Martins Flooring is a great place. I reached out to them after speaking with a few other vendors about repairing my carpet in one of the rooms in my house. They were responsive, friendly and were able to help me out with my inquiry. I appreciate the time they took to have one of their servicemen come out to the house to work up a quote and answered any questions I thought of along the way.

Marcus and crew did an excellent job on our living room, kitchen, dining area with the vinyl flooring we had installed. They were done in one half day and it was very clean and well done. Marcus explained everything they did and was very friendly. Would recommend Martins Flooring to anyone shopping for new flooring in their home.

Very good customer service in the store with explaining our options and types of flooring. The vinyl plank we selected looks great. Martins installer was very good and professional. Visited nearly all of Lancaster County flooring stores but Martins Flooring offered world class service from interested, knowledgeable, friendly staff. The sales person, the estimator and the manager accommodated our selections, our schedules and our budget.

I am very grateful for the review process and how it can correct issues. We had a negative experience with the sales representative. The floor we purchased is great, we love it. The installers are rockstars.. perfect ten. The issue was the installers were not given the finished floor. That said, back to customer service. Crickets- poor representation of the Martin’s flooring we heard about! Crickets. Paid in full. Still crickets. Sent pictures. Nothing still.After posting a review, the company did respond and offered complete the job we paid for weeks ago.This would be a 5/5 if we didn’t have the negative experience and the negative reviews. Management was amazing to work with and understood our concerns. He acknowledged and addressed the problems. We love the floor we chose.

We went to Martins for a new bathroom floor (we had used them for carpeting before.) Very happen with the variety and found the exact flooring we wanted. Installation went great and the installer was very neat and courteous.However, on the day of installation, Martins was to make arrangements with a plumber to have the sink and toilet uninstalled so the old floor could be removed and the new one installed. Martins never set up a plumber and we were left scrambling to find a plumber to come out on short notice.We were successful, but it pushed back the installer just enough that a two day job turned into a three day job, and we ended up not having the use of our bathroom over the weekend.A five star review quickly became a four star review because of this. If the installer had not been so great this would have been a three star review. (Or less, if we had to pay emergency rates for the plumber. Luckily we did not.)

Final Update: 6/21: Floor complete and satisfied with the overall job. Thank you Martins for making us feel like we matter. This was a process and would have been remained a lower rating had not been for Martins upper management. Thank you!Update 5/28: Martins has been very responsive since the original review and can say that so far I am pleased with their willingness to amend our concerns. Further update to follow.Purchased flooring in March. Installed on May 7th. We like the flooring product. The two installers who did the main work were diligent workers. What we are not happy with is Martins overall customer service and concern for their customers. Multiple conversations with sales person seemed to always fall on deaf ears, from the ordering process, to the details of the quote to the follow up after the install. Even sent pictures to her of what we were not happy with but have heard nothing back from her. Nothing but a bill to pay what we owed. Well, its paid. Cant say that I would be recommending Martins to others. Very disappointed with our experience.Update 5/28: Martins has been very responsive since the original review and can say that so far I am pleased with their willingness to amend our concerns. Project: Kitchen BacksplashTiling alignment and installation looks good however clean up and protecting countertop is a concern. Working with them to reach a solution, customer service has been good. Hazeness left on tile was fixed by Martins upon second visit. Continuing to clean grout residue on granite and the natural stones veins.

I found exactly the type of floor that I wanted and they were easy to deal with.

My sales agent Carissa Waddell was very helpful and informative. The installation was professionally done and the crew was very helpful. Sheldon went the extra mile to make sure the transitions from one room to another were flat for my husbands wheelchair. I would definitely use them again.

Brian was kind and very patient with my husband and I as we made our decision on our LVP flooring for our new home. We purchased flooring for a large part of the main floor after considering our options over two visits. Brian showed us all of the options which would work best for us, including those in the outlet and the showroom. Our floor was installed way before we had anticipated, and we are very happy with the results. The install team was professional and genuinely cared about their end work product. We are hoping to have the floors updated in two remaining bedrooms within the next year and will definitely choose Martins again.

First off Dawson and Carson were both a huge help. Starting with measuring, discussing different products and ultimately choosing the look we wanted. We had both LVT and carpet installed and Tim and Danny were very professional and kept us in the loop with what was going on. Both gentlemen did an amazing job and performed their portion in a timely manner. My wife and I are very happy with everything. Very disappointed. Selection is very small and nobody wanted to get off their chair to help us. 4 women behind the counter and either they were eating or too busy chatting and this was at 3pm.

Scott was easy to work with when scheduling our service. The appointment was confirmed the day before my scheduled service with the approximate time the technician would arrive. Charles the technician arrived on schedule. He assessed and pre treated the rooms to be cleaned, I had a couple of questions to ask and he was knowledgeable and my questions were answered. Charles set up and took extra care to protection my hardwood floors. The carpet looked new once completed. I was especially pleased with the steps. Hardwood floors installed throughout entire house several years ago. Look as good today as they did when first installed. Excellent service!!

We were here looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring. Wandered around for 20 mins and no one asked if we needed help or that they would be with us shortly even though a few salespeople made eye contact with my husband and I. This left us feeling ignored and very unwelcome. They missed our sale, we will take our money elsewhere.

Used Martins to install vinyl plank though out my house. Overall the floor looks nice, but have had several hassles. Flooring was not finished within the given time frame, so I was moving in with just the first floor finished. Drywall and baseboards were damaged, I had to point out all the damage myself and bring them back to look at it. So far they have been willing to fix what has been damaged, but it has been a very stressful and drawn out process. And has involved a lot of effort on my end to make sure everything is done correctly and fixed. I would not use them in the future. *Update* After getting in touch with the President of the Company, Martins came out an addressed all my issues and gave me a gift card for my troubles.

Easy to work with. Helpful staff. And excellent work!
