The man that did my nails was rude and never spoke. The lady who did my toes was nice and personable. I might come back to get my feet done but not my nails if he is there.

I was at CC.Nails on Tuesday March 16th 4 a new set n I wont mention her name but it starts with a T...my advice is dont ever go 2 this person...my nails were horrible not 2 mention she cut my fingers with the drill ...shes extremely rude n very unprofessional...they have another girl workin there occasionally by the name of Kandi...now Kandi can do nails very well n is very professional...problem is shes not there hardly at all...if you choose 2 patronize this place youve been warned...theyll never get another dime from me...

Its would have looked better if I wasnt so nervous

I received very poor services today & Tommy was not professional at all. I went in for a full set & when he polished my nails he didnt even allow one coat to dry before applying the next coat. My nails were smugged & on certain areas of my nails the polish did not even fully cover the acrylic. I dont know if theyre trying to compensate for lost business due to the pandemic or because Lancaster now has more nail salons available but they will NOT get my business any more!!!!

Me and my daughter came in today and it was bad survices they was rude to higher own there prices and did not do a good job our finger nails was not put own right or did not do them right will not never come back

Was very hot inside and seemed to feel grimy. Also, there was a long wait due to only 2 employees. After reading other reviews, i decided to leave and go to Pink and White.

Don’t ever go here. They are so rude. The guy rushed me out. My nail polished wasn’t even dry before he put the clear polish on. Also, it’s been two days and I still smell like nail polish.

I didnt have to wait long which was awesome. There is usually a long wait. Good customer service and very relaxing pedicure for my daughter and I. It was so good for her she fell asleep in the chair getting her massage.

I drive 30 min for candi to wax my eyebrows.

Absolutely horrible. I will not patron this nail salon again, Jay was very rude and unprofessional . He did my nails in the past. I have seen him be rude to others. But. today I guess it was my turn. Although he gave me a so called discount. Which it really wasnt. Im totally unsatisfied and disgusted with the behavior and unprofessionalism. Bye and I will be letting everyone I know never waste your time there, because you may or may not be treated horribly deepening on the nail technicians mood. Sad simply sad.

Does awesome job

My wife has gone there twice in the past month and the lady that did her nails both times stayed on the phone the entire time. First visit nails did not last two days before they started popping off second visit just nail polish witch started fading off later that day poor customer service

Im done! Will not be back..they tried to charge me to change my polish after I just paid for a pedicure! I didnt like the color so they thought I should have to pay again...no sir....sorry but I will NOT be back!

They did a wonderful job. Plus they took me back right away & the lady talked to me the whole time & was very kind.

My nail tech was ON THE PHONE the WHOLE TIME...at first he was watching a movie ( I guess) then he called someone & was VIDEO CHATTING with them while he was servicing me...after he finished my nails, he just got up without any words and went & slouched on the couch to finish watching whatever it was that he was watching while I sat at his table for my nails to dry....VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL...and my nails look TERRIBLE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I am only giving one star so I can leave a review. I took my daughter Saturday to have her nails done. The nail tech didnt say a word to her while he was doing her nails .. He was so rough while filing her nails and even after my daughter said that he was hurting her he continued on with doing her nails just the same way... wouldnt allow her to pick out what color she wanted so I had to pick for her.. We paid and left and within an hour after the color started chipping off .. There were also streaks and nail polish all over the nail bed.... Took her back and they didnt apologise and even wanted me to pay for a re-polish !!!! I will NEVER go back to them!! They are rude, unprofessional and rush you in and out.

I went in Saturday afternoon and waited over a hour for a fill in, which I expected, it being Saturday and all. But the girl that did my nails never spoke a word to me and was very rude, jerking my hands around. And was in such a hurry I have cuts all over my cuticles!! NEVER again!!
