For ALL My Lancaster Peoples...I wanted to tell you about one of the WORST Customer Service Experiences I just had...I had an appointment at Joes Auto Repair on Dillerville Road. I first scheduled the appt. for Tuesday but had to reschedule for Saturday morning which I knew was a short day for them, so I made the person aware I would be there first thing in the morning. Upon returning there, they stated my car wasnt on the list after leaving my vehicle there most of the morning. I made them aware, I was told it was going to be done and they said I could wait and they would fit me in...Now after sitting there for over an hour, the actual owner Joe says that we cant Inspect your car and I was NEVER on the list from the start from Tuesday or Saturday, with an attitude. I clearly made him aware that why did he make me wait this long to tell me this and why I wasnt on the list when I spoke to his own Son multiple times about my appt. on Tuesday. I stated to him how can he have his OWN son take appts for customers and NOT Properly write them down and waste peoples time. He stated VERY rudely that its not his problem and told me to get the F**k out his shop as he did to a couple other people that waited patiently there as well. He was even rude to his own worker that was actually Apologetic to me. I STRONGLY Suggest NO ONE EVER go to this Place of business for the Way they treat there customers !!! As a Business Owner myself, I would NEVER treat anyone with such disrespect !!!

Joes Auto Repair is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Recently I had been dealing with an check engine light (CEL) issue on my vehicle. The gentlemen who took me in was very polite and educated me on what the check engine meant. Not only that he advised me on where I could buy my own scanner to help me save time. I did just that - replaced my part and came in without an appointment. He was very kind to welcome me in even though he had other jobs. I would recommend Joes Auto Repair hands down to anyone. This is outstanding client service and deliver looks like! Keep it up!

I took my Mitsubishi Eclipse GT, to this place for Motor replacement and the job was done within two days and the car is been running perfectly, its going to be almost a year and my car is still running perfectly. The owner and the other employees were very respectful and yes, I will take my car again, if its necessary .

Joe was very nice...his people worked on my truck until it was fixed and that was an obstacle in its self...i still have to go bk and get my belt fixed...Joe Ill see u soon...lol..i came here a while ago b4 this last time and I remembered this place bc I felt like they WERE NOT trying to rip me off price wise...and again this last visit I felt the same...i honestly can say Its very rare that Ive gotten that feeling when it comes to mechanics...in my opinion theyre trust worthy and thats #1 for me...and do good work!

Seriously, I will NEVER go anywhere but Joes. All the guys are absolutely amazing and so kind as soon as you walk in. Their customer service is ON POINT (and I am hard to please when it comes to that), theyre prices are SO reasonable and they are so honest about what actually needs done to the car. I have already told so many people about this amazing place and will continue to do so!!!

I have gone there several times for my own vehicle and also for my sons vehicle Ive taken a couple of friends there because I preferred in there they loved it I loved it never had an issue and the guys of always been really nice and polite and explain things and I like that . I called asking if my car could be looked out vs we are busy or backed up or let me see what i have available I was received with a cold NO zero empathy.

So far they have done my inspections just fine, including friends I recommended to go.

If you value your time...DONT bring your vehichle here. I wish there was a way to give this place ZERO stars. The customer service is terrible, and the owner was so unprofessional and disrespectful. We went to get one of our vehicles inspected, and I get that they work on a first come, first serve basis on Saturdays...but we were one of the first people there at 8am, before they even opened. They confirmed that they would be able to take us, but when we came back at 11:30am our vehicle wasnt done. My husband went inside to get an update, and the owner told him that we would be his last client, and asked that he wait around. 12:30pm comes around and he tells my husband that he cant take us. Naturally, my husband got upset because this establishment completely wasted our time, and the owner had the audacity to become belligerent with my husband and started using profanity. I am a business owner, and I find that to be totally unacceptable! I most certainly will NOT be giving them my business because I refuse to tolerate that behaviour, and I will make sure that everyone I know avoids this place like the plague.

It was the worst service ever, my car was sitting there for two weeks and no one touched it, when i said i was coming to get it out someone took a spark plug out of my car and said they lost it and actually threw it out!!! I would NEVER recommend this auto repair place to anyone!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
