I went in a week ago and within the 4th day the acrylic was already lifting the man who did my nails was very friendly but the work was good at all I went in a few times after and they kept sending me back out to come back another time because they were too busy

Most often can get you right in. Nice staff! Don’t always observe your appt time if you do call ahead as they take walk-ins, so just need to know that when going into the shop.

Went to have a manicure. I had a appointment and they were so busy that they set me down with a girl who was just there to pick up her check. I was in her chair barely 10mins took my own polish and it still cost $25... Not a manicure at all. Never again!!!

I have been going here for Id say probably 2 yrs and I really like it!! Ive never been a girly girl so getting my nails done was like so awkward at first. I could never tell them what I wanted cuz I had no idea what I was doing!! Lol!! Anyways long story short, they have always been patient with me and always help me pick a color out and just give ideas in general!!! I also get my eyebrows waxed!! But I definitely would recommend this place💜

Made a same day appointment. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Technician was great and very friendly. Nails done in less than an hour and have lasted a little over 2 weeks.

Needed to get a pedi this am before vacay. I was in an ok mood when i got there, but let me tell ya. The lady who did my pedi was absolutely the sweetest. Sge made sure that i relaxed while i was in that chair. Needed that!

Great, gentle service. Most nail salons Ive been to are rough with my hands.. But these guys are so gentle and very professional. Hands and toes looked great for weeks! Price was awesome as well!! 5 stars across the board!!

Spend the extra few dollars... go to buckeye nails across the street. I have gone to both and honestly at lulu they are decent, but they are not gentile and my nails just dont look as good. Nice and funny people.. just not the quality of others in the area.

The manager which is a woman 4th table done a amazing job on me I came in with 4 nails broken already lifting cause went to extreme nails which was a horrible experience...and this woman took her time on me and great communication....I will be coming back in 3 weeks thanks so much I recommend this place extremely

Called ahead of time to ensure I would only be paying $30 for a acrylic full set and said exactly what I wanted- matte grey coffin. The woman doing my nails didn’t speak a word to me the entire time till she asked to check me out before she even did my polish. She checked me out at $48.50. For regular polish!! I told her that I was under the impression that it would be $30 and she said it was $10 extra for my shape- so where does the extra $8.50 go? I assume she tipped herself which is extremely rude since I planned to but after that experience I didn’t give her a cent more, and of course I wasn’t given a receipt.

My friend and both got some bling before our trip to Vegas on April 25. Im changing my review from 5 stars to 2 because my gel nail polish just started to peel off after only 7 days. Not why all but my pinky fingernails were all off by May 5. They did look really good while it lasted.

I had a great time the guy that did my nails did a great job and I know I gave him a hard time being it my 1st time in a long time but he did a super job and my nails look amazing! Super clean Super friendly. Way better than the place in the mall.

Excellent service and very accommodating

I’m extremely unsatisfied. I didn’t realize how messed up they were until I had already paid an arm and a leg. They weren’t even close to my cuticles, nor were any of them the same length. I just had them done 3 days ago and my nail just snapped simply from my one year old walking across my hand, that’s NOT suppose to happen. Not to even mention they TOOK a $25 tip without asking or being told which I als didn’t realize until the statement came up on my credit card. I actually want to rate 0 stars.

I visited LUu Nails a week ago. Unfortunately my experience at the salon was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a pedicure. When I entered the salon the man at the check in desk was incredibly unfriendly and quite frankly, rude. I picked my color and sat in the chair after the man dismissively barked “chair 2” and me. The girl doing my pedicure was perfectly nice but she did an absolutely horrible job. The polish is touching the cuticle on every single toe (if you know anything about pedicures then you know this is a big NO-NO) The polish completely came off of one of my toes after day 4. I also realized after she was done with her tools that she was only sanitizing them by spraying them with something (hopefully alcohol) and putting them back into a dirty box. Which is absolutely disgusting. I will never be back. I recommend you don’t go either.

I went there yesterday and was really impressed with the safety measures that were taking. Customers were required to wear masks, next we had to wash our hands and they were practicing social distancing. If you want to go to a clean, safe business this is the place to go.

I dont know how to spell her name but Dorcus was amazing!!! She is so friendly and did a GREAT job on my nails! This was my first time here, I got gel polish. She didnt rush, she was so friendly & did the sugar scrub & lotion, my hands smell amazing and are so soft. Definitely recommend! :)

Everyone at Lancaster Luu nails is terrific! I have never waited more than 5 minutes and even without an Appt they will accommodate you. Yvette is amazing and does a fabulous job, plus she’s quick about it 😊! Love this salon and I have been to many over the years!

Its okay quality theyre very fast, but definitely dont go if you want a design of any kind. Within two days my polish was coming off (I got gel) and within a week my nails were breaking. Im not going back, but if youre looking for something relatively cheap but not the best quality this is your place.

I went for a balance and it was close to closing time. She did a great job. She was very caring and thoughtful. I had a cut on my hand from a can when I made chilli it was very sore. She super glued my cut for me and it feels so much better now. Thanks for the great service!

I was greeted at the door. Super nice lady. The guy that did my nails done a good job. Some of my nails are on wrong. My gel polish started chipping after I got home.

I went in to get full set of acrylics. I showed a photo of just long pink acrylic nails, and he said ok and started working. He didnt put on my nail correctly, it felt so rushed. The nails are uneven and sharper than anything. He started filing them to a point, which I didnt ask for. I wanted a square shape.After they made me dry my nails for 10 minutes, which dried out my hands since they had the coldest fan on them. The guy ignored when i asked if I was done after 5. He sat and watched tv. Before I went in, I asked and made sure Id be paying $30, so then I could get food after. When i went to pay he said $40. I asked why and he said that it was 10 dollars more for a different shape.I hadnt asked for a stiletto shaped nail, I asked for square. They tried to make me pay extra but I only brought $37, so I could get food after. I made sure itd be $30. Nobody even told me or had anything on their service list of nail shapes being $10 more. I gave him all my money and left. I guaranteed itd be $30 but they still tried to make me pay more. No tip for them.(learn how to sanitize your products and actually learn to speak instead of slapping the clients hands when they move.) Not going back!!

Rude staff, except for the lady who waxes eyebrows. There was a bit of a wait, and one of the nail techs was shouting my name (apparently) for a few seconds and then one of the male tech’s stood up and asked if I was still here waiting for nails & I said Yes. She was calling my name in a busy salon in the furthest station in there! How unprofessional honestly! Anyways she sat me down and didn’t speak to me the whole time other than if I always keep my nails short. She had rushed, along with the 2 other techs my friend’s got their nails done with and did such a lousy job, Its concerning how quick they did a full set Acrylics...this last time was a definite NOPE to coming back to this place, steer clear unless you want overcharged nails for quick and messy nails!

Appointments mean nothing at this salon. I made an appointment the day before for 6:15 and waited 40 minutes while I watched people who came in AFTER me get seated. I left without getting a balance.

I should have just got up and left when the guy doing my pedicure walked over to me holding a pair of gloves covered in nail polish, turned the gloves inside out and put them back on. Disgusting. It felt very rushed. After he painted the polish on I told him I hated to be picky but I didn’t think it looked good. He insisted after he applied the clear coat it would look better, it didn’t. I told him this. He told me it just needed to dry. I left and didn’t leave a tip. Never again.

Made four different appointments got to us when ever they felt like it. Last visit they ran ice cold water maybe not knowing but when I told them they didnt do anything about it. My girlfriend and I made the appointment for the same time they done hers then mine so 2 hours later we was done. This is poor business will not be back. Found a great place that will make sure our appointment are met and done at the same time so we are both done and can leave at the same time to go have our dinner. Awesome job Nail Tek!!!

$60 later and not happy. I used to preach very highly of LUu nails and after today. Not so much went in after work to get my nails done my left hand looks good & like always. My right. Not so much every nail is way wider then normal and thicker as well. Definitely considering not going back.... and i work with customers all day everyday and they see my nails it’s going to be a long two weeks till i find some where else to go and get a balance to get them redone. and I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 3 years....

I made an appointment for a balance. I sat and waited for 40 minutes as the took other customers back. This happened the last time I went. The solar nails dont hold up as well as my previous nails with another establishment. Poor customer service, I will not be back nor tell others to go there.

I got a fill in for my French tips. I asked for her to shorten them a little and she cut then down all the way to the bed. None of my nails are the same length, they are all uneven and she left the edges longer than the middles of the nails. And there is a clearly defined line between the original and new acrylic. My eyebrows were done by another woman and she did a fabulous job. I was taken right in, and the service was very quick. I usually go to xtreme nails around the corner, tried here because they were closed. Now Ill have to get a whole new set.

I used to go here several years back and never had any issues. However I do know someone who got a fungus when getting acrylics from going here. Just be careful anywhere you go to make sure they are sanitary.

Love the place I drive 45 minutes from Columbus just to come here even when theyre busy they are still quick and very nice about things....I definitely suggest coming here to get your nails done! Everyone working there is so friendly.

Im giving this a 4 star based off the job my aunt and cousin got but not me. The three of us went in for an afternoon of relaxing and I believe mine could have been a lot more relaxing. The lady I had said nothing to me....I dont know if she didnt know English or what....when it was time to scrub off that excess hard skin on the big toe.....she was rubbing up to high on tender skin and came home with a bloody scab. Not impressive plus it hurt. Also my lady didnt start till 5 mins after my friends did and I was fine before them. Maam if your reading this.....that is why you only got a $2 tip. Pr goes a long way. I do NOT judge this whole place by that one lady. If I had gotten the guy my aunt had I would have been super impressed!

Went in to get my nails done for spring break. The lady who did my nails made me bleed multiple times. I complained and she said you’ll be fine. Would not recommend-pricey for the experience.

Im very disappointed in how much luus has gone down hill since Aaron left. Had a complete new set of acrylics put on with gel polish 3 weeks ago and 3 of my nails were coming off after 2 weeks and the gel polish was chipping really bad.

I had my nails done there less than a week ago and three have already come off. they were done unevenly and the tech that did mine wasnt focused on what he was doing, and kept doing other things while working on my nails. I wont be going back.

The nails are terrible quality. They break so easily and so often. The designs are pretty but the quality is awful. And if you break one nail and ask them to fix it, they charge 10$!!! For one nail. Dont go there. Go to nails by jade in pickerington.

This place is ridiculous! I sat there over an hour as I watched atleast 4 people go ahead of me.They pick and choose who they want to give good service too. I ended up walking out 65 minutes later.

When I went the charged me $50 for gel acrylic full set. It was only supposed to be $35. Thats not the worst part. They got to close to my skin when the were sanding my nails down and I started bleeding. But then they still charge me $50. That messed up. Probably wont be going back there anytime soon.

The staff is friendly, but the place seems a bit dirty, and the nail tech that painted my nails had one long thumb nail. The other nails were cut short. He had a long thumb nail so he could run it under my nails to get extra nail polish off. I was very grossed out by this, and it is extremely unsanitary.

They are very busy, they have many nail techs to choose from daily for either manicures or pedicures...for me it is worth the wait!

Its really hit or miss. Sometimes I get in right away and have a great tech, sometimes I have to wait a little bit, sometimes the tech is seemingly very disinterested. Its just another nail place, but its at least clean and not super expensive.
