Ive worked for this cleaning company for the last 5 yrs. Great people to work for everyone is easy going.

THIS COMPANY IS AWEFUL! DO NOT USE THEM..... They cleaned my home carpet, bleached it out, never followed up or took responsibility. I literally have to replace the entire room and closet at my cost. Needless to say, I called the company (whom I have used for numerous jobs of carpet I was told it was my problem as I must have spilled something in the NEWLY installed carpet that reacted with their hot water. Conversation ended with no resolution. The manager stated this to me without even coming out to the home to see it for himself. I left a message with the owner on 4/9/19. No response at all until 4/15/19 when he politely apologized for not having responded sooner. This conversation ended too with no resolution, no apology, no ownership. The owner stated he would follow up with me. This carpet was installed August of 2017 and is now being replaced at my cost. On 4/19/19 I had someone come out to look at the carpet to see what I could do who stated, “it’s bleach....” THE ENTIRE ROOM MUST BE REPLACED OUT OF MY POCKET. Clean Works did refund the cost of the cleaning but I am out of pocket much more than that cost.Today is 4/30 and still I have had absolutely zero follow up by Clean Works services. Please consider that most businesses do their best to make their customers pleased, this one does not. I shared with the owner that I would never recommend this company to anyone and he is aware that I will continually post this as now I need to make a point. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, OWN IT......

Very impressed with the quick turnaround of a carpet cleaning I needed last minute at a rental property. They did a great job, were quick to connect with me and didnt mind texting my tenants for access! Thank you, Clean Works!
