Toms Tires is by far the best store to buy tires. With a great selection of tires from the following brands: Michelin, Goodyear, Goodrich, Bridgestone, Uniroyal, Hankook, Falken, Firestone, Kumho, Continental, Nexen, Fuzion, Mastercraft and more brands. Toms Tires also have great prices and selections of Wheels i.e., Rims.Not only does Toms Tires have a great selection of tires, they also have the best prices of all tire stores in Lancaster/Palmdale. The 70K mile Hankook-Kinergy tires, I purchased today were almost half the price as Costco, Walmart and Sams Club and all other competitors. Unlike Costco and other stores which have separate fees and charges for Valve Stems, Balancing and Recycling fees, as well as other hidden costs; Toms gives you one combined price/cost out the door, without hidden fees like most other tire stores.I had a full set of Michelin and BF Goodrich tires installed on my vehicles at Costco and paid an exorbitant fee, even with Costcos buy 3 and get the 4th free; youre still going to pay double at Costco than what Toms charges. Costcos hidden fees means on the average paying upwards of $750-800$. Top of the line Hankooks cost me $439 out the door. The last pair of Hankooks I bought lasted me for 60K miles easily with tread to spare and could have lasted another 10K miles. The Michelin and Goodrich tires mentioned previously, which I purchased from Costco were 60K mile warranted tires, but barely lasted 30K miles.Quick, inexpensive, with a great selection of brands, and a courteous kind and helpful staff. Toms employees, unlike many tire stores, do not try to sell you a more expensive tire. They listen to your needs and provide you with a good tire and offer to fit your needs; in other words they dont try to sale you something you cant afford and dont need. Toms tire experts are honest, caring and trustworthy, and true to their word. So many tire stores and their personnel think they know better than you, as to what you need and want. You will never feel pressure sales at Toms. They listen well to customers, and provide you with a service that is second to none, at a price you can afford, cheaper than you will find elsewhere. Ive purchased my tires exclusively at Toms in the 13 years they have been in business, and dont plan on using any other store in the future.They also do Brakes, install Shocks, Oil Changes, they sale and Install Lift and Leveling Kits. They do Axle, CV Joint, Driveshaft and Differential repairs and installations, as well as other Wheel Repairs. They can change Belts, Hoses and work on Cooling Systems. They do Air Conditioning Systems, Preventive Maintenance also.Toms Tire is much more than just a tire store!

Picked up hub caps for a friend that they had powder coded. They were kept lobe than the other two and still had flaws. Would have expected more since they were kept longer than the other two.Service was quick and very polite.

I showed up because my truck was shaking when I would hit the brakes and would make noises when driving in low speeds, they told me the rotors were bad and should be replaced because the brake pads were still good, I waited 3 hours and they finally replaced the rotors but now there is a super loud squeaking noise when brakes are applied, now they said I should replace the pads to reduce the squealing (which didn’t exist when I got here) by the way, employees don’t wear masks and drive your vehicles that way. (Great way to stay safe during a pandemic) I’ve been here many times before and never had a problem, but as of today, I will not be returning. I’ve never had to spend money to make a problem worse until today.

I go back because they #1 tend to have better prices. #2 the customer service is awesome! # 3 they will let you know you might need something else on your car but they dont push the issue. Unlike other service stations. I really think they have a good group of people working on our cars 👍🏽💪🏽

First time at Toms tire and auto repair, went in on a Monday morning to get my breaks checked and an oil change . The staff was very polite everyone wearing mask and efficient. They were very informative and to my surprise quick. I was very happy with the service, time and cost.

Hands down one of the best shops Ive been to for services in a long time. I went for a brake inspection, tire rotation, and 4 wheel alignment. I had a very loud squealing noise coming from my right driver side wheel. The guys there did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and fixed it. Jeff, the asst. manger, gave me a very reasonable quote, (rotor problem). After further inspection, one of the techs was able to fix the squealing without having to get a new rotor (Saving me a $100 bucks). Very honest group of mechanics, which is very rare in this time and age. The owner Tom was very courteous and gave me a ride home while they worked on my car, then picked me up when the vehicle was done. He added some good conversation for free.I defiantly recommend Toms Tire and Auto repair to anyone who lives in the AV. Top quality service and customer assistance. For us Vets, they honor our service by giving us a discount as well.

I was in Lancaster at a tournament and the tire pressure warning light came on in my rental car. Chris checked all 4 tires, made sure all 4 had the proper pressure and waited with me until the sensor turned off. Wish I remembered the guys name at the front desk too because he couldnt have been any nicer. Both of the guys were knowledgeable, nice and so helpful!!!!

The younger gentleman was very friendly over the phone and could get me in for an oil change right away! When I picked up my car afterwards, there was a sheriff handcuffing/arresting someone in their parking lot which seemed odd. The older gentleman who worked there (maybe the owner?) was not wearing a face mask and seemed to have a bit of a cough, so I kept my distance. Nevertheless I ended up getting a synthetic oil change for only $48 (vs Jiffy Lube charges $98 for the same thing).

People are friendly and not rude. They have reasonable price and waiting time is average. Bearable.

I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of this shop. I had a small issue after a tire install and the manager handled it quickly and completely. They are fast, competitively priced, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this shop to others and I plan on going back in the future.

Cant beat these prices when it comes to an oil change! Staff is always friendly and if you go on Saturday you can usually get a fresh donut and a delicious cup of coffee. Have to say this is the best place in the AV!

Went to get a leaky tire repaired. Not only did they fail to stop the leak, they also stole my lug key and refused both a refund and to give the key back. The price is cheap but the service quality matches.

I dont know about the bad reviews, but Ive never had a bad experience here. Bought 2 tires, had them mounted and ballanced, and was out in under half an hour. They took the time to show me a couple things that needed replaced or repair under the car which was most appreciated. Everyone was very nice. The only place that I will take my car now.

I have been bringing my vehicle here for about 3 years now and today will be the last time I came here. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and 2 hours into my service they want to let me knowbthat they do not have the oil filter I need in stock and the wrong one was order. If I had not checked on my truck they probably wouldnt have tried to figure out what was going on. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANYTHING!

They admitted they cant beat the $260 for 4 tires at Tonys Tires, but their cheapest ($320) had 35,000 mile warranty while Tonys cheaper brands which they dont sell probably had none. I carried on to Tonys and got theirs with 40,000 mile warranty, but no alignment.

I had a very bad experience today 11-24-2015. I went there, I was given a quotation and I agreed and signed the quotation and was asked to wait. I waited for two hours, suddenly a very arrogant personnel approached me and said he cannot do it today and the quotation that was given to me is wrong, he then grab a calculator and increased the amount to $119 from $69.99. He also told me that he cannot do it today and if I am still interested, I can come another day. Wow, this guy is not even apologetic when he told me this, he was like if you need my services, you follow what I told you, I think the name of this guy is Daryl. What happened to your customer service Tom Clutter??? I already stayed and waited for two hours and this is what I would get from you guys???
