woman told her that her nails we too ugly to just paint and she needed fake nails! She was so rude to her that my mother in law started crying and left with her nails gone and no paint on them. We will not be back anytime soon.

Terrible quality of nails. Was rushed by some guy, did awful job on my nails. I got a gel fill and it came out all bumpy and bubbly and then said he wouldn’t fix it. Will not be going back. Most of my nails look like he just gobbed on a ton of nail polish and they’re already peeling just 1 day later.

Relocated in Lancaster from Michigan for summer and found this gem of a place within walking distance. Laura, John, Casey, and Ty are great nail technicians and great artists! You gotta see for yourself!

Went here in a pinch. Got natural nails prepped with tips by one man just to have a woman tear them off and start over again. Stated what I wanted was told it wouldnt look good, so she did what I asked her not to do. I like a professional look with no color, just a little length. I was shocked when I realized she used glitter acrylic (after buffing etc.) I asked if she made a mistake, was told this looks better Ive been getting my nails done the same way for 7 years and shes the first person to tell me no, and do what she wanted. I said no color, got glitter. I said no gel, got gel. Im not sure if it was a miscommunication or just blatant disregard. Wasnt pleased, wont be back.

I was in a rush for a good full set and I found this place randomly and they did an AMAZING job! Gave me the beat nails I’ve ever had!!

Worse gel polish and pedicure I have ever had. Gel polish was coming off in less than a week. Pedicure was terrible. Will not ever go there again. Tried them because they werent busy. Now I know why they werent busy

9/8/16, Today is my first time here and its a great environment, very clean and wonderful people. All the workers are very nice and very funny! It was a great experience I received a pedi, eye brow wax and a balance and they did such an amazing job ! Im such a picky person and they defiantly deserve a 5 star rating !

I had a wonderful experience at this salon today. Im not from around here, but Ill definitely be making the trip back for the service. I wasnt 100% what I wanted but Tracy made perfect suggestions and really took her time to give me beautiful nails to envy.

Tracy is really awesome, I’ve been to her twice. This past time I went here was terrible. It was a man I’ve never seen before, (not Michael). My nails have spots peeling off three days later. They’re also very crooked and have a lot of bubbles in them. I’m not sure if I’ll come back here or not. 😔

Was waiting for over 45 minutes and 3 other customers that were there after I signed in were taken care of before me. They kept saying we will be right with you but acted like my business wasnt as important as others that signed in after me. Very upsetting and very disappointing to say the very least.

1st time here and Jetli did a gel mani and gel pedi for me. Honestly the best quality of work Ive recieved in a very long time. And in a timely fashion! I WILL be back!

They take excellent care of my nails and have an awesome selection of colors.

While I love the staff, I have no tolerance for hidden fees. I picked the most expensive pedicure from their menu. At the register, I found out there were extra charges. $15 extra for gel AND extra charges for taking off my old polish and cutting my nails. THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED in the price of a pedicure! It wasnt listed on the menu either. Plus, I had to stop getting my fingernails done there as neither the gel nor the dipped nails would stay on- they both flaked and cracked after only a few days. Disappointing because the staff are so nice:(
