They did a very good job on our basement rug, made it look brand new again.Friendly and caring

Used them a few years ago and very pleased. Based on that we scheduled them again. Worst experience ever. It was a different location with different conditions. All of this was explained and accepted. They showed up 2 hours later than expected. When they parked they looked in the window and said they weren’t going to do the job. Never even went in to look. They didn’t have to move a thing. Just clean walk areas in 2 small rooms. They then told 2 different people different excuses for not doing the job. Very unprofessional and in reliable. We wasted a whole day because we had to travel to the location from 2 hours away and then waiting for them to show up. For $9 more Stanley steamer will do the job. Will never call them again and don’t recommend anyone else does

Prompt arrival. Friendly. Asked them to clean an extra room and couch, which they did. Carpet was badly soiled but looks new again. Great work, will call again and recommend to anyone!

We just purchased a new home and had Ewing scheduled to clean the carpets the day of possession. However, the sellers didnt get the keys to us as promised so we had to reschedule more than once and they were nothing short of amazing working with our schedule and new time frame. They showed up ready to clean all the carpets and did an amazing job. They went the extra mile when I told them I thought the carpet had a cat odor in our front living room. I would highly recommend Ewing Steam Cleaning for all of your steam cleaning needs.

Horrible service. Refused to even do the job because they didnt want to help move things out of the room or to one side which would have taken a few minutes at most. It was a house being lived in, what did they expect? No directions over the phone to make sure there werent things obstructing the job before they came out either. Never doing service with them again, I will pay more for a different company over these people refusing to put in a little extra work to help out a woman living by herself.
